Claims (20)

  1. Composition comprenant :
    un traitement hydrolysable des plaies comprenant un polysaccharide oxydé qui est réticulé et a une charge chimiquement induite et un véhicule de distribution, le polysaccharide modifié et le véhicule de distribution étant en une condition dans laquelle le polysaccharide oxydé ne s'hydrolysera sensiblement pas avant application à un site d'une plaie.
  2. Composition selon la revendication 1, où le polysaccharide est du dextrane.
  3. Composition selon les revendications 1 ou 2, où la charge chimiquement induite est produite par des groupes DEAE sur le polysaccharide.
  4. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, où le véhicule de distribution comprend un fluide non polaire.
  5. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 comprenant de plus une substance thérapeutiquement active.
  6. Composition comprenant un traitement stérile contre les plaies contenant un polysaccharide oxydé réticulé, hydrolysable, ayant une charge chimiquement induite.
  7. Méthode de préparation d'une composition de traitement des plaies consistant à :
    prévoir un polysaccharide réticulé ayant une charge qui y est chimiquement induite ; et
    oxyder le polysaccharide réticulé.
  8. Méthode selon la revendication 7, où le polysaccharide réticulé est du dextrane réticulé.
  9. Méthode selon les revendications 7 ou 8, où la charge sur le polysaccharide réticulé est produite par des groupes DEAE.
  10. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9 où l'étape d'oxydation comprend la mise en contact du polysaccharide réticulé avec un agent oxydant sélectionné dans le consistant en acide periodique, sels periodiques, chlorite de sodium, hypochlorite de sodium, bromite de sodium et hypobromite de sodium.
  11. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, où l'étape d'oxydation comprend l'oxydation du polysaccharide par réaction avec l'ion periodate et de plus l'oxydation du polysaccharide par réaction du chlorite de sodium.
  12. Utilisation d'un polysaccharide oxydé, réticulé ayant une charge qui y est chimiquement induite, dans la fabrication d'une composition de traitement stérile des plaies efficace dans le traitement d'un site d'une plaie.
  13. Utilisation selon la revendication 12, où la composition de traitement des plaies est une poudre.
  14. Utilisation selon les revendications 12 ou 13, où la composition de traitement des plaies contient également un véhicule de distribution.
  15. Utilisation selon la revendication 14, où la composition de traitement des plaies est un gel.
  16. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, où le polysaccharide réticulé est un detrane réticulé.
  17. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, où la charge chimiquement induite est produite par des groupes DEAE sur le polysaccharide.
  18. Composition de traitement des plaies comprenant un dextrane réticulé où au moins une portion des unités monosaccharides a été oxydée en un groupe ayant la formule suivante :

  19. Composition de traitement des plaies selon la revendication 18, où le dextrane réticulé a une charge qui y est chimiquement induite.
  20. Composition de traitement des plaies selon la revendication 19, où la charge chimique est produite par des groupes DEAE sur le dextrane réticulé.
