Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif d'écoulement de l'eau usée pour la toilette de patients alités, destiné à un matelas imperméable à l'eau, déformable en forme de bac, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif est constitué de sous-couches (MU) à matelas qui déforment le matelas (BM) classique en l'inclinant entre ses côtés et son centre et entre sa partie réservée à la tête et sa partie réservée aux pieds, d'une sur-couche (MA) imperméable à l'eau et d'un dispositif (MPV) de contraction du matelas qui est fixé centralement à l'extrémité du matelas classique réservée aux pieds, de manière à permettre d'insérer un raccord d'écoulement (AS) de la sur-couche (MA) imperméable à l'eau dans la cavité (V) ainsi réalisée et stabilisée du matelas.
  2. Dispositif d'écoulement de l'eau usée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sous-couches de matelas sont gonflables, de manière analogue à un matelas pneumatique (LM), et constituées de chambres (K) disposées respectivement sur les côtés, lesquelles à l'état gonflé ont un volume d'air prévu pour soulever le matelas classique placé dans le lit, de telle sorte que celui-ci forme des inclinaisons dirigées d'une part des côtés vers le milieu et d'autre part de la partie réservée à la tête vers celle réservée aux pieds.
  3. Dispositif d'écoulement de l'eau usée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sous-couches de matelas sont réalisées sous la forme d'éléments en matière spongieuse (ST) et conformées de telle sorte que lorsqu'elles sont posées des deux côtés elles soulèvent le matelas classique placé dans le lit de telle manière que ce dernier forme des inclinaisons allant d'une part des côtés vers le milieu et d'autre part de la partie réservée à la tête vers celle réservée aux pieds.
  4. Dispositif d'écoulement de l'eau usée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sous-couche de matelas est réalisée sous la forme d'un caillebotis (LR) que l'on rabat vers le haut et que l'on bloque des deux côtés manuellement ou électriquement, en ce que le matelas traditionnel forme des inclinaisons allant des côtés vers le milieu et de la partie réservée à la tête vers la partie réservée aux pieds, et que le rabattement vers le haut d'une partie latérale du caillebotis a pour effet de soulever l'élément central du caillebotis et de créer dans la zone centrale du matelas, une inclinaison stabilisée complémentaire en direction de l'extrémité réservée aux pieds.
  5. Dispositif d'écoulement de l'eau usée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le raccord d'écoulement (AS) est intégré dans la sur-couche (MA), imperméable à l'eau, à l'extrémité réservée aux pieds et qu'un tuyau d'écoulement adéquat est monté sur ce raccord.
