Description
- Die heizbare Walze (z.B ein Trocken oder Glättzylinder), an die die Papierbahn von der Rohr-Preßwalze überführt wird, kommt weder mit einem Filz, noch mit einem "Preßschlauch" oder "Preßmantel" in Kontakt.
- Der Filz muß nur einen einzigen Preßspalt durchlaufen.
- Daraus ergibt sich eine höhere Lebensdauer sowohl für den Preßmantel als auch den Filz.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Pressenpartie ergibt sich, wenn die heizbare Walze eine nicht befilzte, die Bahn führende Rohrwalze ist, welche die Bahn an einen Trockenzylinder abgibt, wobei vorzugsweise der freie Papierzug vermieden wird.
Figur 4 zeigt eine Situation am letzten Preßspalt einer Pressenpartie. Es ist hier eine Presseneinheit zwischen zwei Zylindern 1 und 3 dargestellt, wobei der Zylinder 1 den erfindungsgemäßen glatten Zylinder mit formsteifer Oberfläche darstellt. Die beiden Zylinder 1 und 3 sind erfindungsgemäß hier an einem beweglichen Hebelarm 40 vorgesehen, so daß sie in ihrer Gesamtheit von dem darauf folgenden großen Zylinder 30 an- und abgefahren werden können ohne daß sich der Preßspalt zwischen den beiden Zylindern 1 und 3 ändert.
Claims (10)
- Pressenpartie einer Papiermaschine für dünne Papiere mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 es ist ein durch eine letzte Presseneinheit gebildeter Preßspalt vorgesehen, der aus einer umlaufenden, glatten papierberührten Oberfläche und aus einer befilzten Preßwalze (3, 600) gebildet wird;
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß1.2 die glatte Oberfläche unter Vermeidung eines freien Papierzuges die Papierbahn (100) hinter dem Preßspalt an eine beheizte Walze (4, 5, 7, 30, 1') übergibt und daß1.3 die glatte Oberfläche die Mantelfläche einer Rohrwalze mit formsteifem. Walzenmantel (1) ist. - Pressenpartie gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die befilzte Preßwalze (3)eine Langspalt- oder Schuhpreßwalze ist.
- Pressenpartie gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die glatte Rohrwalze (1) vor dem Preßspalt mit einer weiteren befilzten Preßwalze (2, 200, 300) einen weiteren, vor dem Preßspalt aus Merkmal 1.1 liegenden Vor-Preßspalt bildet.
- Pressenpartie gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für beide Preßspalte jeweils ein separater, endloser Filz vorgesehen ist.
- Pressenpartie gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere befilzte Preßwalze eine Schuh- oder Langspaltpreßwalze ist.
- Pressenpartie gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für beide Preßspalte jeweils ein einziger, gemeinsamer Filz (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Pressenpartie gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3, 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere befilzte Preßwalze (200) eine Saugwalze ist, deren Saugzone überwiegend vor dem Vor-Preßspalt liegt.
- Pressenpartie gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die glatte Rohrwalze (1) eine Durchbiegungs-Einstellwalze ist.
- Pressenpartie gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geheizte Walze (4) eine nicht befilzte, die Bahn führende Rohrwalze ist, welche die Bahn an einen Trockenzylinder abgibt, vorzugsweise unter Vermeidung eines freien Papierzuges.
- Pressenpartie gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt zwischen der glatten Rohrwalze (1) und der beheizbaren Geheizten (30), insbesondere eines Trockenzylinders, öffenbar ist.
