Claims (9)
- Reihenfachwebmaschine umfassend einen Webrotor (1) mit an der Oberfläche angeordneten Führungselementen (2a,2b,2c) zum Halten von Kettfäden (3a,3b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung (5;16) zum Erfassen einer Bewegung des mindestens einen Kettfadens (3a, 3b), insbesondere eines Dreherkettfadens (3a,3b,3c), in Abzugsrichtung vorgesehen ist, und dass die Vorrichtung (5; 16) einen elektronischen Sensor (6; 6a, 6b; 6c) aufweist.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Kettfaden (3a, 3b) ein elektronischer Sensor (6; 6a, 6b; 6c) zugeordnet ist.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Geschwindigkeit des Kettfadens (3a, 3b) erfasst wird.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektronische Sensor (6; 6a, 6b; 6c) mit einer Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (7) verbunden ist, dass der Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (7) ein Schwellenwert (12) vorgebbar ist, und dass die Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (7), wenn der Wert des elektronischen Sensor (6) den Schwellenwert (12) überschreitet oder unterschreitet, ein Fehlersignal (13) erzeugt.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (5) mindestens eine Fadenrolle (5a, 5b) umfasst, die über ein Kupplungsmittel (5c, 5d) mit einer gemeinsamen Achse (5e) verbunden ist, und dass ein elektronischer Sensor (6) die Drehbewegung der gemeinsamen Achse (5e) erfasst.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (16) zwei Sensoren (6a, 6b) umfasst, die in Laufrichtung des Kettfadens (3a, 3b) voneinander beabstandet den Kettfaden (3a, 3b) überwachen, und dass die Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (7) aus den Signalen (7a, 7b) der beiden Sensoren (6a, 6b) mittels Korrelation die Geschwindigkeit des Kettfadens (3a, 3b) bestimmt.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (16) ein elastisch befestigtes Haltemittel (8a) umfasst, durch das ein Kettfaden (3a, 3b) verläuft, dass das Haltemittel (8a) durch den Kettfadens (3a, 3b) auslenkbar ist, und dass ein Sensor (6c) die Auslenkung erfasst.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (6) ein optisches oder ein kapazitives Messprinzip verwendet.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (6) einen Weg oder eine Kraft misst.
