Description
- La couche de matériau contenant du métal est une couche métallique et une couche de vernis de prélaquage est interposée entre le couchage et cette couche métallique.
- La densité surfacique de l'enduit de couchage est comprise entre 10 et 12 g/m2 environ, et/ou la densité optique du métal, constituant la couche métallique, est comprise entre 2,8 et 3 environ et/ou la résistance spécifique de la couche métallique est de 1 Ω/cm2 environ.
- La feuille comporte sur sa couche métallique une impression comprenant une couche de vernis d'accrochage en contact avec la couche métallique, portant l'encre d'impression et éventuellement recouverte d'une couche de laque de protection.
- La couche de matériau contenant du métal est une couche d'encres métallisées.
- La densité surfacique de l'enduit de couchage est comprise entre 10 et 12 g/m2 environ et/ou l'encre métallisée contient 12 % environ de pâte d'aluminium en poids .
- suivant l'un ou l'autre des procédés, la métallisation de la face couchée peut être réalisée par un procédé de prélaquage suivi d'une métallisation sous vide,
- l'un ou l'autre des procédés peut comprendre des étapes supplémentaires d'enduction de la face métallisée avec un vernis d'accrochage, d'impression et éventuellement d'enduction avec une laque de protection.
- Dans le cas du deuxième procédé, ces étapes supplémentaires peuvent être réalisées en ligne avec l'étape c) de traitement du papier couché et métallisé.
Claims (14)
- Feuille destinée notamment à l'emballage (1) de produits gras, en particulier à l'emballage de produits alimentaires gras, du type comprenant une feuille de papier (2) résistant à l'humidité et formant barrière aux graisses, caractérisée en ce qu'une face de la feuille de papier est, dans au moins une région, couchée suivant une technique papetière classique avec un enduit de couchage à base de fins pigments minéraux puis recouverte d'une couche (4) d'un matériau contenant du métal.
- Feuille selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de matériau contenant du métal est une couche métallique, et en ce qu'une couche de vernis de prélaquage (3a) est interposée entre le cou-chage et cette couche métallique.
- Feuille selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la densité surfacique de l'enduit de cou-chage (3) est comprise entre 10 et 12 g/m2 environ, et/ou la densité optique du métal, constituant la couche métallique (4), est comprise entre 2,8 et 3 environ, et/ou la résistance spécifique de la couche métallique est de 1 Ω/cm2 environ.
- Feuille selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte sur sa couche métallique (4) une impression comprenant une couche (5) de vernis d'accrochage en contact avec la couche métallique, portant l'encre d'impression (6a,6b,6c,6d) et éventuellement recouverte d'une couche de laque de protection (7).
- Feuille selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de matériau contenant du métal est une couche d'encres métallisées.
- Feuille selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la densité surfacique de l'enduit de couchage (3) est comprise entre 10 et 12 g/m2 environ et/ou l'encre métallisée contient 12 % environ de pâte d'aluminium en poids.
- Feuille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le papier (1) résistant à l'humidité et formant barrière aux graisses est du papier sulfurisé ou du papier dit ingraissable.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :a) on prend comme papier de base un papier (12) ayant des propriétés de résistance à l'humidité et de barrière aux graisses ;b) on réalise sur une première face de ce papier un couchage (13) par enduction suivant une technique papetière classique avec un enduit de couchage à base de fins pigments minéraux; etc) on applique une couche d'un matériau contenant du métal (14) sur la face couchée du papier.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :a) on prend comme papier de base un papier (20) couché sur une première de ses faces ;b) on applique une couche d'un matériau contenant du métal sur la face couchée de ce papier ; etc) on réalise un traitement (25,25a) du papier ainsi obtenu conférant au papier de base des propriétés de résistance à l'humidité et de barrière aux graisses.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit traitement consiste en une enduction de la seconde face du papier ou en un trempage de la feuille dans un bain.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10 pour la fabrication d'une feuille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la métallisation de la face couchée est réalisée par un procédé de prélaquage suivi d'une métallisation sous vide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, comprenant des étapes supplémentaires d'enduction de la face métallisée avec un vernis d'accrochage, d'impression et éventuellement d'enduction avec une laque de protection.
- Procédé selon les revendications 9 et 12 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que lesdites étapes supplémentaires sont réalisées en ligne avec l'étape (c) de traitement du papier couché et métallisé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, pour la fabrication d'une feuille selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la couche d'encres métallisées est réalisée par une technique d'impression.
