Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour maintenir de façon détachable le noyau d'enroulement d'un rouleau de bande sur un mandrin au moyen d'un dispositif changeur chargé, par un ressort et à manoeuvre manuelle, caractérisé en ce que,
    - le mandrin (4) est disposé de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe sur un tourillon de palier (5) fixe,
    - le mandrin (4) étant pourvu d'un moyeu (6) relié à un disque (7),
    - un anneau élastique (9) est disposé concentriquement, avec un jeu axial, entre le moyeu (3) et un décrochement (8) du mandrin (4)
    - en ce que l'anneau élastique (9) présente à l'état déchargé un diamètre extérieur supérieur au diamètre intérieur (10) du noyau d'enroulement (2),
    - en ce que le mandrin (4) a un diamètre (11) inférieur au diamètre intérieur (10) du noyau d'enroulement (2),
    - en ce qu'une première extrémité libre (12) de l'anneau élastique (9) est reliée de façon mobile au mandrin (4) et une deuxième extrémité libre (13) de l'anneau élastique (9) est reliée de façon mobile au moyeu (6),
    - et en ce que le mandrin (4) est pourvu d'un dispositif à roue libre, le tourillon de palier (5) étant prévu pour faire office d'arbre de roue libre.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu comme anneau élastique (9) un anneau Seeger (9A) avec des ouvertures (15, 16) disposées à l'intérieur du diamètre extérieur, une ouverture (15) étant reliée au mandrin (4) par une tige (17) et une autre ouverture (16) étant reliée au moyeu (6) par une autre tige (18).
  3. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) est prévu pour recevoir des rouleaux de bande (3) ayant une fate adhésive.
  4. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) est prévu pour une installation d'application de bandage - de rubannage d'objet allongé (faisceaux de câbles).
  5. Dispositif selon au moins la revenditation 1, caractérisé en te que l'installation (1) est équipée de façon à permettre, par remplacement, de recevoir des noyaux d'enroulement de diamètre (10) différents.
