In der Fig. 1 ist eine Einrichtung 1 zum lösbaren Aufnehmen eines Wickelkerns 2 einer Bandrolle 3 auf einem Dorn 4 mittels einer federbelasteten, manuell zu bedienenden Bandrollenwechseleinrichtung dargestellt, wobei der Dorn 4 auf einem feststehenden Lagerzapfen 5 axial drehbar angeordnet ist. Der Dorn 4 ist mit einer Nabe 6 versehen, die mit einer Scheibe 7 verbunden ist. Zwischen der Nabe 6 und einem Absatz 8 des Dorns 4 ist konzentrisch ein Federring 9 mit einem Axialspiel angeordnet. Im entlasteten Zustand weist der Federring 9 einen größeren Außendurchmesser auf als ein Innendurchmesser des Wickelkerns 2. Durch diese Maßnahme ist der Wickelkern 2 über den Federring 9 mit dem Dorn 4 koaxial drehbar verbunden, wobei der Dorn 4 einen kleineren Durchmesser 11 aufweist als der Innendurchmesser 10 des Wickelkerns 2. Zum Spannen des Federrings 9 zwecks Auswechselns einer Bandrolle 3 ist ein erstes freies Ende 12 des Federrings 9 beweglich mit dem Dorn 4 und ein zweites freies Ende 13 des Federrings 9 mit der Nabe 6 verbunden, wobei der Dorn 4 mit einer Freilaufeinrichtung 14 versehen ist und der Lagerzapfen 5 als eine Freilaufwelle vorgesehen ist. Als Federring 9 ist ein Seegerring 9A mit innerhalb des Außendurchmessers angeordneten Öffnungen 15, 16 vorgesehen, wobei eine Öffnung 15 über einen Stift 17 mit dem Dorn 4 und eine andere Öffnung 16 über einen anderen Stift 18 mit der Nabe 6 verbunden ist. Zwecks besserer Darstellung sind die beiden Stifte 17, 18 diametral gegenüberliegend dargestellt, wobei die richtige Lage aus der Fig. 2 entnehmbar ist, ebenso aus der Draufsicht auf die Einrichtung 1 nach der Fig. 3.1 shows a
Zum Auswechseln einer Bandrolle 3 wird in Richtung eines Pfeils 19 (Fig. 3) die Scheibe 7 gedreht, wobei durch die Freilaufeinrichtung 14 der Dorn 4 am Drehen in dieser Richtung gehindert wird, was zur Folge hat, daß durch die sich in Pfeilrichtung 19 drehende Scheibe 7 die Nabe 6 und damit der Stift 18 derart mitgenommen wird, daß der Seegerring 9A zusammengedrückt wird und dadurch in etwa den Außendurchmesser 11 des Dorns 4 annimmt, wodurch ein Lösen des Wickelkerns 2 möglich ist. Durch diese Einrichtung 1 ist es nunmehr möglich, mit der einen Hand in Pfeilrichtung 19 die Wechseleinrichtung zu bedienen und andererseits mit der anderen Hand den Wickelkern 2 einer leeren Bandrolle 3 zu entnehmen und eine neue Bandrolle 3 mit einem Wickelkern 2 aufzusetzen, ohne daß ein Hinter- oder Untergreifen erforderlich ist. Anstatt am Randbereich der Scheibe 7 die Einrichtung 1 zu betätigen, können griffige Betätigungselemente 20 vorgesehen werden, die vorzugsweise radial am Randbereich der Scheibe 7 angeordnet sind. Claims (5)
- A device for detachably holding a winding core of a roll of tape on a spindle by means of a spring-loaded, manually operated change-over device, characterised- in that the spindle (4) is axially rotatably arranged on a stationary bearing journal (5),- the spindle (4) being provided with a hub (6) connected to a disc (7),- in that a spring ring (9) having an axial clearance is arranged concentrically between the hub (6) and a shoulder (8) of the spindle (4),- in that the spring ring (9) in the unloaded state has a greater outer diameter than an inner diameter (10) of the winding core (2),- in that the spindle (4) has a smaller diameter (11) than the inner diameter (10) of the winding core (2),- in that a first free end (12) of the spring ring (9) is movably connected to the spindle (4) and a second free end (13) of the spring ring (9) is movably connected to the hub (6),- and in that the spindle (4) is provided with a free-running device (14), the bearing journal (5) being provided as a free-running shaft.
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that a Seeger ring (9A) having openings (15, 16) arranged within the outer diameter is provided as the spring ring (9), one opening (15) being connected to the spindle (4) by a pin (17) and the other opening (16) being connected to the hub (6) by another pin (18).
- A device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the device (1) is provided for holding rolls (3) of one-sided adhesive tape.
- A device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the device (1) is provided for apparatus for binding elongate objects (cable harnesses).
- A device according to at least claim 1, characterised in that the device (1) is interchangeably constructed for different winding-core diameters (10).
