Definitions
- the invention relates to an outlet of shower trays, bathtubs and wash basins with a dirt strainer which divides the water flow via web-like installations into several partial flows and which is arranged in the outlet permitting the insertion of a closure blocking the outlet, in the center of which a guide sleeve is provided, one at the bottom of Closure attached web and at the same time a dirt trap having a bore receiving the web is designed to be leading.
- a dirt strainer which divides the water flow via web-like installations into several partial flows and which is arranged in the outlet permitting the insertion of a closure blocking the outlet, in the center of which a guide sleeve is provided, one at the bottom of Closure attached web and at the same time a dirt trap having a bore receiving the web is designed to be leading.
- the invention is therefore based on the object a hair. ⁇ . Dirt parts safely restrained, easy to clean spout for shower trays and. To create with dirt trap.
- the invention first makes use of the design of a closure known per se, which can remain in the sink or shower base during normal operation and which is simply adjusted in height so that the water can pass it quickly and safely in the open state can leak.
- a closure known per se, which can remain in the sink or shower base during normal operation and which is simply adjusted in height so that the water can pass it quickly and safely in the open state can leak.
- Below this closure both in the open and closed position, there is a dirt trap that catches the passing hair safely as well as other dirt parts and that can be easily cleaned because it only lies loosely.
- Both this dirt trap and the closure Associated web are guided in a guide sleeve, the dirt trap on the outside of the sleeve and the web inside on the sleeve.
- the collar on the guide sleeve serves as a bearing for the loosely resting dirt trap or the dirt trap which has an adapted bore and is also supported on the ring web of the outlet insert.
- the guide sleeve can be part of the web or can be pulled out with the web when the closure is lifted up, or else it remains arranged in the outlet and really only serves as a guide for both the web of the closure and the dirt trap. Due to the corresponding training, however, it is assumed that the guide sleeve remains on the ring web in the outlet insert and is therefore only removed from this position if necessary. Although it is only necessary to clean the dirt trap at longer intervals, this component must withstand considerable loads. This is possible above all if the dirt trap has a bore enclosing the collar and is designed to be supported with the outer edge on a projection of the outlet insert.
- the dirt trap is thus supported on the outer edge and practically on the inner edge line-shaped, so that it also safely absorbs correspondingly heavy loads from the water flow.
- the dirt trap remains in this position when the cap is removed and can then be removed separately to be cleaned. Then it is either pushed onto the web and brought into the outlet in this position, or it is placed there in advance in order to then push the web of the closure with a collar and to place it in the corresponding position on the ring web.
- the main advantage here is that the entire area through which the water flows can be divided into a large number of partial flows because the two end areas are compactly supported at the outlet, in order to reliably absorb the pressure of the water flow and the dirt particles carried along.
- the strainer strainer has a bulge in the middle, the inner surface of which is supported on the collar is formed and the outer surface is formed by star-shaped arms.
- the dirt trap as such is thus completely supported on the guide sleeve at the same time, so that in principle there is no need for further support.
- a constant removal and thus a certain distance and always even distance between the closure and dirt trap is guaranteed if the web of the closure has a lower section with a larger diameter than the upper section and if the bore in the strainer is one with the diameter of the upper section has a corresponding diameter.
- the dirt trap thus slips easily over the upper section, so that it can be pushed accordingly far into the guide sleeve or into the outlet.
- the dirt trap automatically attaches itself to the web of the closure and is then taken up with it when this section with a smaller diameter has passed and a corresponding projection now virtually catches the dirt trap and supports it automatically, so that, as already mentioned, it supports the Closure is taken out of the spout together.
- this dirt trap is made of plastic, you can measure the difference in diameter between the upper and lower section so that you push the dirt trap over this projection with a certain resistance, in order then to be able to carry out the cleaning process more easily.
- the invention is characterized in particular in that the partial flow is divided by a large number of web-like internals in order to collect and retain the dirt with the necessary security.
- the dirt trap is designed as a so-called spider and is equipped with a large number of narrow, star-shaped arms. This results in a correspondingly large number of passages through which the water flows, but small in size, but previously divided by the arms. The arms then catch the dirt as already mentioned.
- the arms are designed as upright sheet metal strips or plastic strips, wherein the plastic strips have the advantage that they remain unaffected by water and oxygen and are also easy to clean.
- they are often coated with a metal paint, so that they receive the same training as the closure.
- a stable structure is a dirt trap in which the ends of the arms are connected to one another by a ring forming the outer edge.
- This design also has the advantage that the ring can be supported on a corresponding projection of the outlet, so that a linear support is achieved.
- cleaning the dirt trap is no problem.
- the dirt trap is removed from the outlet separately from the closure anyway, so that the adhering dirt is then already largely wiped off by turning over, for example, flushing the dirt trap.
- the ring can be trough-shaped with the arms, so as to further favor the catching process.
- a kind of trough for the passing dirt and hair is created when the ring is about twice the height of the arms and when 24 arms are provided.
- the 24 arms are also realized in the freely protruding configuration of the arms, the configuration described here having the advantage that the ring and arms run quasi-arcuate on the surface, so that in the end it is even achieved, for example, that the hair is in the interior of the dirt trap slide in, i.e. towards the dock, while the outside area remains free and can thus be better passed by the water. The water pushes the hair and other dirt parts almost automatically towards the dock.
- the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that an outlet for shower trays, bathtubs and wash basins is ultimately also created for the kitchen sinks, in which the passing water is largely kept free of hair and other dirt particles, so that it does not, in principle, in the further course of the piping system more constipation can occur. It is well known that hair in particular leads to such blockages, since it gets stuck somewhere in the piping system, in particular on branches. This is achieved by the large number of arms of the dirt trap, so that in the true sense of the word a sieve is created for the first time that is really suitable for safely catching and holding back hair and other parts.
- This dirt trap is arranged in the spout so that it can be easily removed from the spout when a certain degree of soiling is reached, or is even taken out of the spout together with the closure in order to then be cleaned. It is also advantageous that the special design of the strainer screen makes it possible to use closures that can be operated remotely, so that it is no longer necessary to virtually dive through the dirty water to bring the closure out of its position and that To let water run out. All in all seen a problem is solved safely and elegantly, which so far has simply been ignored due to the lack of simple and practical solutions.
- FIG. 1 shows a spout 1 with a closure 2 which can be remotely controlled via an automatic mechanism (not shown here).
- This closure 2 has a web 3 which is attached to the underside of the closure 2. This web is guided on a ring web 5, which is part of the outlet insert 4.
- a guide sleeve 6 is mounted on the ring web 5, the quasi with its collar 7 is pushed over the ring web 5 or through this.
- a correspondingly large support surface 8 on the underside of the collar 7 ensures that the guide sleeve 6 cannot tilt.
- the web 3 of the closure 2 is guided in this guide sleeve 6, which can be easily removed from FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the web 3 is pushed through the guide sleeve 6, with a corresponding design of the web 3 giving the possibility of moving the guide sleeve 6 together with the closure 2 out of the outlet 1.
- this is usually not necessary because the remote control reaches the opening position shown in FIG. 2, in which the water can flow under the closure 2 into the outlet 1 or the outlet insert 4.
- a dirt trap sieve 10 is guided on the outside of the guide sleeve 6 or its collar 7, which is supported here at the same time on the ring web 5 and on the outer edge 12 also on a projection 13 in the outlet insert 4. It therefore has a very stable position and can divide flowing water flow into many partial flows.
- the dirt trap sieve 10 has a bore 11 in the center, so that both the web 3 and here the collar 7 of the guide sleeve 6 can pass.
- FIG. 3 Details of the strainer sieve 10 are shown in FIG. 3 and also in FIG. 4. It becomes clear that, starting from a central ring 19 and towards the outer ring 14, a large number of narrow arms 15, 16, 17, 18 run into one appropriate fine division of the water flow. This training thus leads to the fact that the hair and other dirt particles carried along by the water flow are caught and retained by the arms 15, 16, 17, 18. This also applies in particular to the design according to FIGS. 3 and Fig. 4 therefore and in that the outer ring 14 is higher than the arms 15, 16, 17, 18, wherein the arms can even extend obliquely to the inner ring 19 so as to achieve that the hair and other parts automatically move there or be moved there.
- the outer surface 22 of the strainer 10 or the bulge 20 is formed by plastic strips 23, i. H. from the arms 15, 16, 17, 18, which are designed as plastic strips 23. Incidentally, the use of such plastic strips 23 is also provided in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
- An internal thread 27 is assigned to the web 3 to actuate the set screw 28.
- the web 3 is equipped with a corresponding inner bore 30.
- a sealing lip 31 is attached to the underside of the closure and is simply and securely attached to the closure 2 by means of a circumferential retaining ring 32.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an outlet of shower trays, bathtubs and wash basins with a dirt strainer which divides the water flow via web-like installations into several partial flows and which is arranged in the outlet permitting the insertion of a closure blocking the outlet, in the center of which a guide sleeve is provided, one at the bottom of Closure attached web and at the same time a dirt trap having a bore receiving the web is designed to be leading. Such an outlet is known from GB-A-1 072 840.
It is known to install dirt traps in the outlet of kitchen water basins, but occasionally also in the outlet of shower trays and wash basins, in such a way that a part is connected to the outlet insert fixedly arranged in the outlet, which has, for example, uniform holes arranged in a circle around the fixation, these bores are made so that a kind of web remains between them. This divides the water flow into partial flows and long hair. Parts are retained (GB-A-1 072 840 and DE-U-93 01 155.5). The disadvantage here is that only a relatively small number of web-like internals are present, so that only a small amount of the hair and other dirt particles passing through the outlet can be retained. Another disadvantage is that retained hair and similar dirt can only be removed from the strainer with considerable effort because this is firmly mounted, so that the hair must be gripped and removed, for example, with a cloth. Finally, it is disadvantageous that keeping such spouts clean is extremely difficult, because if at all only by unscrewing the dirt trap screen, the area is also immediate can be kept clean under the strainer. Recognizing these problems, more and more people have started to dispense with such strainer screens completely, which in turn means that in the further course of the piping system blockages easily occur, which then lead to much greater problems than those associated with cleaning the strainer strainer. Another problem is that the special attachment of the dirt trap in the outlet means that only closures can be used that are virtually pushed into the outlet, which can therefore only be used to close the outlet, but not during continuous operation. This means that the additional component is held on a cord or chain so that it is available when needed. Apart from the fact that the often long chain is an obstacle, both parts also tend to catch dirt and thus represent a further problem.
The invention is therefore based on the object a hair. Ä. Dirt parts safely restrained, easy to clean spout for shower trays and. To create with dirt trap.
The object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of
The invention first makes use of the design of a closure known per se, which can remain in the sink or shower base during normal operation and which is simply adjusted in height so that the water can pass it quickly and safely in the open state can leak. Below this closure, both in the open and closed position, there is a dirt trap that catches the passing hair safely as well as other dirt parts and that can be easily cleaned because it only lies loosely. Both this dirt trap and the closure Associated web are guided in a guide sleeve, the dirt trap on the outside of the sleeve and the web inside on the sleeve. The collar on the guide sleeve serves as a bearing for the loosely resting dirt trap or the dirt trap which has an adapted bore and is also supported on the ring web of the outlet insert. This means, above all, that there is a safe arrangement from which the dirt trap, in particular, cannot be moved or lifted out by the water flow or the like. It is therefore always in the water flow and always in such a way that the hair and dirt that have passed through can be retained. To clean the dirt trap, it is only necessary to lift the closure with its web so that the dirt trap is then clearly recognizable. It is particularly advantageous in this embodiment that a closure can now also be used, which can be brought from the closed to the open position by simple lever or web guidance. This area is not only more hygienically designed, but also more ergonomic for the housewife and other users, so that this construction is accepted and practiced with the necessary security. The guide sleeve can be part of the web or can be pulled out with the web when the closure is lifted up, or else it remains arranged in the outlet and really only serves as a guide for both the web of the closure and the dirt trap. The dirt trap is thus supported on the outer edge and practically on the inner edge line-shaped, so that it also safely absorbs correspondingly heavy loads from the water flow. The dirt trap remains in this position when the cap is removed and can then be removed separately to be cleaned. Then it is either pushed onto the web and brought into the outlet in this position, or it is placed there in advance in order to then push the web of the closure with a collar and to place it in the corresponding position on the ring web. The main advantage here is that the entire area through which the water flows can be divided into a large number of partial flows because the two end areas are compactly supported at the outlet, in order to reliably absorb the pressure of the water flow and the dirt particles carried along.
An advantageously stable mounting for the dirt trap can be achieved if the dirt trap is additionally supported with its outer edge on a projection of the outlet insert.
If you want to avoid the separate removal of the strainer strainer, if you want to simultaneously and safely remove the closure and the strainer strainer supported on the collar, this is advantageously possible if the strainer strainer has a bulge in the middle, the inner surface of which is supported on the collar is formed and the outer surface is formed by star-shaped arms. The dirt trap as such is thus completely supported on the guide sleeve at the same time, so that in principle there is no need for further support. However, it is also expedient to fix the end region of the star-shaped arms on the outer region with the outlet or to be supported there, simply to prevent these parts from bending. It is advantageous that the dirt trap can now be removed from the outlet at the same time as the closure.
A constant removal and thus a certain distance and always even distance between the closure and dirt trap is guaranteed if the web of the closure has a lower section with a larger diameter than the upper section and if the bore in the strainer is one with the diameter of the upper section has a corresponding diameter. The dirt trap thus slips easily over the upper section, so that it can be pushed accordingly far into the guide sleeve or into the outlet. On the other hand, the dirt trap automatically attaches itself to the web of the closure and is then taken up with it when this section with a smaller diameter has passed and a corresponding projection now virtually catches the dirt trap and supports it automatically, so that, as already mentioned, it supports the Closure is taken out of the spout together. In particular, if this dirt trap is made of plastic, you can measure the difference in diameter between the upper and lower section so that you push the dirt trap over this projection with a certain resistance, in order then to be able to carry out the cleaning process more easily.
It was pointed out earlier that the invention is characterized in particular in that the partial flow is divided by a large number of web-like internals in order to collect and retain the dirt with the necessary security. This can be accomplished in particular in that the dirt trap is designed as a so-called spider and is equipped with a large number of narrow, star-shaped arms. This results in a correspondingly large number of passages through which the water flows, but small in size, but previously divided by the arms. The arms then catch the dirt as already mentioned. This is particularly advantageous to realize that the arms are designed as upright sheet metal strips or plastic strips, wherein the plastic strips have the advantage that they remain unaffected by water and oxygen and are also easy to clean. In addition, today they are often coated with a metal paint, so that they receive the same training as the closure.
A stable structure is a dirt trap in which the ends of the arms are connected to one another by a ring forming the outer edge. This design also has the advantage that the ring can be supported on a corresponding projection of the outlet, so that a linear support is achieved. Depending on the design of the outer edge, cleaning the dirt trap is no problem. With the design provided here, the dirt trap is removed from the outlet separately from the closure anyway, so that the adhering dirt is then already largely wiped off by turning over, for example, flushing the dirt trap. Accordingly, the ring can be trough-shaped with the arms, so as to further favor the catching process.
When the dirt trap together with the closure is to be removed from the outlet, advantageous cleaning is possible if the ends of the arms are free and uniformly projecting while increasing their strip height. Due to the free projection, the adhering dirt can be easily removed even when the dirt trap is stuck on the corresponding projection of the web, so that it is not even necessary to remove it from this position in order to clean it. The dirt is simply pushed away over the freely protruding arms. The uniform design or the uniformly wide protrusion of the arms creates the possibility of also supporting them on the protrusion of the outlet, so that they counter the necessary resistance to the passing water flow.
A kind of trough for the passing dirt and hair is created when the ring is about twice the height of the arms and when 24 arms are provided. However, the 24 arms are also realized in the freely protruding configuration of the arms, the configuration described here having the advantage that the ring and arms run quasi-arcuate on the surface, so that in the end it is even achieved, for example, that the hair is in the interior of the dirt trap slide in, i.e. towards the dock, while the outside area remains free and can thus be better passed by the water. The water pushes the hair and other dirt parts almost automatically towards the dock.
The invention is characterized in particular by the fact that an outlet for shower trays, bathtubs and wash basins is ultimately also created for the kitchen sinks, in which the passing water is largely kept free of hair and other dirt particles, so that it does not, in principle, in the further course of the piping system more constipation can occur. This dirt trap is arranged in the spout so that it can be easily removed from the spout when a certain degree of soiling is reached, or is even taken out of the spout together with the closure in order to then be cleaned.

In the embodiment shown here, a
The
The
Details of the
This means that both the
The
When the closure is operated remotely into the position according to FIG. 5 or vice versa the position according to FIG. 6, the
An
A sealing
