Claims (6)
- Preßwerkzeug zum isostatischen Pressen steilwandiger topf- oder schüsselförmiger Gegenstände (90) aus keramischem Granulat (80), miteiner Patrize (20), die eine zur Innenform der Gegenstände (90) im wesentlichen komplementäre Außenfläche (22,24 ) sowie einen zentral an dieser mündenden Kanal (26) aufweist,einer Matrize (50), die eine zur Außenform der zu pressenden Gegenstände (90) im wesentlichen komplementäre Innenfläche (52, 54) aufweist,einer Membran (60), die zwischen Patrize (20) und Matrize (50) angeordnet ist, mit der Patrize (20) einen mit Granulat (80) füllbaren Füllraum und mit der Matrize (50) einen unter Fluiddruck setzbaren Druckraum begrenzt,einem Zentralkörper (30), der im zentralen Kanal (26) der Patrize (20) in bezug auf diese ortsfest angeordnet ist, undeinem rohrförmigen Schließkörper (40), der im zentralen Kanal (26) der Patrize (20) rings um den Zentralkörper (30) angeordnet und in bezug auf die Patrize (20) zwischen einer Offenstellung zum Einschießen von Granulat (80) in den Füllraum und einer Schließstellung axial hin- und herbewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßfür das Einschießen des Granulats (80) und das anschließende isostatische Pressen jeweils dieselbe Patrize (20) verwendet wird,die Patrize (20) unter der Matrize (50) angeordnet ist, so daß der Zentralkörper (30) und der Schließkörper (40) sich im wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben erstrecken,der Zentralkörper (30) einen verdickten Kopf (32) mit einer Oberseite (34) aufweist, die ständig koplanar mit der umgebenden oberen Stirnfläche (22) der Patrize (20) ist, undder rohrförmige Schließkörper (40) mit dem Zentralkörper (30) einen ringförmigen Füllkanal (86) zum Einbringen des Granulats (80) begrenzt, wobei in Schließstellung des Schließkörpers (40) dessen füllraumseitiges Ende (42) gegen den Kopf (32) des Zentralkörpers (30) abdichtet. - Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kopf (32) des Zentralkörpers (30) einen kegelförmigen unteren Abschnitt und einen zylindrischen oberen Abschnitt aufweist, welcher knapp in den rohrförmigen Schließkörper (40) paßt. - Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der rohrförmige Schließkörper (40) einen diametralen Schlitz (46) aufweist, durch den sich eine den Zentralkörper (30) tragende Traverse (36) mit Axialspiel hindurcherstreckt. - Preßwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Zentralkörper (30) einen Fuß (38) aufweist, der in der Schließstellung des Schließkörpers (40) gegen einen an diesem ausgebildeten Sitz (44) abdichtet. - Preßwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßan einem Drehtisch (16) mindestens zwei Patrizen (20) angeordnet sind, von denen jeweils eine Patrize (20) in einer Arbeitsstellung unterhalb einer Matrize (50) und eine Patrize (20) in einer Entnahmestellung abseits der Matrize (50) steht,jede Patrize (20) einen eigenen Schließkörper (40) enthält, dem eine eigene Hubvorrichtung (48) für seine Verschiebung zwischen Offen- und Schließstellung zugeordnet ist, undunterhalb des Schließkörpers (40) der in Arbeitsstellung stehenden Patrize (20) ein heb- und senkbares Einschießrohr (70) angeordnet ist, das eine in angehobener Stellung gegen diesen Schließkörper (40) abdichtende obere Stirnfläche (76) aufweist. - Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in das Einschußrohr (70) eine Luftleitung (89) mündet, durch die während des Einschießens des Granulats (80) zusätzlich Luft zuführbar ist.
