The invention relates to a folding pack for goods such as glasses, bottles, cans or the like products, in particular for cosmetic articles, with a rectangular packaging jacket, an edge part connected to it, provided with a plug-in tab which engages in the packaging jacket, and also with a base part also provided with an insertion tab , in which
on the two walls of the packing jacket adjoining the bottom part and / or the lid part, a malleable flap is articulated, which has three fold lines running parallel to the connecting edge on the packing jacket, which, seen from the connecting edge, the shapeable flap in a first spacer, in a support strip , divided into a second spacer and an adhesive flap, the glue flap being glued to the inside of the packaging casing in such a way that the distance of the fold line separating the adhesive flap from the second spacer web from the connecting edge of the common width of the support strip, reduced by the width of the first spacer web and corresponds to the second spacer bar and the support strip and the second spacer bar are aligned essentially at right angles to one another and have a free cut provided for receiving the product and adapted to its shape.

Bei der bekannten Faltpackung kann es jedoch vorkommen, daß sich das eingesetzte Produkt in Folge der Handhabung beim Transport mitunter etwas verdreht, so daß das Etikett oder die Beschriftung teilweise oder überhaupt nicht mehr bei ungeöffneter Faltpackung lesbar ist.EP-A-0 642 977 discloses a folding pack with the features of the preamble of claim 1 Folding pack is the product of both the bottom part and through the free cutting of the Packing jacket kept at a distance, so that by external Deformation of the folding pack also occurs No damage to the product without the addition of shaft inserts can lead or reduces the risk of damage becomes. With these products it happens that a label or a label is present, which is indicated by a on the Existing transparent cover on the front of the folding pack is visible from the viewer. In the well-known folding pack However, it can happen that the used Product sometimes a bit due to handling during transport twisted so that the label or lettering partially or not at all with an unopened folding pack is legible.

Based on such a folding pack, it is now inside based on the task while maintaining the benefit of a to indicate a folding pack with a low risk of damage permanent reliable positioning of the in the folding pack arranged product even during the handling guaranteed during the transport process.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that Area of the free cut a folding unit with a surface with increased static and / or sliding friction coefficient is on the product used in the folding pack at least partially and the surface area-forming folding unit in one piece with the adhesive tab and the support strip is connected and two Has fold lines whose spacing is essentially the width corresponds to the spacer.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the two Spacers are the same or at least approximately the same Wide, which ensures that the support bar is essentially runs parallel to the wall of the packaging jacket.

The free cut is advantageous in the area of the support strip rectangular and runs in the second spacer then circular arc. This choice of free cutting is essentially designed for round containers that but is also suitable for polygonal containers. For others The course of the free cutting in the second spacer can shape be adjusted.

It is also possible that at the apex of the circular arc Range of free cutting up to Fold line of the adhesive flap extending, narrow cutout is provided.

A preferred embodiment of the folding pack according to the invention, which is permanent especially for heavy containers This ensures dimensional stability from that the wall in the area of the mouldable tab at least is partially double-walled.

Finally, it is advantageous that the folding pack from one one-piece cardboard blank can be formed.

Fig. 2
the object of the invention according to FIG. 1 in the erected state, with a partially cut front surface

The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 Folding pack is used to hold goods such as glasses, bottles, Cans or the like products, in particular for cosmetic Items. The folding pack consists of a rectangular one Packing jacket 1, an edge connected to it, with an insertion flap reaching into the packing jacket 1 2 provided cover part 3 and laterally adjacent Dust straps 4.

At the lower end there is also an insertion tab 5 provided bottom part 6, wherein on the two to the Bottom part 6 adjacent walls of the packaging jacket 1 each a malleable tab 7 is articulated. The malleable Tab 7 has three parallel to the connecting edge 8 on Packing jacket 1 running fold lines 9, 10, 11 on the the mouldable tab 7 seen from the connecting edge 8 in one first spacer web 12, in a support strip 13, in a second Spacer 14 and divided into an adhesive tab 15. The Adhesive tab 15 is so on the inside of the packaging jacket 1 glued that the distance of the adhesive tab 15 from the second spacer 14 separating fold line 11 from the connecting edge 8 of the reduced by the width of the first spacer web 12 common width of support bar 13 and second spacer 14 corresponds, as can be seen from FIG. 2.

The support bar 13 and the second spacer web 14 are essentially aligned at right angles to each other and point one intended to hold the product, its shape adapted Open cut 16 on.

In the illustrated embodiment, the two have Spacers 12, 14 of the same width, but there is also the ability to vary the width slightly choose, whereby the support bar 13 is slightly different from the parallel Alignment to the wall of the jacket part 1 deviates.

The cutout 16 is in the area of the support strip 13 rectangular, while in the spacer 14 next to it runs in a circular arc. The straightforward part of the clear cut 16 in the support bar 13 supports the floor of the product, while the circular arc area Grips product in the jacket area. The circular arc runs Area of the free cut 16 at a distance from Fold line 11 on the adhesive tab 15, so that the product Keep distance from packing jacket 1.

At the apex of the circular arc-shaped area of the free cut 16 is up to the fold line 11 of the adhesive flap 15 extending, narrow cutout 17 is provided, which there is a certain flexibility of the free cutting 16 results and thus the insertion of the product in the packaging facilitated.

In Fig. 1 ist eine Draufsicht auf den Packungszuschnitt dargestellt, woraus sich ersehen läßt, daß sie aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist.1 shows a plan view of the package blank, from which it can be seen that they consist of one piece Cardboard blank is formed.

The one shown in FIG. 2 in a detailed perspective The embodiment of the formable tab is double-walled educated. This is implemented in that the adhesive flap 15 a further flap over a fold line 20 15 'connects to this tab 15' over the folded edge 11 ' an analog second spacer 14 'connects and to this second spacer 14 'along the fold line 10' one further support bar 13 'connects. The tab 15 ', the second The punching web 14 'and the support bar 13' essentially have the same surface contour as the corresponding front surfaces and are glued to them. Such a folding pack can also be made from a one-piece cardboard blank form.

In the area of the narrow section 17 is then in the area the folded edge 11, connected in one piece to the tab 15 ' a folding unit 24 is present, which over another Folding edge 22 with the front edge of the rectangular Free cut 16 of the support bar 13 'connects and in this Area has a folded edge 23. The fold edges 22 and 23 are arranged so that the folding part 25 in the unfolded Condition up to the height H of the free cut 16 without problems can be folded. As a result, this folding unit forms areas a bottom area 25 on which the in the folding pack product to be used can be put on. On this bottom 25 means are applied to the top, one increased static or sliding friction coefficients exhibit. The area 25 with an increased coefficient of friction can also have a much wider extension than in Fig. 2 shown. The provision of the folding unit 24 on the additional double wall part (13 ', 14', 15 ') of the moldable Lasche has the advantage that the folding pack when applying the material with an increased coefficient of friction does not have to be turned over to the bottom surface 25, but together with the application of the Adhesive for gluing the folded parts can be done.

The folding unit 24 can also with a single-walled embodiment the foldable flap available be.

Providing such an area ensures that once in the unfolded folding pack the round product used can practically no longer rotate, so that the product always comes with the desired side shows the existing viewing window. Such a folding pack has the advantage of being cut from a single box can be formed by double-walled in the Area of the formable flap in the rear wall not a full free cut is punched out, but the Meat slicing is done in part and the other two additional Folded edges 22, 23 are provided so that the surface 25 with increased coefficient of friction in a simple manner can be unfolded with the formable flap.

it being the case that the adhesive-bonding flap (15) is adhesively bonded to the inside of the pack casing (1) such that the distance between the connection border (8) and the folding line (11), which separates the adhesive-bonding flap (15) from the second spacer web (14), corresponds to the combined width of the supporting strip (13) and second spacer web (14) less the width of the first spacer web (12), and
it being the case that the supporting strip (13) and the second spacer web (14) are aligned essentially at right angles with respect to one another and have a cutout (16) which is provided for receiving the product and is adapted to the shape of the latter,
    characterized in that
provided in the region of the cutout is a folding unit (24) with a surface (25) which has a high coefficient of static and/or sliding friction and against which the product which is inserted into the folding pack butts at least in part, and
the folding unit (24), a certain area of which forms said surface (25), is connected integrally to the adhesive-bonding flap (15) and the supporting strip (13) and has two folding lines (22, 23), the distance between which corresponds essentially to the width of the spacer web (14).
  2. Folding pack according to Claim 1, characterized in that the two spacer webs (12, 14) are of the same, or at least approximately the same, width.
  3. Folding pack according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized in that the cutout (16) is rectangular in the region of the supporting strip (13) and adjoining this, in the second spacer web (14), is in the form of an arc of a circle.
  4. Folding pack according to Claim 3, characterized in that the circle-arc-shaped region of the cutout (16) runs at a distance from the folding line (11) of the adhesive-bonding flap (15).
  5. Folding pack according to Claim 4, characterized in that provided in the vertex of the circle-arc-shaped region of the cutout (16) is a narrow clearance (17) which extends as far as the folding line (11) of the adhesive-bonding flap (15).
  6. Folding pack according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wall in the region of the formable flap is of at least partially double-walled design, in which [sic] a further [sic] the adhesive-bonding flap (15) is adjoined by a further adhesive-bonding flap (15') along a folding flap [sic] (20), a further spacer web (14') adjoins the adhesive-bonding web (15') via a folding line (11'), and a further supporting strip (13') adjoins via a folding line (10').
  7. Folding pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the high coefficient of friction of the surface (24) is formed by applying a rubber adhesive.
