Claims (25)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un cadre écarteur (2), notamment contenant un dessiccateur, pour des vitrages isolants, un profilé creux dépourvu de dessiccateur étant, afin de former les coins (3) du cadre, replié autour d'axes de pliage respectifs parallèles, et laissé initialement non replié dans la région d'un dernier coin du cadre et, dans la région d'une dernière branche de cadre (5), présentant un point d'assemblage (6) de deux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre, laissé ouvert par le fait qu'une première partie (7) de branche de cadre est déjà repliée tandis que l'autre ou deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre reste encore non repliée au dernier coin, un connecteur rectiligne (10) étant emboíté dans une des parties de branche de cadre, notamment dans la première partie (7) de branche de cadre, déjà repliée, la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre étant ensuite repliée et le cadre (2) étant à nouveau ouvert, par pliage ou pivotement autour d'un axe de pivotement s'étendant parallèlement aux axes de pliage, suffisamment pour que la partie dépassante ou projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) puisse être introduite dans l'autre partie de branche de cadre. à la suite de quoi les parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre sont assemblées au moyen de ce connecteur rectiligne (10), formant ainsi le point d'assemblage (6), caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre est partiellement repliée, la première partie (7) de branche de cadre est saisie et éloignée par pivotement de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre sous déformation élastique de la branche de cadre voisine (4) et, avant la réalisation du dernier pliage, avec la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre encore en position oblique, pivotée en retour dans la direction de fermeture et, pendant la réalisation du dernier mouvement de pliage de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre, la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) est enfilée dans la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pivotement de la première partie (7) de branche de cadre dans la position de fermeture du cadre (2) et l'enfilage du connecteur rectiligne (10) sont effectués lorsque la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre doit être encore repliée d'un petit angle, notamment environ de l'angle sous lequel la première partie (7) de branche de cadre, par son pivotement en éloignement de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre, est disposée par rapport à la position finale des deux parties de branche de cadre une fois le cadre (2) achevé, de sorte que les deux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre, au début de l'enfilage de la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10), sont disposées sous un angle obtus entre elles et notamment sous un angle aigu, éventuellement identique, par rapport à une horizontale commune ou encore à la position finale ultérieure.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le connecteur rectiligne (10) étant emboíté dans la première partie (7) de branche de cadre, repliée en premier lieu, caractérisé en ce que, pendant le processus de pliage de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre, la première partie (7) de branche de cadre est pivotée en retour avec le connecteur rectiligne (10), et la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) est enfilée dans cette deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre pendant la dernière partie du processus de pliage.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour un cadre rectangulaire (2) avec des branches de cadre (4, 5) disposées à angle droit entre elles, l'enfilage de la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) dans la dernière partie (8) de branche de cadre commence environ lors d'un pliage de plus de 80°, notamment de 84° à 86°.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (2), encore ouvert sur un côté, est serré à proximité du point de pliage de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre, sur la branche de cadre (4) voisine de cette partie (8), et un mors de pliage, une branche de pliage (12) ou un outil de pliage analogue agit sur la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre au voisinage de ce point de serrage, notamment y est fixé, et en ce qu'un autre dispositif de serrage ou pince (25) est fixé sur la première partie (7) de branche de cadre, tandis que le reste du cadre (2) reste libre.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le pliage de la dernière partie (8) de branche de cadre et le pivotement rentrant et l'enfilage du connecteur rectiligne (10) sont, au moins à partir de la première pénétration de la partie dépassante du connecteur rectiligne dans la partie de branche de cadre correspondante (8), réciproquement guidés et/ou commandés de manière forcée.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement d'introduction du connecteur rectiligne (10) dans la partie de branche de cadre (8) est composé d'un mouvement de pivotement et d'un mouvement de poussée rectiligne.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement de la partie de branche de cadre contenant le connecteur rectiligne (10) et le mouvement de poussée rectiligne sont prévus successivement, ou en superposition dans la dernière partie du mouvement de pivotement.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, après avoir emboíté l'une dans l'autre les deux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre, le pliage de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre est poursuivi au-delà d'un angle droit jusqu'à un angle légèrement inférieur à 90°, et la première partie (7) de branche de cadre est elle aussi légèrement repliée en excès, vers l'intérieur du cadre, par rapport à la branche de cadre (4) qui en est voisine, afin de tenir compte des forces de rappel élastique des parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre de telle sorte qu'à la suite de l'ouverture des dispositifs de maintien, elles s'étendent à angle droit par rapport aux branches de cadre voisines respectives (4) qui se raccordent à elles.
  10. Dispositif (1) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, avec un dispositif de maintien pour un cadre replié sur plusieurs coins (3) et encore ouvert sur une branche de cadre (5), et avec un dispositif de pliage (11) pour plier une dernière partie (8) de branche de cadre et réaliser le dernier pliage, le dispositif de pliage (11) présentant une branche de pliage (12) par laquelle la partie (8) de branche de cadre à plier peut être pliée par rapport à un contre-appui fixe (9) autour de ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour le repliage ou pivotement élastique de la région du cadre, déjà pliée, qui est opposée à la partie (8) de branche de cadre à plier, et des moyens sont en outre prévus, par lesquels un connecteur rectiligne (10), emboíté dans une (7) des parties de branche de cadre, peut être introduit et enfilé par sa projection (10a) dans l'autre partie (8) de branche de cadre lorsque la partie (8) de branche de cadre à plier est suffisamment repliée pour que l'extrémité libre (10b) de la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) et l'extrémité libre de la partie (8) de branche de cadre recevant la projection (10a) soient proches l'une de l'autre et en vis-à-vis, et en ce que des moyens sont prévus, par lesquels le pliage final de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre et l'assemblage par emboítement avec le connecteur rectiligne peuvent être simultanément effectués.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour faire pivoter la partie repliée (7) de branche de cadre et le dispositif de pliage (11) sont réciproquement commandés de manière forcée de telle sorte que la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10) peut être enfilée en même temps que la dernière partie du mouvement de pliage, et que le premier mouvement d'emboítement peut être effectué lorsque les deux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre forment entre elles un angle obtus.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la branche de pliage pivotante (12) possède, pour le pliage de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre. une rallonge ou prolongement (14) dépassant, en position d'utilisation, de l'extrémité libre de la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre, en ce qu'une pince (25), pouvant être ouverte, est prévue pour saisir la première partie (7) de branche de cadre, notamment contenant le connecteur rectiligne (10), pince qui est fixée sur un élément pivotant (16), l'élément pivotant (16) présentant une face de commande (17) engageant par en dessous, côté cadre, l'extrémité du prolongement (14) de la branche de pliage (12), et l'extrémité libre du prolongement (14) de la branche de pliage (12) sollicitant cette face de commande (17) au début de l'introduction de la projection (10a) du connecteur rectiligne (10), et en ce qu'un pivotement supplémentaire de la branche de pliage (12) et de son prolongement (14) est couplé de manière forcée au mouvement de pivotement de l'élément pivotant (16), un mouvement de pliage trop rapide par rapport au mouvement de pivotement de l'élément pivotant (16) étant empêché par les éléments qui s'engagent mutuellement par au-dessus ou en dessous.
  13. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant possède un guide courbe (19), par rapport auquel il peut coulisser.
  14. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une glissière de guidage est prévue comme guide courbe (19), sur laquelle l'élément pivotant (16) agit des deux côtés par des éléments de guidage complémentaires, notamment des galets de guidage (20) ou éléments de guidage analogues.
  15. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le guide (19) possède des butées finales (21) pour l'élément pivotant (16), de sorte que le mouvement d'ouverture maximale et le mouvement de retour pour la première partie (7) de branche de cadre sont limités.
  16. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant (16) possède un guide rectiligne (22) et un dispositif d'avancement (23) pour la pince (25) saisissant la partie (7) de branche de cadre, le guide (22) étant orienté environ parallèlement à une tangente au guide courbe (19).
  17. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 16, caractérisé en ce que, afin de bloquer par serrage le cadre (2) pendant sa fermeture, il est prévu un dispositif de serrage (26) agissant sur la branche de cadre (4) par rapport à laquelle la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre peut être repliée.
  18. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant (16) peut, avec son guide (19), être déplacé ou pivoté transversalement aux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre à assembler ou assemblées et transversalement à l'allure du guide (19), et présente un entraínement (28) pour ce déplacement ou pivotement, de sorte que le point d'assemblage (6) des deux parties (7, 8) de branche de cadre mutuellement assemblées peut être déplacé, transversalement à l'allure de ces parties, vers l'intérieur du cadre ou vers le milieu du cadre.
  19. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin (29) agit sur le guide (19), notamment sur la voie de guidage, directement ou indirectement, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un prolongement ou analogue, et peut être entraíné en synchronisme avec la branche de pliage (12) lorsque les deux parties de branche de cadre sont emboítées l'une dans l'autre jusqu'en butée réciproque. de sorte que les deux parties de branche de cadre peuvent subir un pliage excessif, au-delà de leur angle définitif, par rapport aux branches de cadre qui en sont voisines.
  20.   21. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 20, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le dernier pliage et le point d'attaque du dispositif de serrage (26) pour le cadre est inférieure à la moitié de la longueur de la branche de cadre (4).
  22. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (14) de la branche de pliage (12) présente, à son extrémité libre, un galet (32) par lequel il sollicite la face de commande (17) de l'élément pivotant (16).
  23. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le centre de pivotement imaginaire de l'élément pivotant (16) est disposé sur le côté opposé au côté extérieur de cadre de la première partie (7) de branche de cadre et, latéralement à un plan passant perpendiculairement par le point d'assemblage (6) du cadre (2), sur le côté opposé à la deuxième partie (8) de branche de cadre.
  24. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la courbure du guide (19) pour l'élément pivotant (16) est un arc de cercle, une tangente à l'extrémité de cette voie de guidage étant disposée, au sens d'un assemblage par emboítement des parties de branche de cadre, environ parallèlement à la droite sur laquelle doit s'étendre la branche de cadre fermée (5).
  25. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 à 24, caractérisé en ce que la course de coulissement de la pince (25), qui peut coulisser par rapport à l'élément pivotant (16), peut être modifiée par des butées (33) notamment réglables, notamment peut être réglée pour des connecteurs rectilignes (10) de différentes longueurs.
