Claims (8)
- Hubverstelleinrichtung für Exzenterpressen oder Stanzen, mit einer Exzenterwelle (4), welche in zumindest einem Lager (9,10) drehbar gelagert ist und zumindest einen Exzenterzapfen (11) aufweist, auf dem eine Exzenterbuchse (6) gelagert ist, mit zumindest einem Pleuel (7), das auf der Exzenterbuchse (6) gelagert ist, mit einem ersten Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (14) an der Exzenterwelle (4), mit einem zweiten Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (15), an der Exzenterbuchse (6), sowie mit einer Schiebehülse (5), die in einer eingekuppelten Stellung die Exzenterwelle (4) und die Exzenterbuchse (6) verdrehfest und durch axiales Verschieben der Schiebehülse (5) lösbar miteinander verbindet, wobei die Schiebehülse (5) ständig drehfest mit der Exzenterbuchse (6) in Verbindung steht, und die Schiebehülse (5) einen zusammenhängenden Innenverzahnungsabschnitt (16) aufweist, der in der eingekuppelten Stellung der Schiebehülse (5) abschnittsweise sowohl mit dem ersten Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (14) als auch dem zweiten Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (15) in Eingriff steht und dadurch die Exzenterwelle (4) und die Exzenterbuchse (6) verdrehfest miteinander verbunden sind, und die Schiebehülse (5) durch das axiale Verschieben in eine entkuppelte Stellung überführbar ist, in der der Innenverzahnungsabschnitt (16) der Schiebehülse (5) mit dem Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (14) der Exzenterwelle (4) außer Eingriff ist und dadurch die Exzenterwelle (4) gegenüber der Exzenterbuchse (6) verdrehbar ist, wobei eine an der Schiebehülse (5) angeordnete Arretiereinrichtung (17) mit einer am Pleuel (7) angebrachten Aufnahme (18) derart in Verbindung steht, daß das Pleuel (7) gegenüber der Exzenterbuchse (6) drehfest ist, und der zweite Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (15) der Exzenterbuchse (6) ständig mit dem Innenverzahnungsabschnitt (16) der Schiebehülse (5) im Eingriff sich befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schiebehülse in axialer Richtung über eine zwischen Exzenterwelle und Schiebehülse angeordnete Druckkammer (24) an der Exenterwelle abstützt, wobei die Druckkammer zum Überführen der Schiebehülse von ihrer eingekuppelten Stellung in ihre entkuppelte Stellung mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbar ist.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebehülse als Ringkolben ausgebildet ist, wobei die Schiebehülse einen Führungsabschnitt (19) und die Exzenterwelle einen Führungsbereich (20) aufweist, auf welchem die Schiebehülse mit ihrem Führungsabschnitt zum Überberführen der Schiebehülse von ihrer eingekuppelten Stellung in ihre entkuppelte Stellung axial verschieblich und in der entkuppelten Stellung drehbar gelagert ist.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach der Anspruch 1,oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Ringkolben ausgebildete Schiebehülse (5) mit zumindest einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur axialen Erstreckung der Schiebehülse (5) verlaufenden ringförmigen Druckfläche (22) versehen ist und der Führungsbereich (20) zumindest eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Druckfläche (22) verlaufende ringförmige Stützfläche (23) aufweist und daß die Druckfläche (22), die Stützfläche (23), die Führungsfläche (19), und der Führungsbereich (20), die im wesentlichen torusförmige Druckkammer (24) bilden, die durch Verschieben der Schiebehülse (5) vergrößer- und verkleinerbar ist und daß Anschlüsse (25) vorgesehen sind, die zum Zu- und Abführen des Druckmediums in die torusförmige Druckkammer (24) einmünden.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach einen des Anspruch 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Außenverzahnungsabschnitt (14) und der Führungsbereich (20) auf einem drehfest mit der Exzenterwelle (4) verbundenen Bauteil (13) angeordnet sind.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse (25) aus dem Führungsbereich (20) herausmünden, und das Druckmedium über Kanäle (26) in der Exzenterwelle (4) der torusförmigen Druckkammer (24) zuführbar ist.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Rücküberführen der Schiebehülse (5) von ihrer entkuppelten in ihre eingekuppelte Stellung eine der Druckkammern (24) konstruktiv gleichartige zweite Druckkammer vorgesehen ist, die parallel zur ersten Druckkammer (24) angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Druckkammer sich verkleinert, wenn die erste Druckkammer (24) sich vergrößert und umgekehrt.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Druckmedium eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit, vorzugsweise Hydrauliköl verwendet wird.
- Hubverstelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiervorrichtung als ein Vorsprung (17) ausgeführt ist und daß die Aufnahme als eine im wesentlichen radial zur Exzenterwelle (4) verlaufende, längliche Vertiefung ausgeführt ist, in der in der ausgekuppelten Stellung der Schiebehülse (5) der Vorsprung (17) derart aufgenommen ist, daß der Vorsprung (17) beim Verstellen der Exzenterwelle (4) gegenüber der Exzenterbuchse (6) in der Vertiefung (18) abgleitet.
