Claims (7)

  1. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Skis in einer Form, wobei in einen einzigen Schritt, gleichzeitig Ausbildung und Formung stattfinden und welches umfaßt:
    auf den Boden einer zweiteiligen Form, bestehend aus Boden (1) und Deckel (2), eine untere Menge aus zusammengehörenden Materialien aufzubringen, welche eine Gleitfläche (11), Vierkantstähle (12, 12') und mindestens eine untere Verstärkungsschicht (13, 14) umfaßt;
    auf dieser unteren Menge aus zusammengehörenden Materialien (10), eine obere Verstärkungsschicht (22) anzuordnen, welche sich ihrerseits aus faserigen, mechanisch stabilisierenden Schichten zusammensetzt;
    auf diese faserige obere Verstärkungsschicht (22) eine Schutz- und Dekorationsschicht (21) aufzubringen, welche bestimmt ist, die drei anderen Außenseiten des Skis zu bilden nämlich wenigstens einen Teil der Ränder und der Oberseite, wobei ein Hohlraum entsteht;
    den Deckel (2) auf dem Boden (1) der Form zu verschließen;
    in dem zwischen der unteren Menge aus zusammengehörenden Materialien (10) und der oberen Verstärkungsschicht (22) ausgebildeten Hohlraum (50) eine Flüssigkeit zu injizieren, welche dazu bestimmt ist, die verschiedenen Teile gegen die Wände (3,4,5) der Form auszudehnen;
    und schließlich, abzukühlen und die Form zu öffnen, um den erhaltenen Ski zu entnehmen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Bereich zwischen der Schutz- und Dekorationsschicht (21) und wenigstens einer der faserigen, mechanisch verstärkenden Schichten, welche die obere Verstärkung (22) bilden, wenigstens ein zusätzliches Element (30) angeordnet wird, dessen konvexe gekrümmte Hauptfläche bestimmt ist, in Richtung der unteren Menge an zusammengehörenden Materialien (10) ausgerichtet zu werden, und daß besagtes zusätzliches Element (30) bestimmt ist, nach der Ausdehnung der Flüssigkeit, die relative Lage der oberen Verstärkungsschicht (22) bezüglich der Skiaußenflächen zu verändern und eine übermäßige Verformung der faserigen Schichten der oberen Verstärkungsschicht (22) zu verhindern.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Element (30) zwischen den faserigen, mechanisch stabilisierenden Schichten der oberen Verstärkung (22) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Element (30) oberhalb der faserigen, mechanisch stabilisierenden Schichten der oberen Verstärkung (22) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutz- und Dekorationsschicht eine einstückige thermoplastische Umhüllung (21) ist, welche die Form des Skis annimmt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite der Skiumhüllung ein Relief (40) zeigt, das einen Hohlraum (6) auf der Innenseite der Schutzschicht definiert, den besagtes zusätzliches Element (30) ausfüllt, wobei die relative Lage der oberen faserigen Verstärkungselemente (22) bezüglich der Oberseite des Skis, ohne ein Brechen der Fasern dieses Elementes (22), verändert wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hohlraum (6) an der Innenseite (3) des Deckels (2) ausgespart wird und dafür vorgesehen ist, die Oberseite des Skis zu definieren, genau unterhalb des Teils, der dafür bestimmt ist, die Spitze zu bilden, und genau oberhalb des tragenden Bereiches, d.h. genau in dem Teil, wo sich im allgemeinen die Vorrichtung zur Schwingungsdämpfung befindet.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichet, daß das zusätzliche Element (30) aus einem Material besteht, welches aus der Gruppe der für die Skiherstellung verwendeten üblichen Materialien gewählt wird, welche plastische Materialien, Holz, Metalle, zusammengesetzte Materialien und visko-elastische Materialien umfaßt.
