Diese Methode ist aufwendig und führt auch nur begrenzt zum erwünschten Erfolg. An beiden Seiten der Rillenschienen sind Elastomer-Profile formschlüssig angesetzt, die oben mit den Schienen im wesentlichen bündig abschließen und an welchen seitlich der Oberbau, beispielsweise aus Pflastersteinen oder Bitumen angeschlossen ist. Auch bei dieser elastischen Schienenlagerung können ausgefahrene Schienen bzw. Korrekturen der Spurführung nur durch Auftragsschweißen repariert bzw. durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus ist hier die Körperschalldämmung ungenügend und zwischen den elastischen Lager-Profilen für die Schienen und dem seitlich angrenzenden geschlossenen Oberbau bilden sich in nachteiliger Weise Risse bzw. Spalten. Gemäß der Erfindung wird obige Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß

  • a) die Tragprofile für die Schienen mit horizontalen Abschnitten auf Abstützkörper aufgelagert und durch Klemmplatten an diesen fixiert sind,
  • b) in einer Bohrung in jeder Klemmplatte eine Exzenterbuchse drehbar gelagert ist, die Mittel zur Drehmitnahme aufweist,
  • c) die Ankerbolzen sich durch Bohrungen in den Abstützkörpern und Exzenterbuchsen nach oben erstrecken und
  • d) die Exzenterbuchsen, Klemmplatten und Abstützkörper durch auf die Ankerbolzen aufgedrehte Muttern arretiert bzw. befestigt sind.

Diese Maßnahmen können im Vergleich zu den bisher hierfür eingesetzten Methoden zeit- und kostensparender durchgeführt werden. Die elastische Schienenlagerung gemäß der Erfindung ist wahlweise bei Rillen- und Vignol-Schienen verwendbar. Denn in beiden Fällen können die Elastomer-Profile, an welchen wiederum außen die Tragprofile, beispielsweise Winkelbleche angreifen, formschlüssig in die Hohlräume an beiden Seiten der Schienen eingesetzt werden. In jedem Fall wird auch eine hohe Körperschalldämmung erreicht, denn die elastische "freie Aufhängung" der Schienen schließt Körperschallübertragungen beim überfahren der Schienen aus.
