Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Aufziehen flexibler Druckformen auf den Formzylinder von Druckmaschinen, bei dem durch Drehen des Formzylinders eine in Umfangsrichtung wirkende Zugkraft auf die am Formzylinder befestigte Druckform ausgeübt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zusätzlich zu der in Umfangsrichtung des Formzylinders (1) auf die Druckform (2) ausgeübten Zugkraft (FU) in den beiden Randbereichen (4) der Druckform (2) eine jeweils nach außen gerichtete axiale Zugkraft (FA) ausgeübt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl die in Umfangsrichtung wirkende Zugkraft (FU) als auch die nach außen weisende axiale Zugkraft (FA) ausschließlich an den beiden äußeren Randbereichen (4) der Druckform (2) einwirken. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den beiden Randbereichen (4) der Druckform (2) jeweils eine bezüglich dem Formzylinder (1) an- und abstellbar gelagerte Andrückrolle (3) zugeordnet ist, deren Drehachsen in windschiefer Orientierung zur Achse des Formzylinders (1) verläuft und deren Anordnung spiegelbildlich zu der mittleren Ebene verläuft, die senkrecht zu der Achse des Formzylinders (1) liegt. angeordnet ist.
