Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur flächigen Führung von im Greiferschluß fixierten Bogen (16) auf einer gekrümmten Oberfläche eines Druckzylinders (2) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine vor der Druckzone (13) mittels Führungseinrichtung (14), wobei dem Druckzylinder (2) in Bogenlaufrichtung (9) mindestens ein Bogenführungszylinder (3) vorgeordnet ist, und wobei
in einem durch die Druckzone (13) und dem Übergabebereich (15) von vorgeordnetem Bogenführungszylinder (3) und Druckzylinder (2) annähernd bestimmten Kreisbogen (12) ein pneumatisch oder mechanisch auf dem Druckzylinder (2) geführter Bogen (16) in Bogenlaufrichtung (9) vor dem Übergabebereich (15) entrollt und entgegen seiner Laufrichtung gestreckt wird. - Vorrichtung Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß einer in einem Kreisbogen (12) vor der Druckzone (13) des Druckzylinders (2) angeordneten Führungseinrichtung (14) unterhalb des Übergabebereiches (15) von Bogenführungszylinder (3) und Druckzylinder (2) eine Bogenglätteinrichtung (8) zugeordnet ist, die mit einer Saugluftquelle gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führungseinrichtung (14) eine über die Breite des Druckzylinders (2) verlaufende Blaseinrichtung oder eine mechanische Leiteinrichtung ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bogenglätteinrichtung (8) eine Prallflache (7) aufweist, an der der überwiegende Teil der Schleppströmung (10) des Druckzylinders (2) vor dem Übergabebereich (15) abgelenkt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bogenglätteinrichtung (8) für den Widerdruck aus einer Mehrzahl von quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung (9) verschiebbaren pneumatisch beaufschlagbaren Bogenbremsen gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Saugluftquelle der Bogenglätteinrichtung (8) abschaltbar ist.
