Packungsmantel greifenden Einstecklasche versehenen Deckelteil
sowie mit einem ebenfalls mit einer Einstecklasche versehenen
Bodenteil, wobei
an
den beiden an das Bodenteil und/oder das Deckelteil angrenzenden
Wänden des Packungsmantels jeweils eine formbare Lasche
gelenkig angeschlossen ist, die drei parallel zum Anschlußrand
am Packungsmantel verlaufende Falzlinien aufweist,
die die formbare Lasche vom Anschlußrand aus gesehen in einen
ersten Distanzsteg, in eine Stützleiste, in einen zweiten
Distanzsteg und in eine Klebelasche unterteilt, wobei die
Klebelasche an der Innenseite des Packungsmantels so angeklebt
ist, daß der Abstand der die Klebelasche von dem zweiten

bietet den Vorteil, daß sie aus einem einzigen Kartonzuschnitt
gebildet werden kann, indem in dem doppelwandigen
Bereich der formbaren Lasche in der rückwärtigen Wandung
kein voller Freischnitt herausgestanzt wird, sondern der
Fleischnitt teilweise erfolgt und in übrigen zwei zusätzliche
Falzkanten 22, 23 vorgesehen werden, damit die Fläche 25 mit
erhöhtem Reibungskoeffizienten in einfacher Art und Weise zusammen

- Folding pack for goods such as jars or bottles or similar products, in particular for cosmetic articles,having a rectangular pack casing (1),having a lid part (3) which is connected to the border of said pack casing and is provided with an insertion flap (2) which engages in the pack casing (1), andhaving a base part (6) which is likewise provided with an insertion flap (5),it being the case that connected in an articulated manner to those two walls of the pack casing (1) which adjoin the base part (6) and/or the lid part (3) is in each case one formable flap (7),-- which has three folding lines (9, 10, 11) which run parallel to the connection border (8) to the pack casing (1) and-- which, as seen from the connection border (8), subdivides [sic] the formable flap (7) into a first spacer web (12), into a supporting strip (13), into a second spacer web (14) and into an adhesive-bonding flap (15),it being the case that the adhesive-bonding flap (15) is adhesively bonded to the inside of the pack casing (1) such that the distance between the connection border (8) and the folding line (11), which separates the adhesive-bonding flap (15) from the second spacer web (14), corresponds to the combined width of the supporting strip (13) and second spacer web (14) less the width of the first spacer web (12), andit being the case that the supporting strip (13) and the second spacer web (14) are aligned essentially at right angles with respect to one another and have a cutout (16) which is provided for receiving the product and is adapted to the shape of the latter,
characterized in thatprovided in the region of the cutout is a folding unit (24) with a surface (25) which has a high coefficient of static and/or sliding friction and against which the product which is inserted into the folding pack butts at least in part, andthe folding unit (24), a certain area of which forms said surface (25), is connected integrally to the adhesive-bonding flap (15) and the supporting strip (13) and has two folding lines (22, 23), the distance between which corresponds essentially to the width of the spacer web (14). - Folding pack according to Claim 1, characterized in that the two spacer webs (12, 14) are of the same, or at least approximately the same, width.
- Folding pack according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized in that the cutout (16) is rectangular in the region of the supporting strip (13) and adjoining this, in the second spacer web (14), is in the form of an arc of a circle.
- Folding pack according to Claim 3, characterized in that the circle-arc-shaped region of the cutout (16) runs at a distance from the folding line (11) of the adhesive-bonding flap (15).
- Folding pack according to Claim 4, characterized in that provided in the vertex of the circle-arc-shaped region of the cutout (16) is a narrow clearance (17) which extends as far as the folding line (11) of the adhesive-bonding flap (15).
- Folding pack according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wall in the region of the formable flap is of at least partially double-walled design, in which [sic] a further [sic] the adhesive-bonding flap (15) is adjoined by a further adhesive-bonding flap (15') along a folding flap [sic] (20), a further spacer web (14') adjoins the adhesive-bonding web (15') via a folding line (11'), and a further supporting strip (13') adjoins via a folding line (10').
- Folding pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the high coefficient of friction of the surface (24) is formed by applying a rubber adhesive.
