Claims (10)
- Elévateur pour invalide montable dans une baignoire, composé d'un plateau de fond (12), d'un dispositif de guidage consistant en deux cadres (14, 18) assemblés de manière articulée en forme de ciseaux, et d'un plateau de levage (24) guidé par ce dernier, ainsi que d'un dispositif de levage (26) destiné à faire monter et descendre le plateau de levage (24), les deux cadres (14, 18) présentant, chacun, deux branches longitudinales (28, 32) parallèles et au moins une branche transversale (30); (34, 36) et chaque cadre (14, 18) présentant, sur l'un des plateaux (12, 24), deux articulations (16) coaxiales immobiles et, sur l'autre des deux plateaux (12, 24), deux articulations (20) coaxiales mobiles guidées dans des rails, caractérisé en ce que les deux cadres (14, 18) s'engagent, dans la position abaissée du plateau de levage (24), l'un dans l'autre, de telle manière que l'un (14) des cadres constitue un cadre intérieur qui s'engage dans l'espace intérieur formé par les plans de délimitation des deux côtés du cadre constituant un cadre extérieur (18), que le plan médian vertical de chaque branche longitudinale (28, 32) des deux cadres (14, 18) coïncide avec celui d'un rail (22), que le côté ouvert de chaque rail (22) se trouve orienté opposé au plateau (12, 24) concerné, que les axes d'articulation des articulations de coulissement (20) se situent décalés en direction des rails (22) correspondants, à distance de l'axe médian longitudinal des branches longitudinales (28, 32), que chaque articulation de coulissement (20) présente deux tenons (40) ressortant, chacun, de faces latérales opposées de chaque branche longitudinale (28, 32) et que les tenons (40) sont disposés immobiles sur la branche longitudinale (28, 32) correspondante.
- Elévateur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque branche longitudinale (28, 32) forme, avec ses tenons, une pièce moulée en matière plastique d'une seule pièce.
- Elévateur suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque branche longitudinale (28, 32) présente, du côté de l'articulation de coulissement, un prolongement (38) en forme de crochet sur lequel sont disposés les deux tenons (40).
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chacun des deux cadres (14, 18) constitue une pièce moulée en matière plastique d'une seule pièce.
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les branches longitudinales et transversales (28, 32; 30, 34, 36) de chaque cadre (14, 18) se présentent sous forme d'éléments moulés massifs en matière plastique renforcés de fibres.
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'articulation (20) traversante assemblant centralement les deux cadres (14, 18) l'un à l'autre se présente sans filet, que sa longueur est inférieure à la largeur extérieure du cadre extérieur (18) et que la tige d'articulation (20) se heurte, par une extrémité, contre un bouchon (50) placé dans la branche longitudinale (28) du cadre extérieur (18).
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (40) se présentent à section non-ronde et présentent au moins une surface d'appui (42, 44) environ plane qui se trouve, dans l'une des deux positions de levage du plateau de levage (24) parallèle au rail (22) correspondant qui les guide.
- Elévateur suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la section de chaque tenon (40) présente deux surfaces d'appui (42, 44) planes qui divergent selon un angle de l'ordre de 40° à 60° et dont les extrémités divergentes sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une surface (46) en forme de segment de cylindre s'étendant selon un angle périphérique de plus de 225°.
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone entre les deux tenons (40) d'une extrémité de branche longitudinale est prévu un évidement (48) s'étendant sur au moins une partie du pourtour des tenons.
- Elévateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la branche transversale (36) du côté des articulations de coulissement du cadre intérieur (14) se présente sous forme de plaque de renforcement de surface large.
