Claims (5)
- Dispositif de respiration de carter de vilebrequin pour un moteur à combustion, en particulier d'un véhicule automobile, muni d'une conduite de respiration (10) susceptible d'être parcourue par les gaz de respiration du carter de vilebrequin qui sont conduits depuis le carter de vilebrequin du moteur à combustion jusqu'au circuit d'aspiration d'air dudit moteur, et sur le parcours de laquelle conduite de respiration, est disposé au moins un séparateur d'huile (1), à partir duquel part une conduite de retour (4) pour le retour au carter de vilebrequin de l'huile séparée et dans lequel le séparateur d'huile (1) est un électrofiltre, caractériséen ce que l'électrofiltre que constitue le séparateur d'huile (1) est réalisé avec un tube métallique (2), relié électriquement à la masse, conduisant les gaz de respiration du carter de vilebrequin, et servant d'électrode de précipitation et avec un fil ou une barre ou un tube mince courant centralement dans la direction longitudinale à travers le tube (2), isolé électriquement du tube (2) et susceptible d'être alimenté en haute tension électrique pour servir d'électrode de décharge (3).en ce que un dispositif de réception de l'huile séparée est constitué par un intervalle annulaire (40) prévu à l'extrémité inférieure du tube (2) ;en ce que l'intervalle annulaire (40) est délimité vers l'extérieur par la face intérieure (20) du tube (2) et vers l'intérieur par la face extérieure d'un prolongement tubulaire (21) faisant saillie dans le tube (2).en ce que l'intervalle annulaire (40) permet l'évacuation de l'huile séparée.
- Dispositif de respiration de carter de vilebrequin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre séparateur d'huile est disposé en série avec l'électrofiltre.
- Dispositif de respiration de carter de vilebrequin selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'autre séparateur d'huile est placé en amont de l'électrofiltre.
- Dispositif de respiration de carter de vilebrequin selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que l'autre séparateur d'huile est un séparateur centrifuge et/ou un séparateur à chocs, et/ou un séparateur à fibres.
- Dispositif de respiration de carter de vilebrequin selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé sur le parcours de la conduite de retour (4) un syphon (41) ou un clapet anti-retour.
