Description

The invention relates to a method for Cleaning of continuously advancing, web-shaped Textile according to claim 1 and on a device for performing the method according to claim 5.

From DE 32 13 840 A1 (preamble of the claim 1) It is known for washing or rinsing a foam on the pole side of a textile web give up and then the textile immediately afterwards to be steamed to then rinse it with water to wash it out of the loosened contaminants. It is also there thought to carry out the foam application in two stages, why the first applied foam with the first loosened contaminants are extracted or from the textile squeezed out and only the pre-cleaned textile with a second applied foam in the Damper is driven. Essential for both processes is that made from one or more surfactants Foam leading to the fibers of the textile has no affinity, but has a high adsorption capacity to the contaminants to be washed out, before Order is made and only applied should. This procedure does not guarantee intensive Contact of the foam with the fibers of a dense Poles, especially not over their entire length down to their roots. A complete cleaning is done therefore not possible with this procedure.

Another treatment method discloses the DE 30 26 349 A1, according to which a cleaning method is known is also a foam on the textile material is poured on, but before steaming into the Textile is incorporated. This one that hits the pole hard Treatment process at least destroys partly the pole, it produces a lot of fluff, so that a such incorporation of foam for pile-shaped textile goods is not suitable.

The same naturally applies if - how in foam coloring known from DE 30 45 644 A1 - Although a liquid is added to the textile, the Foam then also by walking or the like the textile goods must be produced.

The invention has for its object a method and to find a device with which the aforementioned Problems are avoided. That in particular pile-shaped textile is said to be without much water and Detergent expenditure in a simple and short-term continuous treatment process deeply cleaned be without forced mechanical Processing the pile of lint.

Based on the procedure mentioned at the beginning Art sees the invention to achieve the object before that the textile material is soaked with a liquid will, the chemicals like foaming agents contains in a steam atmosphere, the textile material for production the detergent foam into a damper transported, steamed there under saturated steam conditions and after passing through the damper Product side is sucked off.

The advantage of this procedure is that the abandoned one Liquid without problems immediately to the bottom of the pole can be brought into the textile goods. If now due to the temperature effect in the damper Foam forms, so it swells from the roots of the fibers at the tips and transports the pollutants to the surface of the textile. There you can they are also environmentally friendly with no additional problems Wash water can be sucked off.

Of course, the process can can also be repeated, or it can be the textile even without further liquid application in the Damper can be retracted to the suction laid pile without touching the pole side of course align in the steam.

Fig. 2
The device for carrying out this method consists of units known per se. They are assigned to one another specifically for this method and are explained by way of example in the figures. Show it:
Fig. 1
a vertical section through a shaft damper in the transport direction of the web and
Fig. 2
a shaft damper like that of FIG. 1, but with a different web guide.

For cleaning such as especially pre-washing one continuously advancing web 2, the one Can have pole 3, is first by the below of the damper 1 arranged application device 4 a Liquid placed in the pole and then the web 2 in the steam atmosphere to foam the wash-active liquid transported. This the Transporting contaminants to the surface of the textile goods Foam will then be outside the damper 1 sucked off on the suction device 5, whereby the Cleaning is finished.

About deflection rollers 7, 8 with the above aligned pole 3 with incoming web 2 redirected down the pole and then over one Liquid outlet slot 9 driven. The slot 9 extends yourself only across the working width and guaranteed an even application of liquid over the length of the slot. For this purpose, the device consists of a Bar 10, the one or more, not shown Connection points the liquid is supplied. By cleverly distributing the liquid in the bar 10 similar to the device according to DE 40 26 198.0 A1 arrives evenly distributed over the length of the Slot 9 in the pole of the web 2. Above the Material web 2 runs on the back of a press roller 11 to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the To influence pole 3. It is possible to use the web 2 then immediately retract into the damper 1 or again deflect in the direction of the trough 12 by a Dip roller 13 and a groove 13 'is formed. The gutter 13 'extends with a drain plate 14 to below the bar 10 for collecting excess liquid. The pole 3 of the web 2 can be on the roller 13 submerged or the web only from above with liquid be sprayed. For this purpose, a spray tube 15 in the Gap between the downward web 2 and the dip roller 13 directed so that the liquid the roller 13 from the rear into the textile material 2 is pressed.

The on the applicator in the web, in particular, liquid fed into the pole of the same is a special mixture of active washing chemicals and foaming under thermal energy Blowing agents. The adsorption capacity of the washing active Agent for the contaminants contained in the textile and at the same time causes a lack of affinity for the fibers a loosening of the contaminants from the fibers. By the The resulting foam then becomes every dirt particle led up to the top of the pile fibers to from can be easily suctioned off there.

Then runs for steaming in a saturated steam atmosphere the web 2 upwards in the downwards open Shaft damper 1, for which the one arranged above, preferably driven damper pulley 16 in Damper housing is arranged. About spreading straightening rolls 17, the web 2 comes back to the stand 6, in which the suction device in front of the next deflection roller 18 5 the pole or the visible side of the web assigned. Via a speed controllable Roller 19 according to FIG. 1 or via a dancer roller control 2 passes the web then to the next treatment unit.

The shaft damper 1 consists of a simple one housing open towards the bottom, that too is held on the stand 6. The front inlet wall 20 ends lower than the outlet-side wall 21, so that there is only excess steam from the Damper 1 can flow out. This is then by means of the hood arranged outside the wall 21 22 collected and suctioned. The necessary steam is fed above through the tubes 23 and then passes through the perforated walls 24 into the treatment room. Any condensate that may flow flows into it the sloping or vertical inner walls of the Damper down into the channels 25, which may be heated could be.

Durch den zweiten Dämpfvorgang kann in einfacher Weise der Flor unter thermischer Einwirkung ausgleichend gerichtet werden.2 is similar to that of FIG. 1, the web guide is only for a double feed intended. For this is now the suction device 5 aligned up to the horizontally aligned Vacuum the web from below. In the Gusset between the downward web 2 and the deflecting roller 18 can also have a spray tube 28 be directed to other washing liquid at the Press roller 18 through the textile and immediately suck. After the driven roller rotates 27 then runs the web with the pole facing outwards back into the damper 1 up to the damper pulley 26 and down again to the dancer roller control indicated there 19 '. Through the second steaming process can easily the pile under thermal Action to be directed balancing.
