Claims (13)
- Heizschiene zur Verwendung in einer Falschzwirnkräuselmaschine zum Kräuseln eines synthetischen Fadens (38) zur Erwärmung des laufenden Fadens (38),
mit einer Heizfläche, die auf mehr als 250° C erhitzt ist und mehreren Fadenführern (32),welche abwechselnd auf der einen und der anderen Seite einer gemeinsamen, zu der Heizfläche senkrechten Mittelebene angeordnet sinddie Mittelebene mit gekrümmter Kontaktfläche abwechselnd von der einen und der anderen Seite derart überragen, daß die aufeinanderfolgenden Kontaktflächen den Faden (38) mittels ihrer gekrümmten Kontaktflächen auf einer Zick-Zack-förmigen Laufbahn mit der Amplitude U und dem Fadenführer-Abstand A führen,die Amplitude U 6 bis 15 o/oo vorzugsweise 9 - 14 o/oo des Abstandes A beträgt,der Durchmesser der Kontaktflächen 8 bis 25 mm beträgt, vorzugsweise 10 bis 20 mm. - Heizschiene nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Heizschiene eine Längsnut besitzt, deren Nutengrund die Heizfläche bildet, deren Seitenwände (18, 20, 22) Ausnehmungen (28) aufweisen, in welche die Fadenführer eingelassen sind, welche in die Nut hereinragen,daß die Fadenführer Zylinder (32) sind, deren Mantel die gekrümmte Kontaktfläche bildet und die beidseits ihrer gemeinsamen Mittelebene (50) gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind. - Heizschiene nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ausnehmungen (28) zylindrischen Querschnitt haben, welcher dem Querschnitt der Fadenführer angepasst ist, wobei die Ausnehmungen in den Wänden einen Spalt (30) bilden, durch den der jeweilige Fadenführern (32) mit einem Teil seiner Querschnittsfläche in die Nut (12) ragt, welcher kleiner ist als der in der Ausnehmung (28) liegende Teil des Fadenführers. - Heizschiene nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fadenführer (32) und die Ausnehmungen (28) kreiszylindrischen Querschnitt haben. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fadenführer (32) an ihrem von der Heizfläche abgelegenen Ende konisch (34) angeschrägt sind. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heizschiene zwei parallele Nuten (12) aufweist und daß die zwischen den beiden Nuten gelegene Trennwand (20) größer ist als der Radius und kleiner als der Durchmesser der in dieser Trennwand gebildeten Ausnehmungen mit den darin eingesetzten Fadenführer (32). - Heizschiene nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
der Durchmesser der in der Trennwand (20) steckenden Fadenführer (32) größer ist als der Durchmesser der in den Seitenwänden (18; 22) steckenden Fadenführer. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest einige der Fadenführer im Abstand von dem Nutengrund eine Führung (43) aufweist, welche den Fadenlauf axial festlegt. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in Längsrichtung der Längsnut (12) mehrere Nut Abstandhalter (40) vorgesehen sind, die die Nut mit einem Abstand zum Nutengrund überbrücken. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf jede der Seitenwandungen eine Blechkappe gesetzt ist, die sich in Längsrichtung der Heizschiene erstreckt und welche auf den Stirnflächen der Fadenführer aufliegt und zumindest einen Teil der die Seitenwandung überragenden Stirnflächen der Fadenführer abdeckt. - Heizschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schiene auf ihrer Unterseite Längsnuten aufweist, in welche Widerstandsheizkörper (24) eingesetzt sind und daß die Widerstandsheizkörper (24) durch einen Klemmkörper an die Heizschiene angeklemmt und abgedeckt sind. - Heizvorrichtung mit zwei Heizschienen nach einem der Ansprüche 1-11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heizvorrichtung eine langgestreckte, gerade Befestigungsschiene aufweist, auf welcher die Heizschienen mittels Abstandhaltern befestigt, vorzugsweise mit - in Fadenlaufrichtung - aufsteigender und absteigender Neigung befestigt sind. - Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Befestigungsschiene als U-Profil ausgebildet ist, dessen Seitenflanken die Heizschienen umgreifen.
