Description
- daß der Reed-Kontakt 1 direkt an dem zu schaltenden Bauteil (hier beispielhaft: an der Spule 8) befestigt werden kann, was bei dem bekannten Leistungsschalter DE 37 27 764 A1 nicht möglich ist; (selbstverständlich kann der Leistungsschalter nach FIG. 1 bei Bedarf auch an isolierenden hochspannungsfesten Stützträgern befestigt werden);
- daß die Spannungsfestigkeit des Reed-Kontaktes zum Massepotential (Bezugspotential) unabhängig von der Zahl der angesteuerten Reed-Kontakte ist und nur vom Abstand der Reed-Kontakte zu der Steuerspule 3-5 bzw. zu den Polschuhen 4 abhängt;
- daß eine Erwärmung des Reed-Kontakts 1 aufgrund von Wirbelstromverlusten der Steuerspule 3-5 nicht auftreten kann;
- daß eine Erwärmung der Spulenabschirmung 6 aufgrund von Wirbelstromverlusten, die der Strom des Schalters im Spulengehäuse erzeugt, nicht auftreten kann;
- daß insbesondere bei Verwendung von mehreren von derselben Steuerspule angesteuerten Reed-Kontakten dennoch die Außenmaße des Schalters klein gehalten werden können im Vergleich zur bekannten Lösung nach DE 37 27 764 A1.
Claims (4)
- Hochfrequenz-Leistungsschalter, mit mindestens einem in einem Glaskolben eingeschmolzenen Reed-Kontakt (1-2) und mit mindestens einer elektrisch abgeschirmten Steuerspule (3-5), wobei der mindestens eine Reed-Kontakt (1-2) auf Hochspannungspotential liegt und die mindestens eine Steuerspule (3-5) auf Bezugspotential, insbesondere Masse liegt und wobei die mindestens eine Steuerspule (3-5) in Wirkverbindung mit dem ihr jeweils zugeordneten mindestens einen Reed-Kontakt (1-2) steht, und wobei die mindestens eine Steuerspule (3-5) in einem Abstand neben dem ihr jeweils zugeordneten mindestens einen Reed-Kontakt (1-2) angeordnet ist und mit Polschuhen (4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerspule (3-5) zur elektrischen Abschirmung mit einer metallischen Folie (6), vorzugsweise einer Folie aus Kupfer ummantelt ist und daß die mit Polschuhen (4) versehene Steuerpule (3-5) von einem vorzugsweise aus Aluminium gefertigten Gehäuse mit runden Ecken und Kanten umgeben ist.
- Hochfrequenz-Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerspule (3-5) einen Weicheisenkern oder einen Dauermagneten als Spulenkern (3) enthält.
- Hochfrequenz-Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerspule (3-5) vorzugsweise mit ihren Polschuhen (4) auf einer Platte (7), vorzugsweise auf einer metallischen Platte, insbesondere auf einer Platte aus Aluminium befestigt ist.
- Hochfrequenz-Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reed-Kontakt (1-2) an seinen beiden Enden jeweils mit einem hochspannungsfesten Lötanschluß (2) versehen ist.
