Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Sparren- und Pfostenprofil für Wintergarten-, Fassaden- oder dergl. -konstruktionen mit einem Glasaufnahmeprofil , beispielsweise aus Kunststoff und einem Funktionsprofil beispielsweise aus Stahl.
- Derartige Profilkonstruktionen werden in bekannter Weise einteilig ausgebildet oder so erstellt, daß auf ein kunststoffummanteltes Stahlprofil als Funktionsprofil ein Glasaufnahmeprofil aufgeklebt ist, auch Verschraubungen sind üblich. Dies bedeutet, Lagerhaltung, Beschädigung vorgefertigter Kunststoffprofile usw., verschiedene Profilsysteme und eine umständliche Montage auf der Baustelle.
- Der Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen beschrieben ist, liegt daher die Aufgabe Zugrunde, ein einfach herzustellendes Sparren- und Pfostenprofil zu besitzen, das auf der Baustelle die Erstellung von Wintergarten- und Fassadenkonstruktionen wesentlilch vereinfacht.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile liegen insbesondere darin, daß die für eine Fassaden- oder Wintergarten- oder dergl. -konstruktion benötigen Metallprofile, beispielsweise Stahlprofile, zunächst komplett mittels Schweißen, Nieten, Kleben etc. erstellt werden können und erst anschließend zu Sparren- und Pfostenprofilen mit Kunststoffprofilen durch Aufklipsen der Verkleidungsprofile ummantelt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß nur noch einfache Verkleidungsprofile erforderlich sind. So können beispielsweise mittels nur drei Verkleidungsprofilen unterschiedliche Pfosten und Sparren erstellt werden. Es kann auch durch das Zusammenklipsen eines Funktionsprofiles mit einem Glasaufnahmeprofil ein variables Dachanschlußprofil bei Wintergärten mit einer Dachneigung von 5 bis 45 erstellt werden. Schließlich kann auch bei Einsatz von handelsüblichen Glasaufnahmeprofilen die Verglasung mittels Verschraubung in das Glasaufnahmeprofil durchgeführt werden.
- Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in den Abbildungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.

- Die Fig. 3 zeigt ein weiteres Anwendungsbeispiel. Es ist ein Dachanschluß für Wintergärten dargestellt, bei dem mehrere Glasaufnahmeprofile 1 Verwendung finden, wobei ein stabiler Verbund mehrerer Profile entsteht, der nach außen hin durch aufgeklipste Verkleidungsprofile 13, 17 abgeschlossen ist. Mit 15 ist ein sogn. Dachanschlußprofil bezeichnet, in das ein Funktionsprofil 16 aus Metall eingesetzt ist. Mit 18 und 19 sind in das Glasaufnahmeprofil 1 eingesetzte Dichtungen bezeichnet, während das mit zwei universell einsetzbaren Glasaufnahmeprofilen 1 verbundene Funktionsprofil mit 14 bezeichnet ist.
- Die einzelnen Profile können aus unterschiedlichsten Werkstoffen bestehen, es haben sich jedoch für die meisten Anwendungsfälle Kunststoffprofile und Stahlprofile (als Funktionsprofile) als am geeignetsten erwiesen.
Claims (3)
- Sparren- und Pfostenprofil für Wintergarten-, Fassaden-oder dergl. -konstruktionen mit einem Glasaufnahmeprofil beispielsweise aus Kunststoff und einem Funktionsprofil beispielsweise aus Stahl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Glasaufnahmeprofil 1 auf einer Seite mit Glasscheiben 6, 7 und auf der anderen Seite mit einem Funktionsprofil 3 und einem aufgeklipsten Verkleidungsprofil 3 verbunden ist.
- Sparren- und Pfostenprofil nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glasaufnahmeprofil 1 je eine Aufnahme 1a und 1b für Dichtungen 4, 5 unter denen je eine Rastnut 1e und 1f für die Aufnahme des Verkleidungsprofiles 3 und eine Aufnahme 1d für Schrauben 12a und 12b zur Befestigung der Glasscheiben 6, 7 einerseits und des an der Anschlußfläche 1c anliegenden Funktionsprofiles 3 besitzt.
- Sparren- und Pfostenprofil nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Glasaufnahmeprofile 1 und Funktionsprofile 2, 16 zu einem festen Verbund vereinigt und mit aufgeklipsten Verkleidungsprofilen 13, 17 verbunden sind.
