Description
Claims (9)
- Appareil de traction ou de levage d'un lien relié à une charge, fonctionnant par deux paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b), à mouvement alternatif, notamment suivant le principe d'auto-serrage par la charge et, notamment également, pourvu d'un dispositif de préserrage hors charge et de débrayage (20) simultané des deux paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b), caractérisé en ce que lesdites paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) dotées de surfaces de serrage plates (42) correspondant aux faces larges d'une sangle souple (14) à profil plat sont complétées par deux guides (50a, 50b) disposés respectivement le long de chacune des deux faces larges de la sangle (14) et suivant sa direction longitudinale, de façon à interdire à celle-ci un mouvement de pliure ou de boucle entre les deux paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) lorsque celles-ci se rapprochent l'une de l'autre, et en ce que chacune des deux mâchoires (22a, 22b) d'une première paire des deux paires de mâchoires est pourvue d'une cavité (51a, 51b) aménagée longitudinalement dans ces mâchoires (22a, 22b), et l'un (50a) des deux guides (50a, 50b) est fixé à l'une des mâchoires (24a) de l'autre paire des deux paires de mâchoires et l'autre guide (50b) est fixé à l'autre mâchoire (24b) de l'autre paire des deux paires de mâchoires, le guide situé sur l'un des côtés de la sangle étant reçu à coulissement dans la cavité de la mâchoire (22a), situé sur le même côté de la sangle, de la première paire des deux paires de mâchoires alors que l'autre guide (50b) est reçu à coulissement dans la cavité de l'autre mâchoire (22b) de la première paire de mâchoires (22a, 22b).
- Appareil de traction ou de levage d'un lien relié à une charge, fonctionnant par deux paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b), à mouvement alternatif, notamment suivant le principe d'auto-serrage par la charge et, notamment également, pourvu d'un dispositif de préserrage hors charge et de débrayage (20) simultané des deux paires de mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b), caractérisé en ce que lesdites paires de mâchoires (24a, 24b) dotées de surfaces de serrage plates (42) correspondant aux faces larges d'une sangle souple (14) à profil plat sont complétées par deux guides (60, 62) disposés respectivement le long de chacune des deux faces larges de la sangle (14) et suivant sa direction longitudinale, de façon à interdire à celle-ci un mouvement de pliure ou de boucle entre les deux paires de mâchoires (24a, 24b) lorsque celles-ci se rapprochent l'une de l'autre, et en ce que les guides (60, 62) sont fixés soit à l'une soit aux deux extrémités du carter (10) de l'appareil, et les mâchoires (22a, 24a), situées sur l'un des côtés de la sangle, des deux paires de mâchoires sont montées à coulissement sur le guide (60) situé du même côté de la sangle, alors que les autres mâchoires (22b, 24b) des deux paires de mâchoires sont montées à coulissement sur l'autre guide (62), les guides (60, 62) passant des cavités de coulissement (60a, 62a) des machoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'une des mâchoires ou les deux mâchoires de chaque paire (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) comportent deux relevés latéraux (40) bordant les surfaces de serrage (42).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'une des mâchoires (22a, 24a) vient se loger dans sa mâchoire antagoniste (22b; 24b) comportant des relevés latéraux (40) pour former avec celle-ci un encadrement pour le passage ou le serrage de la sangle (14) qui s'y trouve.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des plaquettes (46) de matériau approprié pour une adhérence optimum entre mâchoire et sangle sont fixées sur la face interne des mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface de serrage (42) des mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) ou de leurs plaquettes (46) comportent des empreintes et/ou des reliefs (48) configurés pour optimiser la coopération des mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) et de la sangle (14).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de coulissement (51a, 51b; 60a, 62a) des mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) est latéralement fermée à l'intérieur de ces mâchoires, suivant une section correspondant à celle du guide (50a, 50b; 60, 62).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de coulissement (51a, 51b; 60a, 62a) des mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b) est une entaille longitudinalement ouverte sur la face interne desdites mâchoires (22a, 22b; 24a, 24b).
- Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la section de l'entaille, en coopération avec la section du guide (50a, 50b; 60, 62), a une forme empêchant le guide (50a, 50b; 60, 62) d'échapper à cette entaille.
