Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Polyalkylpiperidin- Gruppen enthaltende Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure- Derivate I
in der
R1 Wasserstoff, Cι~ bis Cε-Alkyl, Formyl, C2- bis

bezeichnet.
Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung mit den Verbindungen I gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme stabi¬ lisiertes organisches Material, insbesondere stabilisierte Kunststoffe und Lacke.
Organisches Material, insbesondere Kunststoffe und Lacke, wird bekanntermaßen sehr schnell, vor allem durch Einwirkung von Licht, zerstört. Diese Zerstörung zeigt sich üblicher¬ weise in Vergilbung, Verfärbung, Rißbildung oder Versprödung des Materials. Mit Lichtschutzmitteln und Stabilisatoren soll daher ein zufriedenstellender Schutz gegen die Zerstö¬ rung von organischem Material durch Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme erzielt werden.
So werden in der US-A 3 079 366 (1) u.a. 3-(Aryl- amino)-2-cyanoacrylsäure-alkylester und 3- (Aryl- amino) -2-(alkoxycarbonyl)acrylsäure-alkylester als Licht¬ schutzmittel für Kunststoffe beschrieben.
Die DE-A 38 05 786 (2) betrifft 3-(Polyalkylpiperidinyl- amino)acrylsäure-polyalkylpiperidinylester. Diese Verbindungen werden als Stabilisatoren für organisches Material, insbesondere synthetische Polymere, empfohlen.
Unbefriedigend ist bei derartigen Mitteln des Standes der Technik häufig noch die zu geringe Verträglichkeit mit Kunststoffen, die zu geringe Dauer der SchutzWirkung, die Eigenfarbe der Substanzen, die Neigung zur Flüchtigkeit und die thermische Zersetzung der Stabilisatoren beim Einarbei- ten bei erhöhter Temperatur.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es daher, Licht¬ schutzmittel bzw. Stabilisatoren bereitzustellen, die einen wirkungsvolleren Schutz für organisches Material mit sich bringen.
Demgemäß wurden die eingangs definierten Polyalkylpiperidin- Gruppen enthaltenden Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure- Derivate I gefunden.
Als geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylreste für R1, R3 bis R6, R8, als Substituenten am Phenylkern und an heterocycli- schen Ringen und als Alkoholrest in Alkoxycarbonylgruppen, die als Ci- bis C4-, Cι~ bis Cζ-, Cι~ bis C12- und Cι~ bis C2o-Alkylreste angesprochen sind, eignen sich beispielsweise Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, iso-Propyl, n-Butyl, iso-Butyl, sec.-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, n-Amyl, iso-Amyl, sec.-Amyl, tert.-Amyl, Neopentyl, n-Hexyl, n-Heptyl, n-Octyl, 2-Ethyl-
hexyl, n-Nonyl, iso-Nonyl, n-Decyl, n-Undecyl, n-Dodecyl, n-Tridecyl, iso-Tridecyl, n-Tetradecyl, n-Pentadecyl, n-He- xadecyl, n-Heptadecyl, n-Octadecyl und n-Eicosyl. Bevorzugt werden generell niedere Alkylreste, vor allem C-_- bis C4-Alkylreste, insbesondere Methyl und Ethyl.
Als geradkettiges oder verzweigtes C2- bis Cβ-Alkanoyl für R1 kommen vor allem Acetyl, deneben aber auch Propionyl, Butyryl, iso-Butyryl, Pentanoyl und Hexanoyl in Betracht.
Als geradkettige oder verzweigte Cι~ bis Cχ2-Alkoxygruppen für R1 und als Substituenten am Phenylkern und an hetero- cyclischen Ringen eignen sich vor allem Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxy- gruppen wie Methoxy, Ethoxy, n-Propoxy, iso-Propoxy, n-But- oxy, iso-Butoxy, sec.-Butoxy und tert.-Butoxy, daneben aber auch n-Pentoxy, n-Hexoxy, iso-Hexoxy, n-Heptoxy, iso-Hept- oxy, n-Octoxy, 2-Ethylhexoxy, iso-Octoxy, n-Nonoxy, n-Dec- oxy, n-Undecoxy und n-Dodecoxy.
C5- bis C6~Cycloalkoxygruppen für R1 sind vor allem Cyclo- pentoxy und Cyclohexoxy.
Beim Vorliegen eines Restes der Formel -CR3=CH-CO-OR4 für R1 bedeutet R3 vorzugsweise Cι~ bis C4-Alkoxycarbonyl wie vor allem Methoxycarbonyl und Ethoxycarbonyl oder insbesondere Wasserstoff.
Als C5- bis Ca-Cycloalkylreste für R4 und R5 kommen vor allem C5- bis Cß-Cycloalkyl wie Cyclopentyl und Cyclohexyl, da- neben aber auch Cycloheptyl, Cyclooctyl, Methylcyclopentyl, Dimethylcyclopentyl, Methylcyclohexyl, Ethylcyclohexyl und Dimethylcyclohexyl in Betracht.
Als C7- bis Cχ8-Aralkylreste für R4 eignen sich beispiels- weise Naphthylmethyl, Diphenylmethyl oder Methylbenzyl, ins¬ besondere jedoch C7- bis Cin-Phenylalkyl wie 1-Phenylethyl, 2-Phenylethyl, 1-Phenylpropyl, 2-Phenylpropyl, 3-Phenyl- propyl, 2-Phenylprop-2-yl, 4-Phenylbutyl, 2,2-Di- methyl-2-phenylethyl, 5-Phenylamyl, 10-Phenyldecyl, 12-Phenyldodecyl oder vor allem Benzyl.
Als Tolylreste kommen ortho-, meta und vor allem p-Tolyl in Betracht.
Der Alkoxylierungsgrad n in den Polyoxyethylen- und Polyoxy- propylen-Resten für R4 beträgt vorzugsweise 1 bis 10, insbe¬ sondere 2 bis 7, ganz besonders bevorzugt 3 bis 5.
Unter Halogenatomen sind Fluor, Jod, vor allem jedoch Brom und insbesondere Chlor zu verstehen.'
Als fünf- oder sechsgliedrige ungesättigte oder gesättigte heterocyclische Ringe mit bis zu drei Heteroatomen aus der Gruppe Stickstoff, Sauerstoff und Schwefel, welche zusätz¬ lich benzanelliert und durch die bezeichneten Reste substi- tuiert sein können, kommen in Betracht:
Tetrahydrofuran, Furan, Tetrahydrothiophen, Thiophen, Pyrro- lidin, Pyrrolin, Pyrrol, Isoxazol, Oxazol, Thiazol, Pyrazol, Imidazolin, Imidazol, 1,2,3-Triazolidin, 1,2,3- und 1,2,4-Triazol, 1,2,3-, 1,2,4- und 1,2,5-Oxadiazol, Tetra- hydropyran, Dihydropyran, 2H- und 4H-Pyran, Piperidin, 1,3- und 1,4-Dioxan, Morpholin, Pyrazan, P ridin, Pyrimidin, Pyridazin, Pyrazin, 1,2,5-Oxathiazin, 1,3,5-, 1,2,3- und 1,2, 4-Triazin, Benzofuran, Thionaphthen, Indolin, Indol, Isoindolin, Benzoxazol, ϊndazol, Benzimidazol, Chroman, Isochroman, 2H- und 4H-Chromen, Chinolin, Isochinolin, 1,2,3, 4-Tetrahydroisochinolin, Cinnolin, Chinazolin, Chin- oxalin, Phthalazin und Benzo-1,2,3-triazin.
Treten als Reste R7 und R9 substituierte Phenylreste auf, ist der bevorzugte Substitutionsgrad 2 oder insbe¬ sondere 1. Einfach substituierte Phenylreste sind ortho-, meta- oder vorzugsweise para-substituiert, zweifach substi¬ tuierte Phenylreste weisen häufig ein 2,4-Substitutions- muster und dreifach substituierte Phenylreste oft ein
2, 4, 6-Substitutionsmuster auf. Beim Auftreten von zwei oder drei Substituenten können diese gleich oder verschieden sein.
Die Struktur I umfaßt für den Fall, daß Y eine Gruppierung der Formel =CH-NHR7 oder =CH-NR6R7 bezeichnet, bezüglich der räumlichen Stellung der Substituenten an der C-C-Doppelbin- dung in den Verbindungen I sowohl die jeweiligen E- als auch
die Z-Isomeren. Selbstverständlich können auch Mischungen beider Isomeren auftreten.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform stellen Verbindungen I dar, bei denen R1 Wasserstoff, Methyl, Formyl, Acetyl, Cyano- methyl, Hydroxymethyl oder einen Rest der Formel -CH=CH-CO-OR8 bezeichnet, wobei R8 Cχ~ bis C4-Alkyl, C5- bis Cß-Cycloalkyl, Benzyl, Phenyl, Tolyl oder einen Rest der Formel -(CH2CH20)m oder -[CH(CH3)CH20]mH, worin m für eine Zahl von 1 bis 10 steht, bedeutet.
Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausfuhrungsform stellen Verbindungen I dar, bei denen R2 Cyano oder Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxycarbonyl bezeichnet.
Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausfuhrungsform stellen Verbindungen I dar, bei denen Y Wasserstoff-Atome oder eine Gruppierung der Formel =CH-NHR9 bezeichnet, wobei R9 Phenyl, welches durch ein oder zwei Cχ~ bis C4-Alkylgruppen, Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxygruppen, Chloratome, Cyanogruppen, Hydroxylgruppen oder Cχ~ bis C4~Alkoxycarbonylgruppen substituiert sein kann, oder einen sechsgliedrigen ungesättigten oder ge¬ sättigten heterocyclischen Ring mit bis zu drei Stickstoff¬ atomen, welcher zusätzlich benzanelliert und durch ein oder zwei Cχ~ bis C4-Alkylgruppen, Cχ~ bis C4~Alkoxygruppen, Chloratome, Cyanogruppen, Hydroxygruppen oder Cχ~ bis C4~Alkoxycarbonylgruppen substituiert sein kann, bedeutet.
Als heterocyclische Ringe für R9 eignen sich in besonderem Maße Pyridin, Pyrimidin, Pyridazin, Pyrazin und 1,3,5-Tri- azin.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Polyalkylpiperidin-Gruppen enthalten¬ den Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure-Derivate I lassen sich nach an sich bekannten Methoden herstellen.
Die Herstellung von Verbindungen I, bei denen Y eine Grup¬ pierung der Formel =CH-NHR7 oder =CH-NR6R7 bezeichnet, kann beispielsweise durch Umsetzung von Cyanessigsäurealkyl- estern, Malonalkylestern oder Acetessigsäurealkylestern, wobei sich hierbei insbesondere die Methyl- oder Ethylester eignen, Trialkylorthoformiat und aromatischen bzw. hetero- cyclischen Aminen der Formel R7-NH2 bzw. R7-NHR6 erfolgen.
Besonders bevorzugt wird dabei Triethylorthoformiat oder Trimethylorthoformiat.
Die Umsetzung wird zweckmäßigerweise in einem geeigneten polaren organischen Lösungsmittel wie einem Alkohol, z.B. n-Propanol, n-Butanol, Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Ethy- lenglykolmonomethylether oder Cyclohexanol, vorgenommen. Als Lösungsmittel eignen sich auch Carbonsäureamide wie Dime- thylformamid oder überschüssiges Trialkylorthoformiat. Bil- den die verwendeten Ausgangsverbindungen bereits eine flüs¬ sige Mischung, kann auf ein zusätzliches Lösungsmittel ver¬ zichtet werden.
Als Katalysatoren für die Umsetzung können bei sehr langen Reaktionszeiten gewünschtenfalls zusätzlich Lewis-Säuren wie Borsäure, AICI3, ZrCl4, TiCl4 oder vor allem ZnCl2 in den hierfür üblichen Mengen verwendet werden.
Die so hergestellten 3-Aminoacrylsäurealkylester lassen problemlos sich in die entsprechenden Polyalkylpiperidin- Gruppen enthaltenden Derivate I überführen. Dies geschieht zweckmäßigerweise durch Umesterung mit beispielsweise 2,2, 6, 6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidinol in einem inerten organi¬ schen Lösungsmittel wie Toluol oder Xylol in Gegenwart eines Katalysators wie Tetrabutylorthotitanat, Phenothiazin, Lithiumamid oder Dibutylzinnacetat.
Die Bildung von polyalkylpiperidinylsubstituierte A iden der Formel I erfolgt in vorteilhafter Weise durch Umsetzung der oben angesprochenen Cyanessigsäurealkylester, Malonalkyl- ester oder Acetessigsäurealkylester mit Triacetondiamin und gewünschtenfalls anschließende Reaktion mit aromatischen bzw. heterocyclischen A inen der Formel R7-NH2 bzw. R7-NHR6 wie oben beschrieben.
Soll in den Verbindungen I der Rest R1 eine Acrylsäureester- Gruppierung bezeichnen, werden zur Herstellung solcher Verbindungen zweckmäßigerweise Verbindungen I, bei denen R1 für Wasserstoff steht, mit Acetylencarbonsäurederivaten wie Propiolsäureestern oder Acetylendicarbonsäureestern umge¬ setzt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I eignen sich in hervor¬ ragender Weise zum Stabilisieren von organischem Material gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme. Sie sind auch wirksam als Metalldesaktivatoren. Sie werden dem zu stabilisierenden organischen Material in einer Konzentra¬ tion von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,02 bis 2 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das organische Material, vor, während oder nach seiner Herstellung zugesetzt.
Unter organischem Material sind beispielsweise kosmetische Präparate wie Salben und Lotionen, Arzneimittelformulie¬ rungen wie Pillen und Zäpfchen, photographische Aufzeich¬ nungsmaterialien, insbesondere photographische Emulsionen, oder Vorprodukte für Kunststoffe und Lacke, insbesondere jedoch Kunststoffe und Lacke selbst, zu verstehen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist außerdem gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme stabilisiertes organisches Material, insbesondere Kunststoffe und Lacke, welches die Verbindungen I in den oben angegebenen Konzen¬ trationen enthält.
Zur Vermischung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I vor allem mit Kunststoffen können alle bekannten Vorrichtungen und Methoden zum Einmischen von Stabilisierungsmitteln oder anderen Zusätzen in Polymere angewandt werden.
Das durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I stabilisierte organische Material kann gegebenenfalls noch weitere Addi- tive enthalten, z. B. Antioxidantien, Lichtstabilisierungs¬ mittel, Metalldesaktivatoren, antistatische Mittel, flamm¬ hemmende Mittel, Pigmente und Füllstoffe.
Antioxidantien und LichtStabilisatoren, die neben den erfin- dungsgemäßen Verbindungen I zugesetzt werden können, sind z. B. Verbindungen auf der Basis sterisch gehinderter Phenole oder Schwefel oder Phosphor enthaltende CoStabili¬ satoren.
Als derartige phenolische Antioxidationsmittel seien bei¬ spielsweise 2,6-Di-tert.-butyl-4-methylph.enol, n-Octa- decyl- ß-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionat, 1,1,3-Tris-(2-methyl-4-hydroxy-5-tert.-butylphenyl)-butan.
1,3, 5-Trimethyl-2, 4, 6-tris-(3, 5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyben- zyl)-benzol, 1,3, 5-Tris-(3, 5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyben- zyl) -isocyanurat, l,3,5-Tris-[ ß- (3, 5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hy- droxyphenyl)-propionylethyl]-isocyanurat, 1,3, 5-Tris-(2, 6-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-tert.-butylben- zyl)-isocyanurat und Pentaerythrit-tetrakis-[ ß-(3, 5-di- tert.-butyl-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionat] erwähnt.
Als phosphorhaltige Antioxidantien kommen beispielsweise Tris-(nonylphenyl)-phosphit, Distearylpentaerythritdi- phosphit, Tris-(2,4-di-tert.-butyl-phenyl)-phosphit, Tris-(2-tert.-butyl-4-methylphenyl)-phosphit, Bis-(2,4-di- tert-butylphenyl)-pentaerythritdiphosphit und Tetra- kis- (2,4-di-tert.-butylphenyl)-4,4'-biphenylendiphosphit in Betracht.
Als Schwefel enthaltende Antioxidationsmittel seien bei¬ spielsweise Dilaurylthiodipropionat, Dimyristylthiodi- propionat, Distearylthiodipropionat, Pentaerythrittetra- kis-(ß-laurylthiopropionat) und Pentaerythrittetra- kis- (ß-hexylthiopropionat) genannt.
Weitere Antioxidantien und Lichtstabilisatoren, die zusammen mit den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I verwendet werden können, sind z. B. 2- (2r-Hydroxyphenyl)-benztriazole,
2-Hydroxybenzophenone, Arylester von Hydroxybenzoesäuren, α -Cyanozimtsäurederivate, Benzimidazolcarbonsäureanilide, Nickelverbindungen oder Oxalsäuredianilide.
Eine besonders gute Stabilisierung erhält man, wenn zu den Verbindungen I noch mindestens ein weiterer Lichtstabilisa¬ tor aus der Verbindungsklasse der sterisch gehinderten Amine in üblicher Konzentration zugesetzt wird.
Als weitere sterisch gehinderte Amine kommen hierfür z.B. in Betracht: Bis-(2,2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidyl)-sebacat, Bis- (1,2,2, 6, 6-pentamethylpiperidyl)-sebacat, das Kondensa¬ tionsprodukt von l-Hydroxyethyl-2,2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-hydro- xypiperidin und Bernsteinsäure, das Kondensationsprodukt von N,N'-(2,2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidyl)-hexamethylendiamin und 4-tert.-Octylamino-2, 6-dichlor-l,3,5-triazin, Tris-(2,2, 6, 6-Tetramethylpiperidyl)-nitrilotriacetat, Tetra- kis- (2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,2,3, 4-butan-tetra-
carbonsäure, 1,1'-(1,2-Ethandiyl)-bis-(3,3,5,5-tetramethyl- piperazinon) , die Kondensationsprodukte von 4-Amino-2,2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidinen und Tetramethylol- acetylendiharnstoffen.
Als Kunststoffe, die durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbin¬ dungen I stabilisiert werden können, seien beispielsweise genannt:
Polymere von Mono- und Diolefinen, wie z. B. Polyethylen niedriger oder hoher Dichte, Polypropylen, lineares Poly- buten-1, Polyisopren, Polybutadien sowie Copolymerisate von Mono- oder Diolefinen oder Mischungen der genannten Poly¬ me en;
Copolymerisate von Mono- oder Diolefinen mit anderen Vinyl- monomeren, wie z. B. Ethylen-Alkylacrylat-Copolymere, Eth - len-Alkylmethacrylat-Copolymere, Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copoly- mere oder Ethylen-Acrylsäure-Copolymere;
Polystyrol sowie Copolymere von Styrol oder α-Methylstyrol mit Dienen und/oder Acrylderivaten, wie z. B. Styrol-Buta- dien, Styrol-Acrylnitril (SAN) , Styrol-Ethylmethacrylat, Styrol-Butadien-Ethylacrylat, Styrol-Acrylnitril-Methacry- lat, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS) oder Methylmethacry- lat-Butadien-Styrol (MBS) ;
Halogenhaltige Polymere, wie z. B. Polyvinylchlorid, Poly- vinylfluorid, Polyvinylidenfluorid sowie deren Copolymere;
Polymere, die sich von α,ß-ungesättigten Säuren und deren Derivaten ableiten, wie Polyacrylate, Polymethacrylate, Polyacrylamide und Polyacrylnitrile;
Polymere, die sich von ungesättigten Alkoholen und Aminen bzw. von deren Acrylderivaten oder Acetalen ableiten, z. B. Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylacetat;
Polyurethane, Polyamide, Polyharnstoffe, Polyester, Poly- carbonate, Polysulfone, Polyethersulfone und Polyether- ketone.
Weiterhin können mit den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I Lacküberzüge stabilisiert werden, z. B. Industrielackierun- gen. Unter diesen sind Einbrennlackierungen, unter diesen wiederum Fahrzeuglackierungen, vorzugsweise Zweischicht- lackierungen, besonders hervorzuheben.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I können in fester oder gelöster Form dem Lack zugesetzt werden. Ihre gute Löslich¬ keit in Lacksystemen ist dabei von besonderem Vorteil.
Bevorzugt werden die erfindunsgemäßen Verbindungen I zum Stabilisieren von Polyurethanen, Polyestern, Polystyrol, Polyolefine wie Ethylen- oder Propylenpolymerisaten, Poly¬ amiden sowie ABS- und SAN-Polymeren, insbesondere von Form- massen hieraus, und von Lacküberzügen, insbesondere aus säurehärtenden Lacken, verwendet.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Einsatzgebiet ist die Stabilisie¬ rung von Fasern aus Polypropylen und Polyamid.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen I zeichnen sich durch eine gute Verträglichkeit mit den üblichen Kunststoffarten und durch eine gute Löslichkeit und eine ausgezeichnete Ver¬ träglichkeit in den üblichen Lacksystemen aus. Sie haben in der Regel keine oder nur eine sehr geringe Eigenfarbe, sind bei den üblichen Kunststoff- und Lack-Verarbeitungstempera¬ turen stabil und nicht flüchtig und bewirken vor allen Din¬ gen eine lange Schutzdauer der mit ihnen behandelten Materialien.
Die Erfindung wird durch die nachstehenden Beispiele weiter erläutert. Die Herstellbedingungen wurden nicht optimiert.
Herstellungsbeispiele
Beispiel 1
35,5 g (0,16 mol) N-(2,2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)- cyanessigsäureamid wurden mit 44,4 g (0,3 mol) Triethyl- orthoformiat und 18,8 g (0,2 mol) Anilin auf 110°C erwärmt. Über einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 5 h wurde langsam Ethanol abdestilliert, wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 125°C anstieg. Anschließend wurde abgekühlt und das erhaltene Produkt aus
Isopropanol mit Aktivkohle umkristallisiert. Man erhielt 38 g (entsprechend einer Ausbeute von 73 %) N-(2' , 2' , 6' , 6'-Tetramethylpiperidin-4'-yl)-3-(phen l- amino)-2-cyanoacrylsäureamid in Form von farblosen Kristal- len vom Schmelzpunkt 162°C.
Die spektroskopischen Daten sind in Tabelle 1 angegeben.
Beispiele 2 bis 13
Analog zu Beispiel 1 wurden unter Verwendung der entspre¬ chenden aromatischen bzw. heterocyclischen Amine die in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten Produkte aus N-(2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl- piperidin-4-yl)-cyanessigsäureamid hergestellt. Die Schmelz- punkte und die spektroskopischen Daten der Produkte sind ebenfalls in Tabelle 1 angegeben.

(EE) bedeutet, daß das Produkt aus Essigester unter Zusatz von Aktivkohle umkristallisiert wurde,
Beispiel 14
22,3 g (0,1 mol) N-(2,2, 6, 6-Tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl) -cyan- essigsäureamid wurde mit 10,3 g (0,105 mol) Propiolsäuree- thylester in 100 ml Ethanol 3 Stunden unter Rückfluß er¬ hitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wurde der ausgefallene Niederschlag abfiltriert und aus Ethanol umkristallisiert. Man erhielt 26 g (entsprechend einer Ausbeute von 80 %) des Produktes der Formel
in Form von farblosen Kristallen vom Schmelzpunkt 189 bis 190°C.
UV-Daten (CH3OH) : λma = 282 nm, ε = 30 400
Beispiel 15a
32,6 g (0,1 mol) der Verbindung aus Beispiel 1 wurden mit 9,8 g (0,1 mol) Propiolsäureethylester in 50 ml Ethanol 10 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wurde der gebildete Niederschlag abfiltriert und aus Ethanol um¬ kristallisiert. Man erhielt 30 g (entsprechend eines Aus- beute von 70 %) 3-Aminoacrylsäureamid in Form von farblosen Kristallen vom Schmelzpunkt 194-95°C.
Die spektroskopischen Daten sind in Tabelle 2 angegeben.
Beispiel 15b
32,1 g (0,1 mol) der Verbindung aus Beispiel 14, 30 g (0,2- mol) Triethylorthoformiat und 9,3 g (0,1 mol) Anilin wurden 5 h bei 110 bis 120°C erhitzt, wobei 13 ml Ethanol abdestillierten. Anschließend wurde abgekühlt, der gebildete Niederschlag abfiltriert und aus Ethanol unter Zusatz von Aktivkohle umkristallisiert. Man erhielt 12 g (entsprechend
einer Ausbeute von 28 %) der gleichen Verbindung wie in Beispiel 15a.
Beispiel 16 bis 25
Analog zu Beispiel 15a wurden die in Tabelle 2 aufgeführten Produkte aus den Verbindungen der Beispiele 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 bzw. 13 und Propiolsäureethylester herge¬ stellt. Die Schmelzpunkte und die spektroskopischen Daten der Produkte sind ebenfalls in Tabelle 2 angegeben.

Beispiel 26
44,8 g (0,2 mol) Cyanessigsäure-2,2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-pipe- ridinylester wurden mit 18,6 g (0,2 mol) Anilin und 59,2 g (0,4 mol) Triethylorthoformiat 3 bis 4 h auf 110°C erhitzt, wobei Ethanol abdestillierte und die Temperatur auf 130°C anstieg. Nachdem die Hauptmenge Ethanol abdestilliert war, wurde abgekühlt. Der erhaltene Rückstand wurde mit 100 ml Aceton verrührt, das Produkt abfiltriert und mit Diethyl- ether gewaschen. Man erhielt 43 g (entsprechend einer Aus¬ beute von 66 %) 3-(Phenylamino)-2-cyanoacryl- säure-2' ,2' , 6' ,6'-tetramethyl-4'-piperidinylester in Form von farblosen Kristallen vom Schmelzpunkt 113 bis 117°C.
Die spektroskopischen Daten sind in Tabelle 3 angegeben.
Beispiele 27 bis 32
Analog zu Beispiel 26 wurden unter Verwendung der entspre¬ chenden aromatischen bzw. heterocyclischen Amine die in Tabelle 3 aufgeführten Produkte aus Cyanessig- säure-2,2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinylester hergestellt. Die Schmelzpunkte und die spektroskopischen Daten der Produkte sind ebenfalls in Tabelle 3 angegeben.

Analog zu Beispiel 15a wurden die in Tabelle 4 aufgeführten Produkte aus den Verbindungen der Beispiele 26, 27, 28, 29 bzw. 30 und Propiolsäureethylester hergestellt. Die Schmelz¬ punkte und die spektroskopischen Daten der Produkte sind ebenfalls in Tabelle 4 angegeben.

1. Polyalkylpiperidin-Gruppen enthaltende Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I
in der
R1 Wasserstoff, Cχ~ bis Cδ-Alkyl, Formyl, C2- bis
Cδ-Alkanoyl, Cχ~ bis Cχ2~Alkoxy, C5- bis Cδ-Cyclo- alkoxy, Cyanomethyl, 2-Hydroxyethyl, Benzyl oder einen Rest der Formel -CR3=CH-CO-OR4 bezeichnet, wobei
R3 Wasserstoff, Cχ~ bis Cε-Alkyl oder einen Rest der Formel -CO-OR4 bedeutet und
R4 Cχ~ bis C2o-Alkyl, C5- bis Cs-Cycloalkyl, C7- bis Cχ8-Aralkyl, Phenyl, Tolyl oder einen Rest der Formel -(CH2CH20)nH oder -[CH(CH3)CH20]nH, worin n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 30 steht, bedeutet,
R2 Cyano, einen Rest der Formel -CO-R5 oder -CO-OR5 oder eine Gruppe der Formel
bezeichnet, wobei R5 Ci- bis Ci2-Alkyl, C5- bis C8-Cycloalkyl, Benzyl, Phenyl oder Tolyl bedeutet,
X für O, NH oder NR6 steht, wobei
R6 Ci- bis Cι2-Alkyl bedeutet, und
Y Wasserstoff-Atome oder eine Gruppierung der Formel =CH-NHR7 oder =CH-NR6R7 bezeichnet, wobei
R7 Phenyl, welches durch ein bis drei Cχ~ bis Cχ2-Al- kylgruppen, Cχ~ bis Cχ2~Alkoxygruppen, Halogenatome, Cyanogruppen, Hydroxylgruppen, Phenylgruppen oder Gruppen der Formel -CO-OR5, -CO-R5, -CO-NHR5, -O-CO-R5 oder -NH-CO-R5 substituiert sein kann, einen fünf- oder sechsgliedrigen ungesättigten oder gesättigten heterocyclischen Ring mit bis zu drei Heteroatomen aus der Gruppe Stickstoff, Sauerstoff und Schwefel, welcher zusätzlich benzanelliert und durch ein bis drei Cχ~ bis Cχ2-Alkylgruppen, Cχ~ bis
Cχ2-Alkoxygruppen, Halogenatome, Cyanogruppen, Hydroxylgruppen, Phenylgruppen, Phenoxygruppen oder Cχ~ bis Cχ2~Alkoxycarbonylgruppen substituiert sein kann/ oder - für den Fall, daß mindestens eine Variable X für NH oder NR6 steht - eine Gruppierung der Formel
bezeichnet.
2. Polyalkylpiperidin-Gruppen enthaltende Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure-Derivate I nach Anspruch 1, bei denen R1 Wasserstoff, Methyl, Formyl, Acetyl, Cyanomethyl, Hydrox methyl oder einen Rest der Formel -CH=CH-CO-OR8 bezeichnet, wobei R8 Cχ~ bis C4~Alkyl, C5- bis Cε-Cyclo- alkyl, Benzyl, Phenyl, Tolyl oder einen Rest der Formel -(CH2CH20)m oder -[CH(CH3)CH20]mH, worin m für eine Zahl von 1 bis 10 steht, bedeutet.
3. Polyalkylpiperidin-Gruppen enthaltende Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure-Derivate I nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei denen R2 Cyano oder Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxycarbonyl be¬ zeichnet.
4. Polyalkylpiperidin-Gruppen enthaltende Essigsäure- und 3-Aminoacrylsäure-Derivate I nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, bei denen Y Wasserstoff-Atome oder eine Gruppie¬ rung der Formel =CH-NHR9 bezeichnet, wobei R9 Phenyl, welches durch ein oder zwei Cχ~ bis C4~Alkylgruppen, Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxygruppen, Chloratome, Cyanogruppen, Hydro- xylgruppen oder Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxycarbonylgruppen substi¬ tuiert sein kann, oder einen sechsgliedrigen ungesättig¬ ten oder gesättigten heterocyclischen Ring mit bis zu drei Stickstoffatomen, welcher zusätzlich benzanelliert und durch ein oder zwei Cχ~ bis C4~Alkylgruppen, Cχ~ bis C4-Alkoxygruppen, Chloratome., Cyanogruppen, Hydroxygrup- pen oder Cχ~ bis C4~Alkoxycarbonylgruppen substituiert sein kann, bedeutet.
5. Gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme stabilisiertes organisches Material, enthaltend 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Menge des organischen Materials, einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4.
6. Gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme stabilisierte Kunststoffe und Lacke, enthaltend 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Menge der Kunststoffe bzw. Lacke, einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4.
. Verwendung von Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 als Lichtschutzmitel und Stabilisatoren für organi¬ sches Material.
8. Verwendung von Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 als Lichtschutzmittel und Stabilisatoren für Kunst¬ stoffe und Lacke.
9. Verfahren zum Stabilisieren von organischem Material gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man hierzu Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 verwendet.
10. Verfahren zum Stabilisieren von Kunststoffen und Lacken gegen die Einwirkung von Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man hierzu Verbindungen I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 verwendet.
