Description
- le préencollage puis le séchage des deux parties de chaque couple de zones à coller, ces deux parties étant situées sur les deux faces du flan,
- le pliage du flan autour des produits à empaqueter en rabattant les deux parties préencollées de chaque couple les unes contre les autres de manière à obtenir un collage par contact desdites parties,
- la mise en place sur les paquets ainsi réalisés d'un film de surenveloppement et/ou la disposition de ces paquets les uns contre les autres à l'intérieur d'emballages tels que des fardes, des cartouches ou des cartons, et le maintien des paquets ainsi conditionnés pendant au moins une journée de manière à exercer sur eux une légère pression et à obtenir aussi un accroissement de la qualité du collage.

- la diminution des temps d'entretien machine avec suppression des coûts liés aux colleurs et concernant ces derniers, des opérations de nettoyage, de préparation, de réglage et des contraintes liées à l'utilisation de colles,
- la conception de nouveaux emballages et de machines moins complexes grâce au nouveau concept d'encollage,
- la possibilité d'utiliser sur des machines existantes conçues pour travailler le carton, de nouveaux matériaux tels que de la matière plastique, du métal... qui ne pouvaient pas être collés par des colles liquides et sur lesquels on peut utiliser des colles à froid.
Claims (7)
- Procédé pour l'empaquetage de cigarettes puis de paquets de cigarettes dans un conditionnement réalisé en un matériau semi-rigide, le procédé comprenant, pour chaque paquet, de façon connue en soi, la réalisation d'un flan (21) par découpe d'une bande en matière semi-rigide, et un préencollage de l'une des parties de chaque couple de zones (2, 2A-9, 9A) de ce flan (21) à coller l'une à l'autre à l'aide d'une colle,
caractérisé en ce que ladite colle est une colle contact à froid comprenant une dispersion de latex dans l'eau, cette colle perdant après séchage son pouvoir adhésif vis-à-vis de toute autre matière qu'elle-même, et en ce que ledit procédé comprend la séquence de phases opératoires suivante :le préencollage puis le séchage des deux parties de chaque couple de zones à coller (2, 2A-9, 9A), ces deux parties étant situées sur les deux faces opposées du flan (21),le pliage du flan autour des produits à empaqueter en rabattant les deux parties préencollées de chaque couple les unes contre les autres de manière à obtenir un collage par contact desdites parties,la mise en place sur les paquets ainsi réalisés d'un film de surenveloppement et/ou la disposition de ces paquets les uns contre les autres à l'intérieur d'emballages tels que des fardes, des cartouches ou des cartons, et le maintien des paquets ainsi conditionnés pendant au moins une journée de manière à exercer sur eux une légère pression et à obtenir ainsi un accroissement de la qualité du collage. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'opération de préencollage est réalisée au cours de l'opération d'impression et de découpe des flans (21). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les susdites parties préencollées présentent des dimensions différentes de celles des zones à coller (2, 2A - 9, 9A), celles-ci se limitant alors aux intersections des parties préencollées. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'application d'un vernis répulsif sur les zones d'une face du flan (21) situées au niveau des parties préencollées portées par l'autre face du flan (21), afin d'éviter l'adhérence des ébauches entre elles, lorsque celles-ci sont empilées. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les opérations de pliage et d'empaquetage sont réalisées en usine. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un préencollage de certaines zones à l'aide d'une colle à temps ouvert infini permettant des collages et des décollages répétés. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le flan (21) présente une forme sensiblement rectangulaire dont l'extrémité antérieure possède une forme trapézoïdale rentrante, tandis que l'autre extrémité possède une forme triangulaire tronquée, et en ce que ce flan (21) comprend deux lignes de pliage longitudinales (29, 30) délimitant une bande centrale (31) et deux bandes latérales, et six lignes de pliage transversales (T1 - T6) qui s'étendent sur toute la largeur de la bande centrale (31) du fond et sont prolongées au niveau des bandes latérales (1, 1') par des découpes (D1 à D5 et D'1 à D'5), ces lignes de pliage (T1 à T6) délimitant au niveau de la bande centrale (31), successivement, les faces antérieures supérieure et postérieure d'un couvercle (23), puis la face postérieure, le fond et la face antérieure du corps (22) du paquet, les susdites découpes (D1 à D5, D'1 à D'5) délimitant au niveau des deux bandes latérales, les faces latérales du couvercle (R3, R'3) du rabat (R1, R'1), une doublure des faces latérales des couvercles (R2, R'2), une doublure (R4, R'4) des faces latérales du corps (22) des plages de renfort du fond (R5 R'5) et les faces latérales (R6, R'6) du corps (22), la face extérieure du flan comprenant des zones de préencollage au niveau de la doublure de la face latérale du couvercle (4A, 5A), de la face latérale du couvercle (2A, 3A), de la doublure de la face latérale du corps (6A, 7A), et de la plage de renfort du fond (8A, 9A), la face intérieure du flan comprenant des zones de préencollage (2, 3 et 6, 7) réparties sur les rabats (R1, R'1) et les faces latérales (R6, R'6), ainsi que deux zones de préencollage (4, 5) réalisées sur la face supérieure du couvercle en regard des faces latérales des couvercles (R2, R'2) et deux zones de préencollage (8, 9) réalisées sur le fond, en regard des plages de renfort du fond (R5, R'5).
