Auch wenn sich der Grundstoff bei Anlage an der Fußleiste insgesamt hochstellt, können die im Randbereich abstehenden Florfäden noch eine gute Reinigungswirkung entfalten. Die Reinigungswirkung ist insbesondere ausgeprägt bei strukturierten Fußleisten, die nur durch senkrecht eindringende Florfäden wirksam gereinigt werden können. Auch Ecken können besser als bislang gereinigt werden. Das befestigte Besatzstück erhöht die Stabilität der Reinigungseinrichtung und verhindert insbesondere ein Durchhängen bzw. Schließlich werden an den gegenüberliegenden Schmalkanten des Grundstoffs auf den entsprechenden Besatzstücken zwei Aufsatzstücke 12, 12' jeweils an drei Seiten aufgenäht, um die als Befestigungseinrichtung für den Spannrahmen dienenden Taschen zu bilden. Zusätzlich ist parallel zu den Schmalkanten jeweils eine Quernaht 16 auf jedes Aufsatzstück 12, 12' aufgenäht, die den in der Tasche gebildeten Raum in Längsrichtung beschränkt. Zusätzlich hat die verbundene Randnaht 6 eine gegenüber dem Grundstoff 2 gehobene Position, so daß der Spannrahmen mit seiner Randkante an dieser Randkante des Grundstoffs und des Besatzstücks anliegen kann.   4. Cleansing apparatus according to one of claims 1 through 3, characterized in that said trimming piece (4) and said basic fabric (2) are connected in their respective edges (6) in a rimmed respectively bordered way.
  5. Cleansing apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said trimming piece (4) which is sewn on provides a curved cross section, and between basic fabric (2) and said trimming piece (4) an elongated hollow space (14) is formed which serves as fluid storage.
  6. Cleansing apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the edge area of said basic fabric (2) is arched towards the outside.
  7. Cleansing apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that in said hollow space (14) a water storing material is received.
  8. Cleansing apparatus according to one of the claims 1 through 4, characterized in that said trimming piece (4) provides a relatively high rigidity such that said sewn on trimming piece (4) is arranged in a substantially flat way.
  9. Cleansing apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the edge said trimming piece (4) is attached on the face of said basic fabric (2) which provides said pile threads.
  10. Cleansing apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that said water storing material substantially fills out the hollow space.
