Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollvorrichtung zum Tragen der Zunge einer Weiche nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a rolling device for supporting the tongue of a switch according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Beim Verschieben der Weichenzungen bei Weichen werden Weichenrippenplatten eingesetzt. Derartige Weichenrippenplatten tragen einen Gleitstuhl, der mit entsprechendem Material und einer entsprechenden Schmierung ausgerüstet ist, damit die Weichenzunge gleitend mit ihrer Unterseite auf dem Gleitstuhl verschoben werden kann. Um die Radkräfte auch im Weichenbereich sicher auf die Schwelle übertragen zu können ist es erforderlich, daß die Weichenzunge möglichst großflächig auf dem Gleitstuhl aufliegt. Nachteilig bei üblichen Weichenrippenplatten mit normalem Gleitstuhl ergibt sich, daß auf Grund der Gleitreibung, die auch noch vom Zustand des Schmiermittels abhängig ist, hohe Verstellkräfte beim Verstellen der Weiche aufgebracht werden müssen. Außerdem tritt durch Schmutzeinwirkung ein schneller Verschleiß des Gleitstuhls auf. Von daher wird in der DE 40 41 242 A1 vorgeschlagen, neben dem Gleitstuhl Rollen anzuordnen, die beim Bewegen der Weichenzunge von der Backenschiene fort, diese von der Auflage des Gleitstuhls abheben. Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß eine sichere, verschleißunempfindliche, leichtgängige Rollvorrichtung an einem Gleitstuhl angeordnet ist. Weiterhin vorteilhaft setzt sich im Bereich der Rollen kaum Schmutz und Rost ab und auch das Festsetzen der Rollen durch Eis ist nahezu ausgeschlossen. Darüber hinaus können Gleitstühle nach der Erfindung ohne Veränderung an der Schwelle bzw. am Gleis gegen bisher eingesetzte Gleitstühle ohne Rollen in einfacher Weise ausgetauscht werden, da die Funktionsmaße sich nicht von denen der vorher eingesetzten Weichenrippenplatten unterscheiden.The advantages achieved by the invention consist in particular in that a safe, wear-resistant, smooth-running rolling device is arranged on a sliding chair. Die Weichenrippenplatte besitzt eine Grundplatte 1, die über nicht dargestellte Befestigungsmittel, beispielsweise Schwellenschrauben, die durch Befestigungslöcher 2 mit der nicht dargestellten Schwelle verschraubt wird. Zum seitlichen Führen der Backenschiene 3 ist die Grundplatte 1 mit einer Führungsrippe 4 an einer Seite und einem Schienenfußübergriff 5 an der anderen Seite ausgebildet. Der Schienenfußübergriff 5 ist als Teil des Gleitstuhls 6 ausgebildet. Der Gleitstuhl 6 hat eine Breite entsprechend der Breite des Fußes der Weichenzunge 7. In Figur 1 sind die Backenschiene 3 und die Weichenzunge 7 in zusammengefahrener Position dargestellt. An der von der Backenschiene 3 abgewandten Seite des Gleitstuhls 6 erstreckt sich eine Tragrippe 8. Die Oberfläche der Tragrippe 8 liegt geringfügig unterhalb der Oberfläche des Gleitstuhls 6. Beidseitig an der Tragrippe 8 sind Rollen 9 angeordnet. Die Achsen dieser Rollen verlaufen in Richtung der Backenschienenerstreckung. Die Rollen 9 überragen die Gleitstuhloberseite 10 geringfügig. Wenn somit die Weichenzunge 7 in Richtung der in Figur 1 gestrichelt dargestellten Öffnungsposition verschoben wird, läuft die Auflagefläche 11 der Weichenzunge 7 rollend auf die erste der Rollen 9 auf, wodurch die Weichenzunge leicht angehoben wird und nicht mehr gleitend auf der Gleitstuhloberseite 10 aufliegt. Somit geht beim Verstellen sehr schnell die gleitende Reibung in eine rollende Reibung über. Anzahl und Abstand der Rollen 9 sind so gewählt, daß die Weichenzunge 7 stets eindeutig und vorzugsweise auf 2 Rollen liegend gelagert ist.A supporting
Die Rollen 9 überragen die Grundplatte 1 der Weichenrippenplatte seitlich. Dadurch ist in diesem Bereich eine freie Öffnung nach unten gegeben, durch die Schmutz und Schnee frei durchfallen kann. Durch diese Ausbildung wird ein Klemmen der Rollen, insbesondere durch Vereisen weitgehend verhindert, vorzugsweise dann, wenn die Rollen 9 nicht nur die Weichenrippenplatte sondern auch die Schwelle überragen. Die Rollen 9 werden durch Achsen 12 drehbar gehalten. Sicherungsmittel wie beispielsweise Sprengringe verhindern ein seitliches Verschieben der Rollen 9 von den Achsen 12. Vorzugsweise überragen die Achsen 12 nicht die Länge der Rollen 9. Sie sind einschließlich der Sicherungsmittel verdeckt in einer Vertiefung 13 der Rollen 9 angeordnet.The
