Description
Gemäß der FR A-2 601 899 ist es darüberhinaus bekannt, bei der Herstellung den die obere Bodenklappe bildenden Werkstoff zickzackförmig zurückzuversetzen und gleichzeitig den Werkstoff für die andere, innenliegende Bodenklappe einzuschlagen. Dabei wird die eine Bodenklappe des zunächst flach liegenden, schlauchartig geschlossenen Rohlings mittels eines Saugelementes angehoben und mit Hilfe eines schräg bewegbaren Druckelementes Z-förmig zurückgefaltet und niedergedrückt. In diesen Bewegungsvorgang ist das Einfalten der anderen Bodenklappe integriert, die somit in der Faltstation ebenfalls ein- bzw. zurückgeschwenkt wird, so daß sie zwischen den die erste Bodenklappe tragenden Werkstoff und diese Bodenklappe zu liegen kommt. Die Herstellung erfolgt ruckweise, da der Rohling in der Faltstation eine ruhende Postion einnimmt und weil auch die zweite Bodenklappe in der Faltstation zurückgeklappt wird. Der mit der bekannten Vorrichtung verbundene Arbeitsaufwand ist groß und möglicherweise führte die bekannte Vorrichtung auch nicht zu dem angestrebten Ziel. Vor allem ist nämlich offen, auf welche Weise die zweite Bodenklappe exakt zurückgeschwenkt und unter die erste Bodenklappe gelegt werden kann.

Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von insbesondere aus Papier bestehenden Umschlägen, Beuteln, Versandtaschen u. dgl. Produkten (1') mit oder ohne Seitenfalten (23, 24), wobei die Produkte (1') mindestens ein Vorderteil (2), ein Rückenteil (4) sowie mindestens eine Bodenklappe (7, 10) für einen Standboden und gegebenenfalls eine Verschlußklappe (9) aufweisen, wozu bahnförmiger Werkstoff (4) oder einzelne Zuschnitte (1) bzw. Rohlinge (1'') bearbeitet, hierzu mit Vorbrüchen (13-18 bzw. 25-27 bzw. 31-34) versehen, die Kontur beschnitten und die einzelnen Zuschnitte (1 ) bzw. Rohlinge (1'') gefaltet sowie mit Leim versehen werden und wobei eine Bodenklappe (10) bildender Werkstoff zickzackförmig zurückversetzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Bodenklappe (10) bildende Werkstoff bei kontinuierlichem Weiter-Transport eines schlauchförmigen Bahnstückes (42) bzw. eines bereits in Einzelstücke geschnittenen, schlauchförmigen Rohlings (1'') zickzackförmig entgegen der Transportrichtung zurückversetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenklappe (10) beim kontinuierlichn Transport des Werktstoffes (40) erfaßt, sodann angehoben und sodann bei weiterhin kontinuierlichem Vorschub des Rohlings (1'') bzw. eines schlauchförmigen Bahnstückes (42) wieder abgesenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenklappe (10) mit Hilfe von Saugluft an ihrer Rückseite angehoben und mit Hilfe des Saugluftelementes (55) sodann wieder abgesenkt wird, während sich der Rohling (1'') / das schlauchförmige Bahnstück (42) kontinuierlich in Transportrichtung weiterbewegt.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenklappe (10) angehoben, zurückversetzt und abgesenkt wird, während der Rohling (1'')/ das schlauchförmige Bahnstück (42) über eine Arbeitswalze (48) läuft.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit einer die Bodenklappe (10) anhebenden, mindestens ein Saugelement (55) aufweisenden Rückfaltvorrichtung (45, 45'), wobei das Saugelement (55) zum Anheben der Bodenklappe (10) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugelement (45) zum zick-zack-förmigen, entgegen der Transportrichtung gerichteten Zurückversetzen und zugleich zum Absenken der Bodenklappe (10) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugelement (55) an der Bodenklappe (10) angreifend sie in paralleler Lage zur Transportebene anhebend und bei Weitertransport des schlauchförmigen Bahnstückes (42)/ des schlauchförmigen Rohlings (1'') zurückversetzend und sodann absenkend angeordnet und angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückfaltvorrichtung (45, 45') eine Arbeitswalze (48) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugelement (55) radial zu der Arbeitswalze (48) und daß ein Falzmesser (46) tangential zur Arbeitswalze (48) jeweils hin- und zurückbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Saugelemente (55) und mehrere Falzmesser (56) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergeehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugelemente (55) und die Falzmesser (56) jeweils an Armen (57, 58) angeordnet sowie um die Arme (57, 58) als Radius schwenkbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (57) der Saugelemente (55) und die Arme (58) der Falzmesser (56) in der Warte- und in der Arbeitsstellung jeweils annähernd senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachsen (59, 60) der Saugelemente (55) und der Falzmesser (56) parallel zur Transportebene der schlauchförmigen Bahnstücke (42)/ schlauchförmigen Rohling (1'') sowie quer zur Transportrichtung der Bahnstücke (42) / Rohlinge (1'') angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzmesser (56) eine in Transportrichtung weisende Falzmesserschneide (65) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzmesser (56) so angeordnet ist, daß es an einem Rückfaltvorbruch (33, 34) eines Rücken-Rückfaltteiles (43) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestes einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugelemente (55) eine zumindest teilweise lineare Hubbewegung ausführen.
