Claims (2)
- Schmelzofen für Reststoffe aus Müllverbrennungsanlagen, insbesondere Filterstaub-Schmelzofen, welcher ein aus Unterbau (2) und Oberbau (3) bestehendes Ofengefäss (1) umfasst, das innen mit einer Ausmauerung (4,5) aus Feuerfestmaterial ausgekleidet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Ausmauerung im Unterbau (2), dem Schmelzbereich, aus einem Feuerfestmaterial besteht, das Al2O3 und ZrO2 mit einem Gesamtmassenanteil zwischen 80% und 50% und Cr2O3 mit einem Massenanteil zwischen 20 und 50 % enthält, unddass die Ausmauerung im Oberbau (3), dem Gasbereich, aus einem Feuerfestmaterial besteht, das 80 % und mehr Massenanteil MgO enthält und praktisch Cr2O3-frei ist. - Schmelzöfen für Reststoffe aus Müllverbrennungsanlagen, insbesondere Filterstaub-Schmelzofen, welcher ein aus Unterbau (2) und Oberbau (3) bestehendes Ofengefäss (1) umfasst, das innen mit einer Ausmauerung (4,5) aus Feuerfestmaterial ausgekleidet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,die Ausmauerung im Unterbau (2), dem Schmelzbereich, aus MgO mit einem Massenanteil zwischen 90% und 70% und Cr2O3 mit einem Massenanteil zwischen 10% und 30% besteht, unddass die Ausmauerung im Oberbau (3), dem Gasbereich, aus einem Feuerfestmaterial besteht, das 80 % und mehr Massenanteil MgO enthält und praktisch Cr2O3-frei ist.
