Claims (10)
- Fliehkraftabscheider für Feinkörner, Schalen und Feingut, bestehend aus Staub und anderen Verunreinigungen, mit einem im wesentlichen ringförmigen Vortrennraum (1) mit horizontaler Achse, der von einer halbzylinderförmigen Außenwand (2) und einem mit horizontaler Achse angeordneten Absaugrohr (3) begrenzt ist, wobei der Vortrennraum (1) an seinem einen Ende mit einem tangentialen Rohgaseinlaß (6) und an seinem anderem Ende mit einem unterhalb des Vortrennraumes (1) ausgebildeten trichterförmigen Sammler (4) mit Austragvorrichtung (5) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Einlaßoffnung (7) des Absaugrohres (3) zum Sammler (4) hin ausgerichtet ist und wobei ausgehend vom Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Vortrennraum (1) zum Sammler (4) eine zu einem weiteren, im Sammler (4) unterhalb der Einlaßöffnung (7) des Absaugrohres (3) ausgebildeten Luftauslaß (17) führende Luftleitvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist und das Absaugrohr (3) den Vortrennraum (1) einlaßseitig gegen den Sammler (4) absperrt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) derart mit Abstand zur Außenwand (2) des Vortrennraumes (1) angeordnet ist, daß der hierdurch zwischen Luftleitvorrichtung (14) und Außenwand (2) gebildete Kanal (15) den mit Feinkörnern beladenen Teil der Luft in den Sammler (4) leitet, aus dem die Luft von den Feinkörnern befreit zum Absaugrohr (3) strömt und daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) denjenigen Teil der Luft abschält, der mit Feingut beladen ist, so daß dieser mit Feingut beladene Luftanteil direkt zum weiteren Luftauslaß (17) führbar ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) und der mit ihr verbundene Luftauslaß (17) am Eintritt in den Luftauslaß (17) einen schmalen Schälkanal (25) für die durch Zentrifugalwirkung gegen die Leitvorrichtung (14) gedrängte, mit Feingut beladene Luftströmung bilden.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftauslaß (17) durch ein quer zur Störmungsrichtung liegendes, innerhalb des Sammlers (4) angeordnetes Rohr (23) gebildet ist, welches einen tangentialen Lufteintrittsschlitz (24) aufweist und die der Zentrifugalwirkung der einstromenden Luft abgewandte Wand, die den Eintrittsschlitz (24) begrenzt, radial etwas nach außen gezogen ist und mit der Luftleitvorrichtung (14) den Schälkanal (25) begrenzt.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) als ein sprialförmig gekrümmtes Leitblech ausgebildet ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) an einer Stelle des ringförmigen Vortrennraumes (1) beginnt, an der die Luftströmung im wesentlichen lotrecht nach unten gerichtet ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Vortrennraum (1) mit in Strömungsrichtung stetig zunehmendem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des ringförmigen Vortrennraumes (1) im Bereich seines stromabwärts gelegenen Endes vor der Luftleiteinrichtung (14) durch ein schwenkbares Leitblech (19) einstellbar ist, wobei die Schwenkachse (20) des Leitbleches (19) an dem Absaugrohr (3) angeordnet ist, während sich das freie Ende stromabwärts der Schwenkachse (20) erstreckt.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Luftleitvorrichtung (14) von der Außenwand (2) des Vortrennraumes (1) einstellbar ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitvorrichtung (14) in ihrem in Strömungsrichtung vorderen Teil als schwenkbare Klappe ausgebildet ist, deren freies Ende gegen die Luftströmung gerichtet ist.
- Fliehkraftabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere, im Sammler (4) ausgebildete Luftauslaß (17) mit einer Luftfiltervorrichtung verbunden ist.
