Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltpackung für Waren wie Gläser, Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Produkte, insbesondere für kosmetische Artikel, mit einem rechteckigen Packungsmantel, einem daran randseitig angeschlossenen, mit einer in den Packungsmantel greifenden Einstecklasche versehenen Deckelteil sowie mit einem ebenfalls mit einer Einstecklasche versehenen Bodenteil, wobei
an den beiden an das Bodenteil und/oder das Deckelteil angrenzenden Wänden des Packungsmantels jeweils eine formbare Lasche gelenkig angeschlossen ist, die drei parallel zum Anschlußrand am Packungsmantel verlaufende Falzlinien aufweist, die die formbare Lasche vom Anschlußrand aus gesehen in einen ersten Distanzsteg, in eine Stützleiste, in einen zweiten Distanzsteg und in eine Klebelasche unterteilt, wobei die Klebelasche an der Innenseite des Packungsmantels so angeklebt ist, daß der Abstand der die Klebelasche von dem zweiten Distanzsteg trennenden Falzlinie vom Anschlußrand der um die Breite des ersten Distanzstegs verringerten, gemeinsamen Breite von Stützleiste und zweitem Distanzsteg entspricht und die Stützleiste und der zweite Distanzsteg im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet sind und eine zur Aufnahme des Produkts vorgesehene, an dessen Form angepaßte Freischneidung aufweisen.
Die EP-A-0 642 977 offenbart eine Faltpackung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.Bei einer derartigen Faltpackung ist das Produkt sowohl vom Bodenteil als auch durch die eine Aufnahme bildende Freischneidung von dem Packungsmantel mit Abstand gehalten, so daß durch äußere Krafteinwirkung auftretene Verformung der Faltpackung auch ohne Zugabe von Welleinlagen zu keiner Beschädigung des Produkts führen können bzw. die Beschädigungsgefahr verringert wird. Bei diesen Produkten kommt es vor, daß ein Etikett oder eine Beschriftung vorhanden ist, die durch eine auf der Vorderseite der Faltpackung vorhandene durchsichtige Hülle vom Betrachter her sichtbar ist. Bei der bekannten Faltpackung kann es jedoch vorkommen, daß sich das eingesetzte Produkt in Folge der Handhabung beim Transport mitunter etwas verdreht, so daß das Etikett oder die Beschriftung teilweise oder überhaupt nicht mehr bei ungeöffneter Faltpackung lesbar ist.
Ausgehend von einer derartigen Faltpackung liegt darin nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, unter Beibehaltung des Vorteils einer geringen Beschädigungsgefahr eine Faltpackung anzugeben, die eine dauerhaft zuverlässige Positionierung des in der Faltpackung angeordneten Produkts auch während des händlings beim Transportvorgang gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß im Bereich der Freischneidung eine Falteinheit mit einer Fläche mit erhöhtem Haft- und/oder Gleitreibungskoeffizienten vorhanden ist, an der das in die Faltpackung eingesetzte Produkt zumindest teilweise anliegt und die die Fläche bereichsweise bildende Falteinheit einstückig mit der Klebelasche und der Stützleiste verbunden ist und zwei Falzlinien besitzt, deren Abstand im wesentlichen der Breite des Distanzstegs entspricht.
In bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die beiden Distanzstege gleiche oder zumindest annähernd gleiche Breite auf, was sicherstellt, daß die Stützleiste im wesentlichen parallel zur Wand des Packungsmantels verläuft.
Die Freischneidung ist im Bereich der Stützleiste vorteilhafterweise rechteckig und verläuft im zweiten Distanzsteg daran anschließend kreisbogenförmig. Diese Wahl der Freischneidung ist im wesentlichen für runde Behältnisse eingerichtet, die aber auch für vieleckige Behältnisse geeignet ist. Für andere Formen kann der Verlauf der Freischneidung im zweiten Distanzsteg angepaßt werden.
Dabei ist es weiter möglich, daß im Scheitelpunkt des kreisbogenförmigen Bereichs der Freischneidung ein sich bis zur Falzlinie der Klebelasche erstreckender, schmaler Ausschnitt vorgesehen ist.
Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Faltpackung, die insbesondere für schwere Behältnisse eine dauerhafte Formstabilität gewährleistet, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Wandung im Bereich der formbaren Lasche zumindest teilweise doppelwandig ausgebildet ist.
Schließlich ist es von Vorteil, daß die Faltpackung aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet sein kann.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an einem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert; es zeigen:

Das in Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel einer Faltpackung dient zur Aufnahme von Waren, wie Gläser, Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Produkte, insbesondere für kosmetische Artikel. Die Faltpackung besteht aus einem rechteckigen Packungsmantel 1, einem daran randseitig angeschlossenen, mit einer in den Packungsmantel 1 greifenden Einstecklasche 2 versehenen Deckelteil 3 sowie seitlich daran angrenzenden Staublaschen 4.
Am unteren Ende ist ein ebenfalls mit einer Einstecklasche 5 versehenes Bodenteil 6 angeordnet, wobei an den beiden an das Bodenteil 6 angrenzenden Wänden des Packungsmantels 1 jeweils eine formbare Lasche 7 gelenkig angeschlossen ist. Die formbare Lasche 7 weist drei parallel zum Anschlußrand 8 am Packungsmantel 1 verlaufende Falzlinien 9, 10, 11 auf, die die formbare Lasche 7 vom Anschlußrand 8 aus gesehen in einen ersten Distanzsteg 12, in eine Stützleiste 13, in einen zweiten Distanzsteg 14 und in eine Klebelasche 15 unterteilt. Die Klebelasche 15 ist an der Innenseite des Packungsmantels 1 so angeklebt, daß der Abstand der die Klebelasche 15 von dem zweiten Distanzsteg 14 trennenden Falzlinie 11 vom Anschlußrand 8 der um die Breite des ersten Distanzstegs 12 verringerten gemeinsamen Breite von Stützleiste 13 und zweitem Distanzsteg 14 entspricht, wie dies aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist.
Die Stützleiste 13 und der zweite Distanzsteg 14 sind im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet und weisen eine zur Aufnahme des Produkts vorgesehene, dessen Form angepaßte Freischneidung 16 auf.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die beiden Distanzstege 12, 14 gleiche Breite auf, jedoch besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Breite geringfügig unterschiedlich zu wählen, wodurch die Stützleiste 13 geringfügig von der parallelen Ausrichtung zur Wand des Mantelteils 1 abweicht.
Die Freischneidung 16 ist im Bereich der Stützleiste 13 rechteckig, während sie im Distanzsteg 14 daran anschließend kreisbogenförmig verläuft. Der geradlinige Teil der Freischneidung 16 in der Stützleiste 13 stützt hierbei den Boden des Produktes ab, während der kreisbogenförmige Bereich das Produkt im Mantelbereich umgreift. Dabei verläuft der kreisbogenförmige Bereich der Freischneidung 16 mit Abstand zur Falzlinie 11 an der Klebelasche 15, so daß das Produkt einen Abstand zum Packungsmantel 1 einhält.
Im Scheitelpunkt des kreisbogenförmigen Bereichs der Freischneidung 16 ist ein sich bis zur Falzlinie 11 der Klebelasche 15 hin erstreckender, schmaler Ausschnitt 17 vorgesehen, der dort eine gewisse Nachgiebigkeit der Freischneidung 16 ergibt und somit das Einsetzen des Produkts in die Verpackung erleichtert.
In Fig. 1 ist eine Draufsicht auf den Packungszuschnitt dargestellt, woraus sich ersehen läßt, daß sie aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist.
Bei dem in Fig. 2 in einer Detailperspektive dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Bereich der formbaren Lasche doppelwandig ausgebildet. Dies wird dadurch umgesetzt, daß an die Klebelasche 15 über eine Falzlinie 20 eine weitere Lasche 15' anschließt, an diese Lasche 15' über die Faltkante 11' ein analoges zweites Distanzstück 14' anschließt und an dieses zweite Distanzstück 14' entlang der Falzlinie 10' eine weitere Stützleiste 13' anschließt. Die Lasche 15', der zweite Di-stanzsteg 14' und die Stützleiste 13' weisen im wesentlichen dieselbe Flächenkontur wie die zugehörigen Vorderflächen auf und sind mit diesen verklebt. Eine derartige Faltpackung läßt sich auch aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt bilden.
Im Bereich des schmalen Ausschnitts 17 ist anschließend an die im Bereich der Falzkante 11, einstückig an die Lasche 15' angeschlossen eine Falteinheit 24 vorhanden, die über eine weitere Falzkante 22 mit der Vorderkante des rechteckförmigen Freischnitts 16 der Stützleiste 13' anschließt und in diesem Bereich eine Falzkante 23 besitzt. Die Falzkanten 22 und 23 sind hierbei so angeordnet, daß das Faltteil 25 im aufgefalteten Zustand bis zur Höhe H der Freischneidung 16 problemlos gefaltet werden kann. Dadurch bildet diese Falteinheit bereichsweise einen Bodenbereich 25, auf den das in die Faltpackung einzusetzende Produkt aufgesetzt werden kann. Auf diesen Boden 25 sind oberseitig Mittel aufgebracht, die einen erhöhten Haft-beziehungsweise Gleitreibungskoeffizienten aufweisen. Der Bereich 25 mit erhöhtem Reibungskoeffizienten kann auch eine deutlich breitere Ausdehnung aufweisen als in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Das Vorsehen der Falteinheit 24 an dem zusätzlichen doppelten Wandungsteil (13', 14', 15') der formbaren Lasche bringt den Vorteil mit sich, daß die Faltpackung beim Aufbringen des Materials mit erhöhtem Reibungskoeffizienten auf die Bodenfläche 25 nicht umgedreht werden muß, sondern zusammen in einem Arbeitsgang mit dem Aufbringen des Klebestoffs für die Verklebung der Faltteile erfolgen kann.
Die Falteinheit 24 kann auch bei einer nur einwandigen Ausführungsform der auffaltbaren Lasche vorhanden sein.
Durch das Vorsehen einer derartigen Fläche wird gewährleistet, daß sich ein einmal in die aufgefaltete Faltpackung eingesetztes rundes Produkt praktisch nicht mehr drehen kann, so daß das Produkt immer mit der gewünschten Seite zu einem vorhandenen Sichtfenster zeigt. Auch eine derartige Faltpackung bietet den Vorteil, daß sie aus einem einzigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet werden kann, indem in dem doppelwandigen Bereich der formbaren Lasche in der rückwärtigen Wandung kein voller Freischnitt herausgestanzt wird, sondern der Fleischnitt teilweise erfolgt und in übrigen zwei zusätzliche Falzkanten 22, 23 vorgesehen werden, damit die Fläche 25 mit erhöhtem Reibungskoeffizienten in einfacher Art und Weise zusammen mit der formbaren Lasche aufgefaltet werden kann.

Claims (7)

  1. Faltpackung für Waren wie Gläser, Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Produkte, insbesondere für kosmetische Artikel, mit
    einem rechteckigen Packungsmantel (1),
    einem daran randseitig angeschlossenen, mit einer in den Packungsmantel (1) greifenden Einstecklasche (2) versehenen Deckelteil (3) sowie mit
    einem ebenfalls mit einer Einstecklasche (5) versehenen Bodenteil (6), wobei
    an den beiden an das Bodenteil (6) und/oder das Deckelteil (3) angrenzenden Wänden des Packungsmantels (1) jeweils eine formbare Lasche (7) gelenkig angeschlossen ist,
    -- die drei parallel zum Anschlußrand (8) am Packungsmantel (1) verlaufende Falzlinien (9, 10, 11) aufweist,
    -- die die formbare Lasche (7) vom Anschlußrand (8) aus gesehen in einen ersten Distanzsteg (12), in eine Stützleiste (13), in einen zweiten Distanzsteg (14) und in eine Klebelasche (15) unterteilt,
    die Klebelasche (15) an der Innenseite des Packungsmantels (1) so angeklebt ist, daß der Abstand der die Klebelasche (15) von dem zweiten Distanzsteg (14) trennenden Falzlinie (11) vom Anschlußrand (8) der um die Breite des ersten Distanzstegs (12) verringerten, gemeinsamen Breite von Stützleiste (13) und zweitem Distanzsteg (14) entspricht und
    die Stützleiste (13) und der zweite Distanzsteg (14) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet sind und eine zur Aufnahme des Produkts vorgesehene, an dessen Form angepaßte Freischneidung (16) aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Bereich der Freischneidung eine Falteinheit (24) mit einer Fläche (25) mit erhöhtem Haft- und/oder Gleitreibungskoeffizienten vorhanden ist,an der das in die Faltpackung eingesetzte Produkt zumindest teilweise anliegt und
    die die Fläche (25) bereichsweise bildende Falteinheit (25) einstückig mit der Klebelasche (15) und der Stützleiste (13) verbunden ist und zwei Falzlinien (22, 23) besitzt, deren Abstand im wesentlichen der Breite des Distanzstegs (14) entspricht.
  2. Faltpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die beiden Distanzstege (12, 14) gleiche oder zumindest annähernd gleiche Breite aufweisen.
  3. Faltpackung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Freischneidung (16) im Bereich der Stützleiste (13) rechteckig und im zweiten Distanzsteg (14) daran anschließend kreisbogenförmig verläuft.
  4. Faltpackung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der kreisbogenförmige Bereich der Freischneidung (16) mit Abstand zur Falzlinie (11) der Klebelasche (15) verläuft.
  5. Faltpackung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Scheitelpunkt des kreisbogenförmigen Bereichs der Freischneidung (16) ein sich bis zur Falzlinie (11) der Klebelasche (15) erstreckender, schmaler Ausschnitt (17) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Faltpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Wandung im Bereich der formbaren Lasche zumindest teilweise doppelwandig ausgebildet ist, in dem eine weitere entlang einer Falzlasche (20) an die Klebelasche (15) eine weitere Klebelasche (15'), über eine Falzlinie (11') ein weiterer Distanzsteg (14') an die Klebelasche (15') und über eine Falzlinie (10') eine weitere Stützleiste (13') anschließt.
  7. Faltpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der erhöhte Reibungskoeffizient der Fläche (24) durch Aufbringen eines Gummiklebers gebildet wird.
