Claims (6)

  1. Four électrique à cuire et à rôtir comprenant un ventilateur de circulation d'air (17) qui est disposé derrière une plaque de recouvrement de ventilateur (16) dans l'enceinte de cuisson (2) et qui est entouré au moins partiellement par un corps de chauffage d'air (18), la plaque de recouvrement de ventilateur (16) présentant une zone d'aspiration (21) centrale, se trouvant à l'extérieur du plan médian de l'enceinte de cuisson, ainsi que des zones de sortie (22, 23) par lesquelles l'air chauffé est dirigé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte de cuisson (2), comprenant également un diviseur (8) de l'enceinte de cuisson, disposé de manière amovible dans l'enceinte de cuisson (2), caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie inférieure de la plaque de recouvrement de ventilateur (16), sont disposées des zones de sortie supplémentaires (24, 25, 26) qui peuvent être recouvertes par le diviseur (8) de l'enceinte de cuisson.
  2. Four à cuire et à rôtir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones de sortie supplémentaires (24, 25, 26) sont disposées approximativement de manière répartie dans le plan horizontal.
  3. Four à cuire et à rôtir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les zones de sortie supplémentaires sont prévues en dessous de la zone centrale d'aspiration (21).
  4. Four à cuire et à rôtir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diviseur (8) de l'enceinte de cuisson présente, à l'arrière, un prolongement (27), s'étendant verticalement vers le bas.
  5. Four à cuire et à rôtir selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le diviseur (8) de l'enceinte de cuisson est muni d'une garniture d'étanchéité (29), agissant à l'encontre de la plaque de recouvrement de ventilateur (16).
  6. Four à cuire et à rôtir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (29) est mise en place le long du prolongement (27) du diviseur (8) de l'enceinte de cuisson.
