Der an einer Seitenwand (12) der Faltschachtel mit Fußstreifen (35, 36) befestigte Einsatz hat zwei Kulissenwände (31, 32) mit Durchbrüchen (33) und einen Steg (38), der die Kulissenwände (31, 32) miteinander verbindet. Zwischen dem Steg (38) und der benachbarten Seitenwand (11) ist ein Fach (40) zur Aufnahme eines Beipackzettels (41) gebildet. <IMAGE>

Description

    Stand der Technik
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel zum Verpacken mehrerer länglicher Gegenstände, wie Ampullen, Fläschchen, Vials oder dergleichen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Eine beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 24 53 309 bekannte Faltschachtel dieser Art ist aus einem Zuschnitt gefaltet, der auch den Einsatz umfaßt. Der den Einsatz bildende Teil des Zuschnitts ist mit einer schmalen Seitenwand der Faltschachtel verbunden, und zwar über eine Faltlinie, die sich zwischen den beiden Stirnseiten der Hülse erstreckt. Das Falten zu einer Schachtel sowie das Füllen und Verschließen kann nur auf einer dazu speziell eingerichteten Vorrichtung durchgeführt werden. Aufgrund der Ausbildung und der Anordnung des Einsatzes kann diese bekannte Faltschachtel nämlich nach dem Kleben beim Packmittelhersteller nicht flachgelegt, in flachem Zustand bevorratet und verschickt, sowie sodann im Abpackbetrieb nicht auf einer üblichen Kartoniermaschine aufgerichtet, bestückt und verschlossen werden, so wie die Mehrzahl der heute gebräuchlichen Faltschachteln gehandhabt wird.
    • Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel mit den im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen hat den Vorteil, daß diese beim Faltschachtelherseller aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt gefaltet, geklebt und flachgelegt, sodann in Stapeln zum Abpacker verschickt und bevorratet sowie dort auf herkömmlichen Kartoniermaschinen mit hoher Leistung aufgerichtet, mit den zu verpackenden Gegenständen bestückt und verschlossen werden kann. Durch die getrennte Herstellung der Faltschachteln im Kartonagenbetrieb und das anderweitige Befüllen im Abpackbetrieb besteht auch der Vorteil, daß die beim Falten sich einstellende Staubentwicklung keine Belastung im Abpackbetrieb darstellt, was insbesondere beim Verpacken von Pharmazeutika wichtig ist. Bei der neuartigen Faltschachtel ist außerdem ein gesondertes Fach für einen Beipackzettel mit Gebrauchsinformationen, beispielsweise ein Faltblatt oder eine Broschüre angeordnet, und zwar so, daß die Gegenstände und der Beipackzettel bei geöffneter Faltschachtel übersichtlich angeordnet und ohne Behinderung getrennt entnehmbar sind. Außerdem fällt der Beipackzettel beim Öffnen der Faltschachtel sofort ins Blickfeld des Verbrauchers, ist einfach zu entnehmen sowie nach Einsichtnahme genauso einfach wieder unverlierbar in der Faltschachtel bei den übrigen Gegenständen unterzubringen.
  • Durch die in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführten Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Faltschachtel möglich.

  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen Figur 1 eine Faltschachtel mit geöffnetem Kopfverschluß in schaubildlicher Ansicht, Figur 2 die Faltschachtel nach Figur 1 im Längsschnitt, Figur 3 eine gegenüber Figur 1 abgewandelte Faltschachtel im Längsschnitt und Figur 4 einen Zuschnitt für die Faltschachtel nach Figur 1 und 2 in Draufsicht.
    • Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
  • Die aus einem steifen Packstoff, vorzugsweise Pappe, bestehende, quaderförmige Faltschachtel hat einen hülsenförmigen Rumpf 10 mit zwei parallelen Breitseitenwänden 11, 12 und zwei parallelen Schmalseitenwänden 13, 14, wobei die eine Schmalseitenwand 14 mit einer angelenkten Längsklebelasche 15 mit der Innenseite der einen Breitseitenwand 11 verklebt ist. Die bodenseitige Stirnfläche des Rumpfes 10 ist durch an den Seitenwänden 11 bis 14 angelenkte, in die Stirnfläche umgefaltete und miteinander verklebte Verschlußlaschen 16, 17, 18, 19 fest verschlossen. Dagegen wird die kopfseitige Stirnfläche, die eine Entnahmeöffnung bildet, von zwei Verschlußlaschen 23, 24 an den Schmalseitenwänden 13, 14 und nur einer einzigen breiten Verschlußlasche 21 verschlossen, die an der Breitseitenwand 11 angelenkt ist und mit der über eine Faltlinie eine Stecklasche 22 verbunden ist.
  • Die oben beschriebene, soweit bekannte Faltschachtel hat zum Verpacken stoßempfindlicher Gegenstände, wie Ampullen 1, Fläschchen, Vials und dergleichen, einen Einsatz 30 in Form einer Hohlwand oder eines Rahmens zum Aufnehmen und Tragen der Gegenstände. Dieser Einsatz 30 besteht aus zwei Kulissenwänden 31, 32, die sich parallel und in bestimmten Abständen zu den Stirnflächen des Rumpfes 10 in dessen Innenraum erstrecken. Die Kulissenwände 31, 32, die fluchtende Durchbrüche 33 zum formschlüssigen Aufnehmen der Gegenstände haben, sind einerseits mit angelenkten Fußstreifen 35, 36 durch Verkleben mit der Innenseite der anderen Breitseitenwand 12 befestigt und andererseits über einen Steg 38 miteinander verbunden. Vorzugsweise schließt sich der eine Fußstreifen 35 über eine Faltlinie an die andere Breitseitenwand 12 einstückig an, so daß die eigentliche Faltschachtel sowie deren Einsatz 30 aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt gefaltet werden kann. Der Einsatz 30 mit den Kulissenwänden 31, 32, den Fußstreifen 35, 36 und dem Steg 38 hat eine Länge, die etwas geringer ist als die Breite der ihn tragenden Breitseitenwand 12. Die Breite der Fußstreifen 35, 36 ist so gewählt, daß der der Öffnungsstirnseite nahe Fußstreifen 35 einen Kopfraum freihält, der größer ist als der durch den anderen Fußstreifen 36 bestimmte Fußraum. Ferner ist die Breite der beiden Kulissenwände 31, 32 um ein bestimmtes Maß, beispielsweise 5 bis 10 mm kleiner als die Breite der beiden Schmalseitenwände 13, 14, so daß der die Kulissenwände 35, 36 verbindende Steg 38 sich in einem gewissen Abstand zu der einen Breitseitenwand 11 erstreckt, wobei zwischen dieser Breitseitenwand 11 und dem Steg 38 ein Spalt bzw. ein Fach 40 gebildet ist, in das ein gefalteter Beipackzettel 41 von der Öffnungsseite her greifbar eingesteckt ist.
  • Die Faltschachtel ist so bestückt, daß mehrere Gegenstände wie Ampullen 1 in die Durchbrüche 33 der Kulissenwände 35, 36 eingesteckt sind, wobei ihr Kopfteil, der Spieß 2, frei zur Entnahmeöffnung weist. Die Gegenstände können in einer einzigen Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sein (Figur 1 und 2). Die Kulissenwände 31, 32 können aber auch mehrere, beispielsweise zwei Reihen Durchbrüche zum Aufnehmen von Gegenständen aufweisen. Es können auch verschiedene Gegenstände wie Ampullen 1 und Vials 3 in einer Faltschachtel verpackt werden (Figur 3). Bei der Anordnung mehrerer Reihen von Durchbrüchen können diese übereinander und auch gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sein. Der Öffnungsquerschnitt der Durchbrüche ist dem Querschnitt der zu verpackenden Gegenstände angepaßt, so daß diese unverrückbar mit einer bestimmten Haltekraft gehalten werden. In Figur 1 ist der Querschnitt als Kreis dargestellt, selbstverständlich können die Durchbrüche auch als Ausstanzungen mit Kerben, Zähnen oder dergleichen, oder als freigestanzte umlegbare Zungen ausgebildet sein.
  • In dem von der öffnungsseitigen Kulissenwand 31 abgeteilten Kopfraum der Faltschachtel ist außerdem ein mit den Ampullen oder Vials in Verbindung stehendes Werkzeug, wie eine Feile 42 oder eine Pipette eingelegt.
  • Zum Ausbilden eines Garantieverschlusses ist auf die die Entnahmeöffnung abdeckende Verschlußlasche 21, deren angelenkte Stecklasche 22 ins Innere der Faltschachtel greift, eine Decklasche 25 umgefaltet und verklebt. Diese Verschlußlasche 21 ist an der anderen Breitseitenwand 12 angelenkt und aus dem einen Fußstreifen 35 freigestanzt, der mit der anderne Breitseitenwand 12 einstückig verbunden ist.
  • Wie aus der Figur 4 ersichtlich ist, kann der Zuschnitt für die Faltschachtel mit dem einstückigen Einsatz 30 aus einer Pappe-Bahn ohne großen Abfall ausgestanzt werden, wenn jeweils zwei Zuschnitte mit dem Einsatzteil gegeneinandergerichtet in Bahnrichtung ausgestanzt werden.
  • Die oben beschriebene Faltschachtel wird wie folgt hergestellt:
    Bei dem in Figur 4 dargetellten Zuschnitt werden zunächst die den Einsatz 30 bildenden Kulissenwände 31, 32, die Fußstreifen 35, 36 und der Steg 38 zu einem Rahmen gefaltet und dieser wie in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellt auf die andere Breitseitenwand 12 umgefaltet und verklebt. Die von der Seitenwand 12 quer abstehenden Kulissenwände 31, 32 und der Steg 38 werden dann gegen den breiten Fußstreifen 35 um- und auf diesem flachgelegt. Sodann wird in üblicher Weise die Faltschachtel zu einer flachen Hülse gefaltet und die Längsklebelasche 15 mit der Innenseite der einen Breitseitenwand 11 verklebt. So hergestellte Faltschachteln werden in einer Vielzahl gestapelt und so zum Abpackbetrieb verschickt. Bei Bedarf werden dort die so vorbereiteten Faltschachteln in eine Kartoniermaschine eingelegt, in der sie wie üblich aufgerichtet, bestückt und verschlossen werden. Beim Aufrichten des Einsatzes 30 in die vorgesehene Stellung kann in der Kartoniermaschine ein zusätzlicher Stößel angeordnet werden.

Faltschachtel aus einem steifen Packstoff, wie Pappe, zum Verpacken von länglichen Gegenständen, mit zwei parallelen breiten Seitenwänden und mit zwei diese verbindenden parallelen schmalen Seitenwänden, welche zusammen eine Hülse bilden, mit die Stirnseiten der Hülse verschließenden, an den freien Enden der Seitenwände angelenkten Verschlußlaschen, sowie mit einem in der Hülse befestigten, die Gegenstände tragenden Einsatz, der ebenfalls aus steifem Packstoff gefaltet ist und zwei beabstandete Kulissenwände sowie einen diese miteinander verbindenden Steg aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Kulissenwände (31, 32) und der Steg (38) parallelachsig zu den Stirnseiten der Hülse erstrecken, daß die Kulissenwände (31, 32) mit am einen Ende anschließenden Fußstreifen (35, 36) an einer (12) der breiten Seitenwände (11, 12) verklebt sind und daß der mit dem anderen Ende der Kulissenwände (31, 32) verbundene Steg (38) in einem bestimmten Abstand zu der anderen breiten Seitenwand (11) angeordnet ist, so daß zwischen dem Steg und der anderen breiten Seitenwand (11) ein Fach (40) für einen Beipackzettel (41) gebildet ist.
  2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine (35) der Fußleisten (35, 36) der Kulissenwände (31, 32) mit einem Ende einer (12) der breiten Seitenwände (11, 12) im Bereich einer Stirnseite der Hülse einstückig verbunden ist.
  3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Fußstreifen (35) an der eine Entnahmeöffnung bildenden Stirnseite der Hülse an der einen breiten Seitenwand (12) angelenkt ist und daß eine Verschlußlasche (21) mit einer Stecklasche (22) an der anderen breiten Seitenwand (11) im Bereich der Entnahmeöffnung angelenkt ist.
  4. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit einer breiten Seitenwand (12) verbundene Fußstreifen (35) breiter ist als der Fußstreifen (36) an der anderen Kulissenwand (32).
  5. Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulissenwände (31, 32) sich in zu den Stirnseiten der Hülse parallelen Ebenen erstrecken.
  6. Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Ende der breiten Seitenwand (12), an der der Fußstreifen (35) angelenkt ist, außerdem eine Decklasche (25) angelenkt ist, die aus dem Fußstreifen freigeschnitten ist und die auf die Außenseite der die Öffnung verschließenden Verschlußlasche (21) umgefaltet und verklebt ist.
  7. Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kulissenwände (31, 32) miteinander ausgerichtete, die Gegenstände aufnehmende Durchbrüche (33) haben.
  8. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (33) in mehreren Reihen angeordnet sind.
