Claims (8)

  1. Camion à ordures pour le ramassage des ordures ménagères solides urbains équipé:
    - d'une caisse (1) dans laquelle on récupère les ordures;
    - d'une trémie de chargement transversale arrière (3) fixée à la caisse du camion comme une extension du fond de celle-ci et dans laquelle on vide les récipients à ordures ménagères (24);
    - un compacteur d'ordures (6) se trouvant à l'intérieur de la caisse (1) et destiné à amener les ordures versées dans la trémie (3) à l'intérieur de la caisse;
    - un plateau de déchargement (4) pour le vidage de la caisse (1), lequel est actionné par un dispositif commandé de manière à se déplacer le long de glissières latérales (5) fixées longitudinalement sur les parties latérales internes du châssis du camion; et
    - un dispositif de soulèvement et de vidage des récipients à ordures ménagères (24);
    caractérisé en ce que:
    - ledit compacteur à ordures (6) est actionné par des moyens commandés, de manière à monter et descendre le long de deux glissières inclinées (13, 14) dans lesquelles des coulisses latérales (12) du compacteur sont guidées, chaque glissière étant fixée sur une des parties latérales internes du châssis du camion, et il est pourvu d'une pelle basse (8) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe (9) transversal au camion, alors que lesdites glissières inclinées sont soit divisées en deux parties pourvues d'un mécanisme mutuel de verrouillage et déverrouillage, la partie inférieure (13) étant fixée à la paroi latérale de la caisse du camion, soit formées en bloc, la glissière en bloc ou la partie supérieure 14 dans le cas d'une glissière en deux éléments pouvant être entraînée en rotation autour d'un axe supérieur (15) transversal au camion au moyen d'un piston hydraulique à double effet (16), alors que le contacteur (6) peut pivoter simultanément avec ladite glissière en bloc ou ladite partie supérieure de la glissière en deux éléments lorsqu'il se trouve en position supérieure;
    - ledit plateau de déchargement (4) présente un plateau secondaire (21) transversal au camion et placé parallèlement devant la partie inférieure de celui-ci, lequel, actionné par des pistons à faible pression à simple effet (23), peut glisser derrière le fond du plateau de déchargement le long de glissières fixes (22) situées sur celui-ci de manière à vider le fond abaissé de la trémie lors de l'opération de déchargement, et en ce que
    - lesdits moyens de soulèvement et de vidage sont situés sur l'extérieur des parois latérales de la caisse du camion et comportent deux tiges, (32) dont les extrémités arrière sont attachées à la paroi latérale, et pourvues d'un piston de compression généralement central (35) placé à l'intérieur d'un cylindre mobile (37) équipé à l'extérieur d'une édenture à crémaillère (44) longitudinale agissant sur une roue de transmission (31) fixée à une extrémité d'un bras de levage (29), de manière à ce que le déplacement réciproque du cylindre le long de la tige (32) provoque un pivotement du bras de levage (29) par le biais de la roue de transmission (31).
  2. Camion à ordures selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieures (13) des coulisses (12) du compacteur (6) sont enfoncées dans des renforcements latéraux (17) des parois latérales de la caisse du camion (1) et en ce que ces renforcements latéraux (17) sont aussi pourvus de glissières (5) dans lesquelles le plateau d'éjection (4) se déplace.
  3. Camion à ordures selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les glissières monobloc (13, 14) ou les éléments supérieurs des glissières (14) ont la forme de sections opposées de barre en U dans lesquelles les coulisses (12) du compacteur (6) se déplacent.
  4. Camion à ordures selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme de verrouillage et déverrouillage des deux éléments (13, 14) des coulisses (12) comprend un doigt (18) actionné par un piston à fluide hydraulique à double effet (20) monté sur la surface extérieure de la caisse du camion (1), ce doigt (18) s'engageant dans un orifice (19) situé à la base de l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément supérieur (14) de coulisse.
  5. Camion à ordures selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soulèvement et de vidage des récipients à ordures ménagères (24) dans la caisse du camion (1), monté à l'extérieur sur les parties latérales du châssis de celui-ci se compose de deux crochets (25) placés respectivement de chaque côté du camion et destinés à s'accrocher autour des charnières (26) situées sur les flancs des récipients à ordures (24), et de deux têtes de support (27) s'appuyant sur le récipient à ordures, chaque crochet se trouvant à l'extrémité d'un bras (28) articulé horizontalement, et étant relié fixement, avec la tête de support (27), à un levier (29) dont l'extrémité supérieure tourne autour d'une goupille de centrage fixe (30), et caractérisé en ce que, pour monter et descendre sur des plans longitudinaux verticaux du camion, le levier (29) est entraîné par:
    - une roue de transmission (31) reliée fixement à l'extrémité du levier (29) soutenu par sa goupille de centrage fixe (30),
    - une tige fixe (32) dont les deux extrémités (33, 34) sont attachées aux parties latérales extérieures de la caisse du camion (1),
    - un piston de compression (35) presque fixé centralement sur la barre (32) et pourvu d'écluses périphériques (36),
    - un cylindre mobile (37) entourant la tige fixe (32) et le piston de compression (35) pourvu de têtes de fermeture et d'étanchéisation (38, 39) à ses deux extrémités;
    - une édenture à crémaillère longitudinale (44) montée sur la surface extérieure du cylindre mobile (37) et s'engrenant dans la roue de transmission (31) reliée au levier (29);
    - deux chambres (40, 41) formées de manière externe par la tige fixe (32) à l'intérieur du cylindre mobile (37) et par les têtes associées (38, 39) mais séparées par le piston de compression (35) fixe, lesquelles sont remplies et vidées via les ouvertures (42, 43) reliées par des tuyaux flexibles à l'unité de commande et de distribution hydraulique.
  6. Camion à ordures selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce qu'on a placé symétriquement deux dispositifs de soulèvement sur les parties latérales respectives de la caisse du camion (1).
  7. Mode de fonctionnement du camion à ordures selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par les fonctions suivantes:
    - lorsque les coulisses en bloc sont en position basse ou lorsque les éléments (13, 14) des coulisses alignées sont verrouillés par les doigts (18), le compacteur (6) peut vider la trémie de chargement (3) à l'aide de la pelle oscillante (8) et compacter les ordures dans la caisse du camion (1);
    - pour le vidage de la caisse du camion lorsque celle-ci est pleine, le compacteur (6) monte (6) de manière à ce que les coulisses (12) soient situées dans la partie supérieure (14) des glissières;
    - les pistons hydrauliques (16) ainsi que l'axe (15) entraînent alors le compacteur dans un mouvement rotationnel qui amène celui-ci dans sa position supérieure et lui permet de nettoyer la caisse du camion (1);
    - le plateau de déchargement (4) vide maintenant la caisse du camion tout en nettoyant la trémie (3) avec la partie râcloir plane (21);
    - après le vidage de la caisse du camion (1), le plateau de déchargement (4) et la partie râcloir (21) se rétractent, le compacteur descend en même temps que la glissière monobloc ou les éléments supérieurs (14) de la coulisse et le doigt (18) de manière à ce que le camion soit prêt pour un nouveau chargement.
  8. Mode de fonctionnement du camion à ordures selon les revendications 1 et 5 caractérisé en ce que le cylindre mobile (37) mentionné ci-dessus met en mouvement l'édenture à crémaillère (44) et la roue de transmission (31), et monte ou descend le mécanisme de soulèvement, de vidage et de descente du récipient à ordures ménagères (24), lorsque ce cylindre est actionné linéairement dans une des directions (A) ou (B).
