Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Kammchangierung von Wickelmaschinen, insbesondere Zettelmaschinen, mit einem motorisch horizontal und vertikal oszillierend verstellbaren Kammträger (10), der in seiner Längsrichtung insbesondere von einem Elektromotor (11) mit einem das Ausmaß der Changierung einzustellen erlaubenden Antriebsgestänge (12) verstellbar ist, und der mit einer ihn vertikal bewegenden Antriebseinrichtung (13) gekoppelt ist, wobei der die Horizontalverstellung des Kammträgers (10) bewirkende Elektromotor (11) auch die den Kammträger (10) vertikal bewegende Antriebseinrichtung (13) beaufschlagt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Kammträger (10) vertikal bewegende Antriebseinrichtung (13) mit dem Kammträger (10) horizontal form- und kraftschlußfrei gekoppelt ist, daß das der Längsverstellung des Kammträgers (10) dienende Antriebsgestänge (12) mit einem Hebelarmende (14) in eine von dem Elektromotor (11) angetriebene Nutentrommel (15) eingreift, und daß das andere Hebelarmende (16) mit einer Kulisse (17) starr gekoppelt ist und über ein in den Richtungen eines Kulissenschlitzes der Kulisse (17) verstellbares Kulissenstück (42) mit dem Kammträger (10) in gelenkiger Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur gelenkigen Verbindung des Kammträgers (10) mit der Kulisse (17) ein Wälzlager (18) mit seinem Außenring (19) zwischen zwei Querstegen (20) des Kammträgers (10) und mit seiner Achse im Kulissenschlitz (21) verstellbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (11) mittels eines Rotationswandlers (22) mindestens einen den Kammträger (10) auf- und abbewegenden Schwenkhebel (23) der Antriebseinrichtung (13) antreibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (23) mit einem Ende (24) die Achse (25) eines Wälzlagers (26) bildet, dessen Außenring (27) an der Unterseite (28) des Kammträgers (10) in dessen Längsrichtung rollbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schwenkhebel (23) gleichachsig an einem Torsionsrohr (29) befestigt sind, das mit einem vom Elektromotor (11) beaufschlagten Torsionshebel (30) tordierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vom Torsionsrohr (29) abgewendete Ende (31) des Torsionshebels (30) von einem flexiblen Glied (32) beaufschlagbar ist, dessen eines Ende (33) ortsfest fixiert ist und das von einer Exzenterscheibe (34) des Elektromotors (11) aus seiner Ruhestellung entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Torsionsrohrs (29) verstellbar ist.
