Definitions

  • Vehicle headlight with a device for arranging a lamp with one for Receiving the lamp serving opening, with a counter to the direction of insertion Lamp facing surface, between the and the base of the lamp three contact points consist of the tips of a triangle surrounding the lamp axis and of which a contact point protrudes radially outwards from the base Positioning tab is assigned, which can be used in a recess and with a resilient holding element through which the base with its side radially to the lamp axis can be pressed against a fixing element, with the resilient holding element both with a spring force directed in the direction of insertion of the lamp and also with a Fixing element directed spring force can be applied to the base of the lamp.
  • a vehicle headlight with a device for arranging a lamp is from the DE-GM 91 04 169 known.
  • the lamp is in a made of plastic ring-shaped lamp holder can be used.
  • the lamp holder is one off at the back Sheet metal reflector attached and surrounds an inserted in the reflector Opening.
  • the lamp is ahead with a glass bulb that receives a filament the opening of the reflector can be passed through and with a flange surrounding the base can be placed against a surface directed against the direction of insertion of the lamp.
  • the touch The flange of the base with the surface takes place at three contact points, which are the tips of an equilateral triangle, with the center of gravity approximately the lamp axis runs.
  • One of the three contact points is assigned to a positioning tab, which protrudes radially outward from the flange. Through the positioning tab, through the the Positioning flap adjacent contact point and the The lamp axis runs an axis of symmetry of the triangle.
  • the Positioning tab is by two in the flange of the Base recesses formed, which each have two sides perpendicular to each other. One of the sides of the recesses is adjacent to the Positioning tabs while the other two sides the cutouts run on a common line.
  • the Opening in the lamp holder is on the flange of the base and the one cut out of the flange Positioning tab adjusted.
  • a resilient Holding element which is molded onto the lamp holder resilient tongue is under with its free end Preload on the free edge of the positioning tab rests and with a spring force, which in the direction of Axis of symmetry and the lamp axis, the flange of the base against the inside of the circular arc opening of the lamp holder presses. It also serves Locking the lamp a molded onto the lamp holder second resilient tongue, which is biased to one of the both parallel to each other and to the axis of symmetry narrow side surface of the positioning tab is. This is to determine the exact angular position of the lamp become.
  • the disadvantage here is that to determine the radial position and the angular position of the lamp to the Bulb holder two resilient tongues are formed and the Opening in the lamp holder with the inside of the course the outline of the one having the positioning tab Flange of the base is adjusted. Furthermore, the Lock the lamp in the direction of the lamp axis further resilient holding element necessary to Example can be a retaining spring that the flange of the Presses base against the contact surface of the lamp holder. In addition, the exact location of the filament of the lamp not even towards the reflecting surface of the reflector safe when the lamp is exactly aligned with the lamp holder is because this is a separate part and itself to the reflective surface of the reflector must be aligned.
  • DE 28 53 227 A1 describes a vehicle headlight with a device for Arrangement of a lamp has become known, through which a lamp in the opening of a separate lamp holder by a single resilient holding element radially and axially can be locked.
  • the resilient holding element is a curved resilient sheet metal strip, which rests with its free end section on an edge of a base plate and with this edge presses the base plate both axially and radially. So that the plinth not on the side opposite the resilient holding element from its Lifting contact surface, he is on this side in a radially open recess of the Lamp holder inserted. This is a rattle-free tight fit of the lamp on the Bulb holder not safe. In addition, it is not possible to use the separate lamp holder align exactly with the reflecting surface of the reflector.
  • a device for arranging a lamp has a U-shaped retaining spring Wire through which the lamp both radially and axially in an opening of the Reflector can be locked.
  • the retaining spring spans the base with its two legs the lamp and presses it axially with both legs against a contact surface of the Reflector.
  • Between a pivot bearing of the retaining spring and a cylindrical one Base section have both legs a reducing their distance from each other Bend on. With one side of the bend, both legs lie on the cylindrical one Base section of the lamp and push it away from the pivot bearing of the retaining spring and thus in the direction of the longitudinal expansion of the legs.
  • the turns of the two Legs must always be precisely tolerated so that it is certain that both legs are attached to the cylindrical base of the lamp rest, otherwise the lamp in an undesirable radial direction would be pressed.
  • the object of the invention is the vehicle headlight described in the preamble of claim 1 with a device for arranging a lamp so too shape that the lamp axially and radially by a single resilient holding element Lamp axis is sufficiently strong and such a bracket even with a single Point of attack between the resilient holding element and the base of the lamp possible is so that the retaining spring and its fasteners do not have to be closely tolerated.
  • This object is achieved according to the invention in that the side of the base, the is pressed radially to the lamp axis against a fixing element, the Positioning tab diametrically opposite, and the resilient retaining element between the contact point assigned to the positioning tab and the lamp axis to the Base of the lamp can be put on.
  • the holding element at a point of application of the base Bias is applied, the holding element can be attached directly to the reflector become.
  • no separate lamp holder has to be used, which means that very precise locking of the lamp to the reflection surface of the reflector can be achieved.
  • the positioning tab for a small game between it and the recess is easily displaceable in the recess. As a result, the lamp is precisely fixed in its angular position and after resilient application of the holding element to the base of the lamp ensures that the base is radial to Lamp axis rests on the fixing element.
  • the opening serving to receive the lamp is on is provided on the inside with the fixing element, which is two from each other are spaced fixation points between which a line runs through the Recess for the positioning tab passes through and intersects the lamp axis.
  • fixing points can be on the inner surface of the Flattened or raised openings are used.
  • the precisely fixable positioning tab and the two Fixation points that are the tips of a triangle is one very precise radial locking of the lamp safely.
  • the two fixation points line running through an axis of symmetry of the the latter triangle and the triangle, the tips of which are formed by the investment points.
  • the resilient holding element spanned the base off-center and with both End sections each on an abutment both in radial as well as in the axial direction to the lamp axis.
  • the resilient holding element is U-shaped, both Leg axially against the surface and radially against press the fixing element. This makes the lamp both held radially and axially very securely.
  • the two legs of the U-shaped holding element each in one from diametrically opposite sides of an annular groove engage with both legs at the bottom of the ring groove and one leg on the inside and the other Leg on the other inside of the ring groove below Preload can be applied.
  • the holding element is light and simple on the base of the Bulb can be put on under pre-tension.
  • the holding element at mounted lamp is spread apart with its legs and the two free end sections of the U-shaped Holding element each in a slot-like recess can be used, with the two cutouts open sides are turned and the resilient holding element is pivotable about the web connecting the legs.
  • the fixing element of the shape of the reflecting surface of the reflector Half of the mold is shaped. This makes the lamp very precise aligned with the reflective surface of the reflector.
