Claims (9)

  1. Charnière de porte de véhicules automobiles, composée de deux moitiés de charnére (1), (2), en particulier de volets de charnière en métal, assemblées par une cheville de charnière (5) autour de laquelle elles sont articulées, où la première moitié de charnière (1) est constituée d'une pièce façonnée, formée ensemble avec la cheville de charnière (5) avec laquelle elle constitue une pièce unique de même matière, où la hauteur totale de la cheville de charnière (5) est plus petite que la hauteur totale du volet de charnière (4) qui la prolonge, la longueur axiale de la cheville de charnière (5) étant égale ou supérieure à la longueur axiale du charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2), caractérisée en ce que la cheville de charnière (5) est raccordée au volet de charnière (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un support (3) faisant partie de la pièce unique de même matière, et, est entourée par une douille (13) en matériau résistant à l'usure, la seconde moitié de charnière (2) étant constituée d'un segment découpé d'un profilé de charnière continu.
  2. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la douille (13) en matériau résistant à l'usure est assemblée en direction axiale par clabotage avec le charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2) et peut être couplée en direction périphérique avec la cheville de charnière (5) sans possibilité de rotation.
  3. Charnière de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisée en ce que la cheville de charnière (5) présente une section transversale dont la forme s'écarte du cercle, la douille (13) en matériau résistant à l'usure présentant une section transversale intérieure de forme correspondante.
  4. Charnière de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 3 caractérisée en ce que le charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2) est disposé par l'intermédiaire d'un coussinet (14) en matériau ne nécessitant pas d'entretien sur la douille (13) en matériau résistant à l'usure qui entoure la cheville de charnière (5).
  5. Charnière de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce que la moitié de charnière (1) comportant la cheville de charnière (5) est constituée d'une pièce en acier obtenue par forgeage ou par fluage.
  6. Charnière de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que le blocage du charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2) sur la cheville de charnière (5) est obtenu par une déformation, respectivement un rivetage ou une entaille, de la zone de la cheville de charnière (5) saillant sur le charnon (6).
  7. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 6 caractérisée par une rondelle de calage (10) disposée entre la déformation de l'extrémité libre de la cheville de charnière (5) et la surface frontale du charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2), orientée vers l'extrémité libre de la cheville de charnière (5).
  8. Charnière de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que la position du charnon (6) de la seconde moitié de charnière (2) sur la cheville de charnière (5) est sécurisée axialement par une rondelle de calage (10) maintenue sur la cheville de charnière (5) par un boulon fileté (12) qui s'engage dans un alésage borgne (11) prévu dans ladite cheville de charnière (5).
  9. Charnière de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisée en ce que une partie fixe d'un arrêtoir de porte associé avec la charnière de porte, qui est pourvue des éléments de freinage ou de blocage de l'arrêtoir de porte, constitue également une pièce unique avec la moitié de charnière (1) comportant la cheville de charnière (5).
