Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'installation et de montage pour la fixation d'appareils (10, 11) de cuisine collective, présentant un porte-appareils horizontal (20) s'étendant à distance du sol de la cuisine, et muni d'un compartiment intérieur (21) qui le parcourt,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le porte-appareils (20) est pourvu d'ouvertures (25) à travers lesquelles des canalisations d'installation, s'étendant dans le compartiment intérieur (21) du porte-appareils (20), peuvent être guidées jusqu'aux appareils (10, 11) de cuisine collective.
  2. Dispositif d'installation et de montage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le porte-appareils (20) consiste en de la tôle d'acier fin.

  7. Dispositif d'installation et de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que des montants de soutien (41, 42) sont prévus à distance des extrémités longitudinales du porte-appareils (20).
  8. Dispositif d'installation et de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que des surfaces d'appui (29) sont prévues dans la région latérale inférieure du porte-appareils (20) ; et par le fait que des vis de réglage (17), s'étendant à travers les appareils (10, 11) de cuisine collective, prennent appui contre les surfaces d'appui (29).
