Claims (19)

  1. Procédé de guidage d'une feuille flexible continue de matière d'un poids réduit, ou au moins d'une bande de celle-ci dans une machine de traitement de la feuille continue de matière contre et le long d'une partie d'un élément de guidage se déplaçant, au moyen d'un jet d'air, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'air est introduit entre la partie à guider de la feuille continue de matière, amenée à proximité de l'élément de guidage, et l'élément de guidage, la vitesse de l'air du jet d'air étant supérieure à celle de l'élément de guidage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'arrivée du jet d'air sur l'élément de guidage, le sens de déplacement de tous deux est à peu prés le même.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'air et la partie de la feuille continue de matière, à guider avec celui-ci, sont déviés par l'élément de guidage, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de guidage fixe, vers une unité suivante.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'air et la partie de la feuille continue de matière, à guider avec celui-ci, sont déviés par l'élément de guidage à l'aide d'un autre jet d'air, vers une unité suivante.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'air résultant est déplacé, sur le parcours vers l'unité suivante, en partie le long d'un dispositif de guidage fixe.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'air et la partie de la feuille continue de matière, à guider avec celui-ci, sont amenés par l'élément de guidage, à proximité d'un autre élément de guidage se déplaçant, et entre la partie à guider de la feuille continue de matière et l'autre élément de guidage, est introduit un jet d'air dont l'effet guidant la feuille continue de matière dépasse celui du premier jet d'air.
  7. Machine à papier avec un cylindre de guidage rotatif et un dispositif pour le guidage d'une bande d'une feuille continue de papier (1) contre et le long d'une partie d'un cylindre de guidage (2) rotatif, qui comporte un dispositif à buses de soufflage, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif à buses de soufflage (3) est placé entre la bande de la feuille continue de papier (1), amenée à proximité du cylindre de guidage (2), et le cylindre de guidage (2), et le jet d'air est orienté dans la direction de guidage, à peu près tangentiellement par rapport au cylindre de guidage (2), la vitesse de l'air du jet d'air étant supérieure à celle du cylindre de guidage (2).
  8. Machine à papier selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'à proximité du cylindre de guidage (2) est prévu un autre cylindre (5) approchant la feuille continue de papier (1) d'une unité (4) située en amont.
  9. Machine à papier selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au cylindre (5) est associé au moins un autre dispositif à buses de soufflage (6), séparant la bande à guider de la feuille continue de papier (1) et la guidant à proximité du cylindre de guidage (2).
  10. Machine à papier selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'au cylindre (5) est associé un racloir (7) séparant du cylindre (5) la partie qui n'est pas à guider de la feuille continue de papier (1).
  11. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de guidage (2) peut être modifié dans sa position, en particulier peut être enfoncé plus fortement dans le parcours de la feuille continue de papier (1), après transfert de la totalité de celle-ci.
  12. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'au cylindre de guidage (2) est associée, à l'extrémité de la zone de guidage de la feuille continue de papier, une tôle de guidage (9), déviant le jet d'air et la partie à guider avec celui-ci de la feuille continue de papier (1), vers une unité (8) suivante.
  13. Machine à papier papier selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la tôle de guidage (9) ne s'étend que sur une partie du parcours vers l'unité (8) suivante.
  14. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'au cylindre de guidage (2) est associé, à peu près à l'extrémité de la zone de guidage de la feuille continue de papier, un autre dispositif à buses de soufflage (10), déviant le jet d'air de guidage et la partie à guider avec celui-ci de la feuille continue de papier (1), du cylindre de guidage (2) vers une unité (8) suivante.
  15. Machine à papier selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'une tôle de guidage (9) s'étend en partie entre l'autre dispositif à buses de soufflage (10) et l'unité suivante.
  16. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications 7 à 15, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des dispositifs à buses de soufflage (3, 6, 10) est variable dans sa direction d'action et/ou en ce qui concerne sa position.
  17. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications 12, 13, 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que la tôle de guidage (9) est variable dans son orientation et/ou en ce qui concerne sa position.
  18. Machine à papier selon l'une des revendications caractérisée en ce que l'unité (4) située en amont est un dispositif de compression et l'unité (8) suivante, un dispositif de compression ou un dispositif de séchage pour la feuille continue de papier (1).
  19. Machine à papier selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse du cylindre de guidage (2) diffère légèrement de celle de la feuille continue de papier (1).
