Description

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Stranggießen von zur weiteren Kaltumformung vorgesehenen endabmessungsnahen Gießformaten aus Nichteisenmetallen, insbesondere von Bändern, Stangen oder Rohren aus Kupfer oder Kupferlegierungen, bei dem die Schmelze in einer Vertikalkokille kontinuierlich gegossen und der erstarrte Strang zentrisch geführt senkrecht abgezogen direkt in eine Oberflächenbehandlungsmaschine eingefädelt wird, in der die Oberfläche des Stranges abgetragen wird und bei dem im Anschluß daran der bezüglich seiner Oberfläche fertige Strang vorgebbar quer abgetrennt wird, bevor abschließend die maßkorrekten Strangstücke der Anlage entnommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalkokille insbesondere hochfrequent oszilliert und der Strang mit linearer Geschwindigkeit nach unten gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bezüglich seiner Oberfläche fertige Strang vor dem Abtrennen und vor seiner Entnahme aus der Anlage gebogen und gewickelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strang bei Erreichen eines vorgebbaren Bundgewichtes quer abgetrennt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenabtragtiefe kleiner 5 % der Strangdicke beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Stranges mechanisch abgetragen wird, z. B. durch eine Fräs- oder Schäleinrichtung - Anlage zum Vertikalgießen von zur weiteren Kaltumformung vorgesehenen endabmessungsnahen Gießformaten aus Nichteisenmetallen mit einem Verteiler, der mit einem Eingießtrichter in Verbindung steht, welcher an eine senkrecht angeordnete Kokille angeschlossen ist, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein mit einem Fundament (51) verbundener Grundrahmen (21) vorgesehen ist, auf dem senkrecht zentrisch unter der Vertikalkokille in Reihe eine Auszieheinrichtung (22), eine Oberflächenbearbeitungseinrichtung (23), eine Quertrenneinrichtung (24) und eine Fördereinrichtung (25 bzw. 41) vorgesehen sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenbearbeitungseinrichtung (23) eine spanabhebende Maschine ist, z. B. eine Fräs- oder Schälmaschine. - Anlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quertrenneinrichtung (24) ein mechanisches Schneidegerät ist, z. B. eine Schere. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bandabzugsrichtung hinter der Quertrenneinrichtung (24) und der Fördereinrichtung (41) sich ein Köcher (42) anschließt. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Bandabzugsrichtung hinter der Quertrenneinrichtung (24) vorgesehene Fördereinrichtung (25) zugleich als Biegeeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, an die sich eine Bandwickel- bzw. Bandeinrolleinrichtung (31) anschließt. - Anlage nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förder- und Biegeeinrichtung (25) und die Fördereinrichtung (41) in der Weise ausgestaltet sind, daß der Einsatz eines Kaltstranges (A) erfolgen kann.
