Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a truck-mounted concrete pump with a chassis designed as a truck chassis, with a bearing block arranged in the front region of the chassis, with a bearing block rotatable about a vertical axis and pivotable about a horizontal axis, consisting of a plurality of mast arms pivotable to a limited extent about horizontal axes, in the collapsed state on at least one support point, which is preferably designed as a mast support bracket, can be supported in the rear area of the chassis, with a material feed container, which is arranged near the rear end of the chassis and has an upward-facing filler opening, with a suction side in the area of a pump-side boundary wall on the Material feed container connected and connected on the pressure side with a concrete pump extending over the delivery mast, and with a in the area of the pump-side limit Enzungswand the material feed container arranged, protruding beyond the opening edge splash guard.
In known truck-mounted concrete pumps (cf. DE-A-2 728 420), the spray protection device is usually designed as a sheet metal box permanently installed on the pump side of the material feed container, which ensures that the concrete splashes that occur when the concrete is pumped inside the material feed container do not get into the machine area can. However, it has been shown that effective splash protection can only be achieved with a sufficient overall height of the sheet metal box. On the other hand, this requires sufficient space under the placing boom supported on the chassis, which is not always available, especially with large placing booms. In the driving state, the filling opening of the material feed container is often closed with the aid of a funnel cover designed as a rubber mat. This prevents concrete from spraying out while driving and too rapid hardening of the concrete, for example due to solar radiation.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to develop a spray protection device for the material feed container of a truck-mounted concrete pump, which guarantees effective spray protection both in the working state and in the driving state, regardless of the size of the placing boom.
To achieve this object, the combination of features specified in claim 1 is proposed. Further advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the subclaims.
Der zur Lagerung der Klappwand notwendige starre Wandaufbau weist eine so geringe Bauhöhe auf, daß der Verteilermast beim Abstützen auf demThe solution according to the invention is based on the idea that the splash guard only requires a sufficient overall height to absorb concrete splashes during the pumping process, that is to say when the truck-mounted concrete pump is standing and the placing boom is raised. When driving, in which the placing boom folded and supported on the mast support, however, such a height of the splash guard is not required. It is therefore proposed according to the invention that the spray protection device has a rigid wall structure which is arranged on the pump-side boundary wall of the material feed container and has a projecting rigid wall structure beyond the opening edge thereof, and that in the area of the upper edge of the wall structure which is at a distance from the filling opening, a horizontal one running transversely to the chassis Axis pivotable rigid folding wall is articulated, the pivoting range of which overlaps with that of the folded distribution boom and which, when the distribution boom is lifted from its support point, can be pivoted to a limited extent from a travel position at least partially overlapping the container opening into a working position which is folded up by approximately 90 ° and in the positions mentioned can be locked. The folding wall has a dual function: in the working position it represents a sufficiently high splash guard, while in the driving position it serves as a container cover. The rigid wall structure necessary for mounting the folding wall has such a low overall height that the placing boom is supported on the
Mast support bracket can be lowered close to the feed opening of the material feed container.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the wall structure is delimited by two side walls, which extend beyond the opening edge of the pump side Boundary wall vertical side walls of the material feed container protrude, while the folding wall has the shape of a box open to the side of the hinge axis and to the filling opening, the side walls of which are pivotable when the folding wall is pivoted parallel to the side walls of the wall structure with mutual overlap in pairs.
In order to facilitate the lifting of the folding wall from its travel position into the working position, a spring acting on the folding wall acts in the direction of the working position. The spring is expediently designed as a tension spring which is clamped between the folding wall and a location fixed to the chassis and exerts a torque pointing towards the working position on the folding wall.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a latching device is arranged between the folding wall and a part fixed to the chassis, preferably at the support point of the placing boom, which latches automatically in the working position of the folding wall. Advantageously, the latching device is automatically detachable under the action of the folded distribution mast pivoting in the direction of the support point, the folding wall, after releasing the latching connection, preferably being pivoted out of its working position in the direction of the driving position under the action of the distribution mast pivoting in the direction of the support point. The latching device advantageously has a preferably fixed locking element arranged on the chassis-fixed part and a locking element preferably arranged on the folding wall and which can be automatically locked onto the fixed locking element via a run-up slope and pivotable to a limited extent about a horizontal axis. The pivotable latching element can be designed as a pivoting lever which is open at the edge in the latching state and is open under the action of gravity and / or a spring and can be snapped onto the fixed latching member and which, via a counter to the force of a spring, preferably under the action of in the direction Support point pivoting distributor mast triggerable actuator is pivoted into its disengaged position. The actuating member expediently has a spring-loaded push rod guided on the folding wall, articulated on a lever arm of the two-armed pivot lever and projecting with its free end beyond the edge of the folding wall. The automatic Ver. pivoting the folding wall from the working position to the driving position is facilitated in that the folding wall in the working position with respect to the chassis obliquely backwards upwards and in the driving position substantially parallel to the level of the filling opening obliquely backwards downwards.
An improvement in the splash guard both in the working position and in the driving position can be achieved in that the box-shaped folding wall engages over only part of the filler opening in the driving position and on the free lower edge of the joint axis opposite side wall has a rag in the driving position overlapping the free part of the filling opening, which is expediently articulated on the lower edge of the side wall so that it hangs vertically downwards in the working position of the folding wall and overlaps the free part of the filling opening in parallel in the driving position.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the folding wall can be provided with an opening, overlapped by mutually overlapping rubber plates, for the penetration of built-in parts of the material feed container protruding beyond the filling opening. These built-in parts are, for example, the upper part of a C-tube slide of the concrete pump and / or the cleaning nozzle of the delivery line engaging in the material feed container.
To lock the hinged wall in the travel position, the hinged wall can preferably be detachably connected to the material feed container by means of lateral quick-release fasteners or hood pulls.
The material feed container can additionally be delimited, preferably made of rubber, by an apron which protrudes upwards beyond the rigid wall structure beyond the opening edge and is open towards the wall structure and which partially overlaps the folding wall in its driving position.

The truck-mounted concrete pump essentially consists of a
Fig. 3 und 4). The
To lock the
