Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Regeneration gebrauchter Schmieröle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nacheinander die folgenden Behandlungsschritte umfasst:a) Homogenisieren der gesammelten Öle und Eliminierung derselben, wenn sie einen der folgenden Tests nicht bestehen:Chlorflammentest (Chlortest);Test auf Anwesenheit von Heizöl durch Fleckentest (Tropfentest);Test auf Anwesenheit von Fettsäure mit Soda (Fett-Test);b) Vorerhitzen, wobei die zu regenerierenden Öle auf eine Temperatur zwischen 140 und 160 °C gebracht werden;c) Hinzufügen von Natriumhydroxid in wässriger Lösung in einer Menge von 1 bis 3% reine Base, bezogen auf die Masse des Schmieröls;d) Entwässern und Entfernen leichter Kohlenwasserstoffe durch Entspannung (Flashverdampfen);e) Entfernen und Rückgewinnen von Dieselöl (Strippen);f) Entfernen von Verunreinigungen durch fraktionierende Destillation im Vakuum, die eine Auftrennung einerseits in rohe Schmieröle und andererseits in einen Rückstand, in dem alle Verunreinigungen konzentriert sind, gewährleistet.
- Verfahren zur Regeneration gebrauchter Schmieröle gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolonne bei der Destillation im Vakuum mit einem Kolonnenboden-Absaugverdampfer zusammenarbeitet.
- Vorrichtung zur Regeneration gebrauchter Öle, umfassend:einen Vorratsbehälter (2) für gebrauchte Öle;Einrichtungen zum Mischen und Homogenisieren der anfangs in dem Vorratsbehälter (2) enthaltenen Öle;Einrichtungen (3) zum Vorerhitzen, die die aus dem Vorratsbehälter (2) entnommenen gebrauchten Öle auf eine Temperatur zwischen 140 °C und 160 °C bringen;Einrichtungen (4) zur Aufbewahrung von reinem Natriumhydroxid;Einrichtungen (5) zum Zumischen von Natriumhydroxid in einem vorbestimmten Anteil zwischen 1 und 3 Massen-% zu den vorerhitzten gebrauchten Ölen;eine Einheit (6) zum Entfernen von Wasser und leichten Kohlenwasserstoffen durch Entspannung (Flashverdampfen) aus den gebrauchten Ölen, die auf eine erhöhte Temperatur gebracht und mit reinem Natriumhydroxid versetzt wurden;eine Einheit (8) zum Entfernen von Dieselöl (Strippen); undEinrichtungen (10, 14) zum Entfernen von Verunreinigungen, die eine Einheit (10) zur Destillation im Vakuum umfassen.
