Definitions
- the invention relates to an armchair with a stand-up aid, consisting of a frame part with side panels, one arranged in the frame between the side cheeks Seat part with swiveling backrest and extendable footrest, the seat part including velvet Backrest and footrest can be raised and integrated into one Sloping position towards the front edge of the seat can be pivoted by means of a linear actuator, the frame being arranged in the corner areas thereof Rolls or runners on the footprint, wherein the linear actuator consists of one electric servomotor with extendable and retractable There is adjusting means, one end of which is at a first rigid crossbar is articulated and the other end of the Actuator on one of a second, rotatable Traverse protruding lever is articulated, the first Traverse in the rear seat the area near the backrest and the second traverse in the opposite front area below the Seat part is mounted, in particular by the Protect the second traverse lever by means of which Articulated chains for the backrest inclination and if necessary the swiveling of the footrest can
- the seat part slightly back towards the backrest sloping to provide the user with a sufficient To offer seating comfort. Furthermore, the backrest pivotable from the sitting position to a rest position.
- a footrest can also be provided, which can be opened to the seat for Extend legs or feet to extend.
- a motor one actuatable stand-up aid provided, by means of which the Seat part, if necessary, including the backrest slightly from the in a slightly sloping position towards the backrest Position sloping forward to the front edge of the seat can be pivoted and at the same time the seat part is raised to a sufficient extent so that the User already transferred to an easy standing position is and can easily stand up from the armchair.
- Such armchairs usually have the ability to adjust four rollers or ball-like runners, by means of whose chair frame stands on the floor, so that the user rolling or pushing the armchair can move, even while sitting in the armchair.
- a disadvantage of such armchairs is that the armchair then when the person inside is taking advantage of it who wants to get up from the armchair, easily against the support direction of those located in it Person rolls back so that use is not is sufficiently safe.
- This effect is apparently based on the fact that is usually used electric actuator with a threaded spindle, the tensile or Pressure forces when adjusting the backrest of the Change the armchair from the seating position to the rest position.
- the spindle is initially loaded with pressure, a reversal when pivoting the backrest of the load case takes place, i.e. a tensile load on the Spindle enters. At that moment, the one with the Spindle coupled pedestal released so far that he can lower himself on the floor.
- the armchair is coupled via a control lever to a base part which, when the actuator is adjusted in the same direction, from a position in which the backrest is inclined to a rest position and the footrest is extended into a sitting position in which the The backrest is less inclined and the footrest is retracted, and then the stand part is lowered and the entire armchair frame is raised, and that the base part is held in the rest position and the sitting position by means of a detachable catch on the armchair frame or fitting parts in a position at least slightly back from the contact plane, which catch when the second cross member is pivoted out of the rest position into the sitting position or in the sitting position, by the truss's own Means, from the locking position, in which the foot part is held fixed to the frame, is forced into an unlocking position, in which the foot part can be moved into the standing position and back into the sitting position by pivoting the adjusting lever, the locking element automatically moving into the locking position when returning to the sitting position is and wherein the pivoting of
- catch is releasable against a closing spring Is a slide or rotating bolt that is fixed to the frame on Chair frame or fittings is supported, and that a locking bolt on an adjusting lever of the base is held in the locking position by the detent is undertaken and is released in the unlocking position.
- the catch by means of a lever held on the second crossbar is releasable, by means of which the catch in the transition from the sitting position to the standing position in the unlocked position movable against the closing spring force or is pivotable and held in this position, until the rotary crosshead from the standing position to the beginning the seating position is pivoted, in which the detent the locking pin under the action of the closing spring spreads.
- the training according to the invention ensures that the base part when the armchair from the Stand-up position is transferred to the sitting position (by actuating the electromotive Spindle drive) first the armchair on the floor is lowered until the armchair feet, castors or skids get up on the floor and the stand up by one slightly further than the one that then stands up Armchair is lifted from the riot level and in this position is positively locked.
- the armchair from the sitting position to the The rest position can then be independent of that on the spindle acting tensile or compressive forces are guaranteed, that the stand is always at a distance from the floor and not unwanted supports in intermediate positions what would prevent the armchair from moving.
- the armchair When actuating the actuator drive for the purpose of Transfer the chair to the stand-up position the armchair is first moved to the sitting position, then the notch is forcibly by elements of the second Rotating crossbar released so that the base part is released is and in the same direction further actuation of the the armchair is provided with an electromotive actuator the one supported on the contact patch Stand part raised and slightly inclined forward is pivoted so that the stand-up position is safe is reached.
- the armchair with stand-up aid essentially consists from a chair frame part 1 with side bolsters 2, the form armrests at the same time, one between the Sidewalls 2 arranged seat part 3, a backrest 4 and optionally a swiveling footrest 5.
- the backrest is 4 and the footrest 5 by means of two in parallel and near the side bolsters 2 on the armchair frame 1 attached link chains 19, 20 from the sitting position 1 into a rest position according to FIG. 3 and 5 pivotable, as well as in a standing position Figure 6, in which the front edge of the seat part 3 is sloping.
- a electromotive actuator 6 with Remote control device 21 is provided.
- the actuator 6 is by the dash-dotted line 6 ' Articulation point extended. In reality it stretches the actuator 6 from the cross member 8 to the cross member 22 and is articulated on both (at 8 indirectly on the lever 9).
- the frame 1 is in the seating position according to the figure 1 and rest position according to Figures 3 and 5 on four in the Rollers 7 arranged corner areas on the contact plane on. The armchair is thus on this level of riot rollable.
- the link chains 19, 20 for actuating the pivoting footrest and backrest 5 and 4 are not closer explained, since these are known elements acts.
- the electromotive actuator 6 is made from an electric servomotor with a retractable Actuator, for example, a threaded spindle free ends on a rotatable traverse 8 and one rigid traverse 22 are articulated, in particular levers protruding from the crossbeams.
- a retractable Actuator for example, a threaded spindle free ends on a rotatable traverse 8 and one rigid traverse 22 are articulated, in particular levers protruding from the crossbeams.
- the back That is the area close to the backrest of the armchair frame 1 electrically extendable actuator facing away from the end Actuator based on the cross arm 22, which with the Stand 12 is rigidly connected, while the rotatable, second traverse 8 in the opposite front area on the frame 1 of the armchair below the seat part 3 is rotatably mounted.
- a Adjusted lever 9 attached to which the linearly adjustable Element of the actuator 6 is articulated.
- the actuators and the link chain geometry are so on top of each other coordinated that when adjusting the chair from the Stand-up aid position according to Figure 6 in the sitting position according to Figure 1 or from the sitting position in the Standing up position by means of the actuator 6 Traverse 8 is held non-rotatably because in the Sitting position according to Figure 1 this movement by a arranged in the travel of a corresponding lever 24 Stop 23 the movement of the traverse 8 is blocked.
- the lever 24 is rigidly connected to the crossmember 8.
- Adjusting levers 10, 11 coupled to the base part 12, so that when adjusting (extending) the Actuator 6 from the retracted position according to Figure 4 first a transfer to the position according to Figure 3 then in the position shown in Figure 1 and then into the position according to FIG. 6, with the transition from the sitting position according to Figure 1 in the standing position 6, the base part 12 relative to Chair frame 1 is extended so that the Armchair frame 1 no longer directly, but only still supported on the footprint on the base 12 and is raised.
- the Adjusting lever 10,11 articulated On the base 12 are the Adjusting lever 10,11 articulated, which also on Armchair frame part 1 are articulated.
- All joint axes run like the hinge axes of the articulation points of the actuator 6 parallel to each other and to the Swivel axes of the backrest part 4 and footrest 5.
- the base part 12 is in the rest position according to the figure 3, 4 and in the sitting position according to FIG. 1 by means of a on the adjusting lever 10 or 18 engaging releasable catch 13 on armchair frame 1 or fitting parts fixed to the frame 14 in at least a little from the contact plane held back position, as in Figure 1.3 and 4 is clarified.
- the catch 13 is at Swiveling the traverse 8 from the sitting position according to 1 in the stand-up position according to FIG truss own funds, namely a lever 15 from 5, in which the foot part 12 is fixed to the frame, in a release position forced in Figure 2 and in particular Figure 7 is shown.
- the foot section is in this unlocking position 12 by means of the actuator 6 via the actuating lever 10, 11 in the standing position according to FIG. 6 and back into the Sitting position movable according to Figure 1.
- the catch 13 can be released against a closing spring 16, the fitting parts 14 fixed to the frame with one end is held while the other end on the detent 13th attacks.
- the catch 13 is as Shear bolt designed in the direction of the elongated holes 17 is limited.
- the limitation is made by bolts 25, the fitting part 14 are arranged.
- On the one lever 10 of Stand 12 is a locking pin 18 is attached, which in 5 from the detent 13 is undertaken while he is in the unlock position Figure 2 and in particular Figure 7 is released.
- the function according to the invention is the function guaranteed in an extremely simple way since there is none additional manipulation or actuators for Purpose of unlocking and locking the detent 13 requirement.
- the locking pin 18th has, between the positions of Figure 1 and 6 around its articulation points on the fitting part 14 and on the base 12 can pivot freely and thus in combination with the control lever 11 and the actuator 6, the lowering of Stand on the footprint and lifting the rest of the armchair in the stand-up position and the analog adjustment back to the sitting position (Figure 1) by extending the linear actuator (6) or Retracting the same is possible after reaching the Sitting position ( Figure 1) and further retracting the linear actuator of the lever 10 with the Fitting parts 14 locked so that the base 12th remains in the raised position according to FIG. 1.
- the training described can also be used in armchairs rigid backrest and / or without extendable footrest are used, which is also the subject of Invention is considered.
- the invention is not based on the embodiment limited, but often within the scope of the disclosure variable.
