Claims (9)
- Zentrierbüchse (1) zum Zentrieren und Verbinden aufeinanderstehender Wickelhülsen (9, 10), mit zumindest einem zylindrischen Teil (14), der zu beiden Seiten einer Mittenebene (2) der Zentrierbüchse verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierbüchse (1) zu beiden Seiten des zylindrischen Teils (14) konisch geformt ist und daß am Außenumfang des zylindrischen Teils (14) scharfkantige Vorsprünge (8) angeordnet sind, deren Enden abgerundet sind.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Teil (14) und die daran an beiden Seiten anschließenden Teile (15; 16) hohl und in sich geschlossen ausgebildet sind.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zylindrische Teile (3, 4) zu beiden Seiten der Mittenebene (2) angeordnet sind, daß die zylindrischen Teile (3, 4) in zur Mittenachse (17) hin konisch geformte Teile (5, 6) übergehen und daß am Außenumfang der Zentrierbüchse (7) in der Mittenebene (2) als Vorsprünge scharfkantige Dornen (8) mit abgerundeten Enden angeordnet sind.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser (D) der Zentrierbüchse (1; 7) in der Mittenebene (2) gleich dem Innendruchmesser (DIW) der Wickelhülsen (9, 10) ist.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Dornen (8) auf einem Kreis liegen, dessen Durchmesser größer als der Innendurchmesser (DIW) der Wickelhülsen (9, 10) ist.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Vorsprünge (8) 6 bis 12, insbesondere 6, beträgt.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (8) scharfe Kanten (11, 12) senkrecht zur Mittenebene (2) aufweisen.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrischen und die damit verbundenen konischen Teile (3, 4; 5, 6) gleichmäßig über den Umfang der Zentrierbüchse (7), durch Lücken (13) voneinander beabstandet, verteilt sind.
- Zentrierbüchse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberhalb der Mittenebene (2) befindlichen zylindrischen und die damit verbundenen konischen Teile (3, 5) gegenüber den unterhalb der Mittenebene (2) befindlichen zylindrischen und damit verbundenen Teilen (4, 6) so versetzt sind, daß sich Lücke (13) und zylindrisches und damit verbundenes konisches Teil (3; 5 bzw. 4; 6) abwechselnd gegenüberliegen.
