Claims (4)
- Presse, insbesondere für Umform- und Ziehoperationen mit einem Pressenstößel mit Werkzeugoberteil sowie einem Pressentisch mit Werkzeugunterteil, wobei die Blechhaltekraft zwischen Werkzeugunterteil und Werkzeugoberteil bei einer einfach wirkenden Presse mittels einer im stationären Pressentisch (2) vorgesehenen Druckregeleinheit (5, 9 bzw. 6, 10) regelbar ist, die auf eine unterhalb dem Pressentisch (3) angeordnete Druckwange (4) einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Werkstückbearbeitung dem durch die Druckregeleinheit (5, 6 bzw. 6, 10) vorgegebenen Werkstück-Haltedruck (16) eine gleichbleibende, pulsierende Druckschwingung (26) derart überlagert ist, daß eine abwechselnde Erhöhung und Reduzierung der Werkstück-Haltekraft erfolgt, wobei die Druckschwingungen (26) mittels wenigstens einer zusätzlichen Kolben/Zylindereinheit (17, 18) erzeugbar sind, die zwischen der Druckregeleinheit (5, 6) und der Druckwange (4) angeordnet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Regelung einer Werkstück-Haltekraft mittels der Druckwange (4) ein oder mehrere Druckregeleinheiten als Kolben/Zylindereinheiten (5, 6) ausgebildet sind, die mittels Proportional- oder Servoventilen (9, 10) regelbar sind, wobei eine regelbare Druckbeaufschlagung der Druckwange (4) und damit eine Werkstück-Haltekraft erfolgt und daß diesem Werkstück-Haltdruck (16) auf die Druckwange (4) die pulsierende Druckschwingung (26) mittels zusätzlichen Kolben/Zylindereinheiten (17, 18) überlagert ist.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überlagerte pulsierende Druckbeaufschlagung auf die Druckwange (4) mittels einer geeigneten Frequenz derart erfolgt, daß die Kraftbeaufschlagung auf das Werkstück und damit die Werkstück-Haltekraft zwischen einem Minimum (28) und einem Maximum (27) einstellbar ist.
- Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Druckeinheiten (5, 6) auf eine gemeinsame Druckwange (4) oder mehrere Druckeinheiten (5, 6) auf mehrere partielle Druckwangen einwirken, wobei die Druckeinheiten (5, 6) unabhängig voneinander regelbar sind und wobei dem regelbaren Druck eine zusätzliche, pulsierende Druckschwingung mittels zusätzlichen Kolben/Zylindereinheiten (17, 18) überlagerbar ist.
