Abstract

Eine Schublade mit zwei doppelwandigen Schubladenzargen (1) aus Metall, einem Schubladenboden (14), zwei Ausziehschienen sowie zwei Befestigungsvorrichtungen für eine Frontwand (5), die sich im montierten Zustand zwischen den beiden Schubladenzargen (1) befindet. Die Frontwand (5) weist an beiden Enden einen Beschlagteil (8) auf, der mit einer Anschlagplatte (9) versehen ist, die sich neben der Frontwand (5) befindet und die die Stirnseite der Schubladenzarge (1) abdeckt. Die Frontwand (5) weist im Querschnitt ein oberes geschlossenes Profil (10) und ein unteres nach hinten offenes Profil (11) mit einem vorderen Abdecksteg (12) auf. Das untere offene Profil (11) nimmt die vordere Kante des Schubladenbodens (14) auf. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schublade mit zwei doppelwandigen Schubladenzargen aus Metall oder Kunststoff, einem Schubladenboden, zwei Ausziehschienen sowie zwei Befestigungsvorrichtungen für eine Frontwand, die sich im montierten Zustand zwischen den beiden Schubladenzargen befindet, wobei die Frontwand an beiden Enden je einen Beschlagteil aufweist, der mit einer Anschlagplatte versehen ist, die sich neben der Frontwand befindet und die die Stirnseite der Schubladenzarge abdeckt und wobei jeder Beschlagteil einen Haken aufweist, mit dem er durch Einhängen in die Befestigungsvorrichtung in dieser verankerbar ist.
  • Hinsichtlich der Lage der Frontplatten bzw. Frontwände in bezug auf die Schubladenzargen, können im wesentlichen zwei verschiedene Typen unterschieden werden. Beim ersten Typ erstrecken sich die Frontplatten der Breite nach zumindest über die gesamte Schubladenbreite und liegen im montierten Zustand an den Stirnseiten der Schubladenzargen an. Zur schnellen Montage der Frontplaatten sind bei diesem Schubladentyp einige Schnellverbinder mit den Schubladenzargen bekannt. Dabei werden die mit vormontierten Beschlagteilen versehenen Frontplatten günstigerweise von vorne auf die Schubladenzargen der sonst bereits fertigen Schublade aufgesteckt oder eingehängt und dann durch eine Verbindungseinrichtung, beispielsweise einen Spannexzenter, gegen die Stirnseiten der Schubladenzargen gezogen, wobei die Hinterseite der Frontplatten als an den Stirnseiten anliegender Anschlag dient.
  • Beim zweiten Schubladentyp liegen die Frontwände im montierten Zustand zwischen den Schubladenzargen. Derartige Schubladen werden im allgemeinen als sogenannte Innenauszüge eingesetzt, bei denen eine vor der Frontwand angeordnete Kastentür od. dgl. in geschlossenem Zustand eine oder mehrere Frontwände von Schubladen verdeckt. Zur Verbindung solcher zwischen den Schubladenzargen liegenden Frontwände mit den Schubladenzargen ist es bekannt, speziell ausgebildete Schubladenzargen mit nach innen abstehenden Befestigungswinkeln vorzusehen, an die dann die Frontwand von innen anschraubbar ist. Der Zusammenbau einer solchen Schublade ist relativ zeitaufwendig. Weiters besteht die Gefahr, daß die zum Zusammenbau nötigen losen Befestigungsschrauben verlorengehen. Ein anderer Nachteil ist darin zu sehen, daß spezielle Zargenkonstruktionen mit Befestigungswinkeln verwendet werden, welche sich ausschließlich nur für diese zwischen den Zargen liegenden Frontwände eignen.
  • Aus der EP-A1-0 291 781 ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung bekannt, die es ermöglicht eine Frontwand beispielsweise aus einer Spanplatte rasch an den Schubladenzargen zu befestigen.
  • Die EP-A1 0 425 447 zeigt eine Schublade mit vier gleichen Wänden, die durch Steckkupplungen miteinander verbindbar sind. Die Kupplungselemente sind dabei in den vier Ecken der Schublade angeordnet. Mit einer derartigen Kupplung kann die Frontblende nicht zurückversetzt zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden montiert werden und es ist auch nicht möglich, daß die Frontblende die Stirnflächen der Schubladenzargen abdeckt.
  • Für den Möbelhersteller bedeutet die Wahl zwischen vorne an den Schubladenzargen anliegender Frontblende und einer zwischen den Schubladenzargen befindlichen Frontwand die Notwendigkeit, auch unterschiedliche Böden vorzusehen, da bei einer herkömmlichen Frontwand der Abschluß mit den Schubladenboden weiter hinten als bei einer Frontblende liegt. Es ist daher nicht möglich, die Schublade bis auf die Frontblende oder Frontwand vorzufabrizieren und vorzumontieren.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Schublade dahingehend zu verbessern, daß sie im Hinblick auf die Schubladenrückwand, die Schubladenzargen und den Schubladenboden zusammengebaut werden kann, unabhängig davon, ob der vordere Abschluß durch eine Frontblende oder eine Frontwand erfolgt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß daß die Frontwand im Querschnitt ein oberes geschlossenes Profil und ein unteres nach hinten offenes Profil mit einem vorderen Abdecksteg aufweist, das die vordere Kante des Schubladenbodens, der mit den vorderen Enden der Schubladenzargen abschließt, aufnimmt, wobei die Frontwand einen hinteren, senkrecht zum Schubladenboden gerichteten Abschlußsteg aufweist, der mit dem Schubladenboden abschließt.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein Schaubild der vorderen Ecke einer Schublade mit einer Frontwand, die Fig. 2 zeigt ein Schaubild des Beschlagteiles von vorne und der Mitte der Schublade gesehen, die Fig. 3 zeigt ein Schaubild des Beschlagteiles von vorne und von der Seite der Schublade gesehen, die Fig. 4 zeigt ein Schaubild des Beschlagteiles von hinten gesehen, die Fig. 5 zeigt auseinandergezogen die Schubladenzarge, die Ausziehschiene, die Befestigungsvorrichtung und den Beschlagteil und die Fig. 6 zeigt eine Stirnansicht eines Beschlagteiles gemäß einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schublade weist eine doppelwandige Schubladenzarge 1 auf, die aus Kunststoff, aber auch aus Aluminium oder Nirosta gefertigt sein kann.
  • Die Schubladenzarge 1 ist auf einer Ausziehschiene 2 einer Ausziehführungsgarnitur befestigt. Die Ausziehschiene 2 trägt auch ein Halteblech 3, das mit dieser verschweißt oder vernietet ist. Mit dem Halteblech 3 ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 4 für eine Frontblende oder die Frontwand 5 verschraubt.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 4 weist ein von einer Feder beaufschlagtes Kippsegment 7 auf, das in Montagelage an einem Haken 22 des Beschlagteiles 8 angreift und somit den Beschlagteil 8 an der Schubladenzarge 1 hält.
  • Der Beschlagteil 8 weist eine vordere Anschlagplatte 9 auf, die die Schubladenzarge 1 stirnseitig abdeckt.
  • Die Frontwand 5 weist oben ein im Querschnitt geschlossenes Profil 10 und unten ein im Querschnitt offenes Profil 11 mit einem vorderen Abdecksteg 12 auf. An den Abdecksteg 12 schließt unten ein Horizontalsteg 13 an, der die Vorderkante des Schubladenbodens 14 abdeckt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel befindet sich der Horizontalsteg 13 im Abstand zum Schubladenboden 14. Da der Abstand zwischen der unteren Kante des Abschlußsteges 25 und dem Horizontalsteg 13 relativ groß gehalten ist, können Schubladenböden 14 unterschiedlicher Stärke mit der Frontwand 5 kombiniert werden.
  • Der Schubladenboden 14 ragt in das offene Profil 11 hinein und stößt vorne an dem Abdecksteg 12 an. Dadurch kann der Schubladenboden 14 gleich lang wie bei einer herkömmlichen Frontblende sein.
  • Hinten weist die Frontwand 5 einen Abschlußsteg 15 auf, der mit dem Schubladenboden 14 abschließt.
  • Die Beschlagteile 8 sind mit einem seitlichen Gehäuse 16 versehen, in das ein Ende der Frontwand 5 einsteckbar ist.
  • Die Frontwand 5 weist einen mittleren Horizontalsteg 17 auf, der zwei Haltewangen 18 trägt.
  • Zwischen die Haltewangen 18 ist eine Schraube 19 einschraubbar, die durch einen Durchlaßkanal 20 des Beschlagteiles ragt.
  • Zur Montage der Frontwand 5 wird diese mit ihren Enden in den Halterand 21 der Gehäuse 16 eingesteckt und anschließend mit den Schrauben 19 fixiert.
  • Die Frontwand 5 kann, ebenso wie die Schubladenzargen, aus Kunststoff, Aluminium oder Nirostastahl gefertigt sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Schublade mit zwei doppelwandigen Schubladenzargen (1) aus Metall oder Kunststoff, einem Schubladenboden (14), zwei Ausziehschienen (2) sowie zwei Befestigungsvorrichtungen (4) für eine Frontwand (5), die sich im montierten Zustand zwischen den beiden Schubladenzargen (1) befindet, wobei die Frontwand (5) an beiden Enden je einen Beschlagteil (8) aufweist, der mit einer Anschlagplatte (9) versehen ist, die sich neben der Frontwand (5) befindet und die die Stirnseite der Schubladenzarge (1) abdeckt und wobei jeder Beschlagteil (8) einen Haken (22) aufweist, mit dem er durch Einhängen in die Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) in dieser verankerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontwand (5) im Querschnitt ein oberes geschlossenes Profil (10) und ein unteres nach hinten offenes Profil (11) mit einem vorderen Abdecksteg (12) aufweist, das die vordere Kante des Schubladenbodens (14), der mit den vorderen Enden der Schubladenzargen (1) abschließt, aufnimmt, wobei die Frontwand (5) einen hinteren, senkrecht zum Schubladenboden gerichteten Abschlußsteg (15) aufweist, der mit dem Schubladenboden (14) abschließt.
  2. Schublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagplatte (9) des Beschlagteiles (8) unten mit dem vorderen Abdecksteg (12) der Frontwand (5) abschließt.
  3. Schublade nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontwand (5) einen horizontalen Mittelsteg (17) mit Haltewangen (18) aufweist, zwischen denen eine Schraube (19) gehalten ist, die durch einen Durchlaßkanal (20) im Beschlagteil (8) ragt.
  4. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlagteil (8) seitlich ein Gehäuse (16) aufweist, in das das Ende der Frontwand (5) einsteckbar ist.
  5. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlagteil (8) eine die Schubladenzargen überragende Stütze (22) aufweist, die mit einer Halteeinrichtung für eine Reling (23) versehen ist.
  6. Schublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den vorderen Abdecksteg (12) der Frontwand (5) ein nach hinten gerichteter Horizontalsteg (13) anschließt, der sich unterhalb des Schubladenbodens (14) und im Abstand von diesem befindet.
