Abstract

The drain (1) is fitted with a sleeve (6), which guides the lower part of the stem (3) of a plug (2), which can be inserted in order to block the water flow. The sleeve also locates a loose dirt trap insert (10), which divides the flow into separate streams, and which has a hole to accept the stem. The sleeve may have a collar (7), whose shape corresponds to that of the ring (5) or the support of the drain insert (4). The hole on the dirt trap may also accept the collar, and the outer rim of the trap may rest on a projection on the drain insert.

Description

Die Neuerung betrifft einen Auslauf von Duschtassen, Badewannen und Waschbecken mit einem den Wasserstrom über stegartige Einbauten in mehrere Teilströme teilenden Schmutzfangsieb, das das Einführen eines den Auslauf sperrenden Verschlusses zulassend im Auslauf angeordnet ist.The innovation concerns an outlet of shower trays, bathtubs and wash basins with a dirt trap sieve that divides the water flow into several partial flows via web-like fittings and is arranged in the outlet so that a closure blocking the outlet can be inserted.

Bekannt ist es, im Auslauf von Küchenwasserbecken, vereinzelt aber auch in dem Auslauf von Duschtassen und Waschbecken Schmutzfangsiebe der Gestalt einzubauen, daß ein mit dem fest im Auslauf angeordneten Auslaufeinsatz verbundenes Teil angeordnet ist, das beispielsweise im Kreis um die Fixierung angeordnete gleichförmige Bohrungen hat, wobei diese Bohrungen so angebracht sind, daß jeweils zwischen Ihnen eine Art Steg verbleibt. Dadurch wird der Wasserstrom in Teilströme aufgeteilt und lange Haare u. ä. Teile werden zurückgehalten. Nachteilig dabei ist, daß nur eine relativ geringe Anzahl stegartiger Einbauten vorhanden ist, so daß nur eine geringe Menge der den Auslauf passierenden Haare und sonstigen Schmutzteile zurückgehalten werden kann. Nachteilig ist außerdem, daß zurückgehaltene Haare und ähnliche Schmutzteile nur mit erheblichem Aufwand vom Schmutzfangsieb entfernt werden können, weil dies ja fest montiert ist, so daß beispielsweise mit einem Tuch die Haare erfaßt und weggenommen werden müssen. Nachteilig ist schließlich, daß ein Sauberhalten derartiger Ausläufe ausgesprochen schwierig ist, weil wenn überhaupt nur durch Losschrauben des Schmutzfangsiebes auch der Bereich unmittelbar unter dem Schmutzfangsieb saubergehalten werden kann. In Erkenntnis dieser Probleme ist man mehr und mehr dazu übergegangen auf derartige Schmutzfangsiebe vollständig zu verzichten, was wiederum dazu führt, daß im weiteren Verlauf des Rohrleitungssystems leicht Verstopfer auftreten, die dann zu wesentlich größeren Problemen führen, als die mit dem Säubern des Schmutzfangsiebes verbundenen.
