Claims (13)

  1. Charnière de porte sans cheville de charnière et sans entretien pour véhicules automobiles, fabriquée à partir de segments de tôles, composée de deux moitiés de charnière (1), (2) pouvant être fixées chacune par l'intermédiaire de pattes (3), (4) sur les parties de la porte, s'engageant l'une dans l'autre par l'intermé-diaire de leurs parties de travail, formées à partir de segments de tôle, où la partie de travail de chacune des moitiés de charnière (1), (2) comporte deux zones (6), (7) perpendiculaires à l'axe de la charnière (5) et où les deux moitiés de charnière (1), (2) sont assemblées en pouvant pivoter autour de l'axe de la charnière (5), par l'intermédiaire des zones (6), (7) de leur partie de travail, parallèles les unes aux autres, perpendiculaires à l'axe de la charnière et disposées alternativement après montage de la charnière de porte, et, par l'intermédiaire de coussinets (10), (14) ou de rondelles en matériau ne nécessitant pas d'entretien, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones (6), (7) des parties de travail, parallèles entre elles, de chacune des moitiés de charnière (1), (2) comportent des soyages (8), (9) concentriques entre eux et à l'axe de la charnière (5), les soyages (8) de la moitié de charnière (1) présentant un diamètre différent de celui des soyages (9) de l'autre moitié de charnière (2) de sorte que lesdits soyages (8), (9) des deux moitiés de charnière (1), (2) peuvent être engagés les uns dans les autres à la manière d'une fiche mâle et d'une fiche femelle.
  2.   4. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le diamètre extérieur du soyage (8) de la moitié de charnière (1) constituant la fiche mâle est plus petit, d'un montant assurant la liberté de mouvement, que le diamètre intérieur du soyage (9) de l'autre moitié de charnière (2) constituant la fiche femelle.
  5. Charnière de porte selon les revendications 1 et 4 caractérisée en ce que les soyages (9) à plus grand diamètre intérieur, constituant la fiche femelle, de la moitié de charnière (2), sont pourvus d'un décrochement (13) délimitant un espace agrandi par rapport à un espace plus petit.
  6. Charnière de porte selon les revendications 4 et 5 caractérisée en ce que des coussinets (14) en forme de coussinets à collet en matériau ne nécessitant pas d'entretien sont engagés dans la zone élargie des soyages (9) constituant les fiches femelles.
  7. Charnière de porte selon les revendications 4 à 6 caractérisée en ce que le diamètre intérieur de la zone rétrécie des soyages (9) constituant les fiches femelles permet le passage libre des soyages (8) constituant les fiches mâles de l'autre moitié de charnière (1).
  8. Charnière de porte selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7 caracté risée en ce que les soyages (8) constituant les fiches mâles de la moitié de charnière (1) présentent une longueur axiale plus grande que les soyages (9) constituant les fiches femelles de l'autre moitié de charnière (2) et sont pourvus dans la zone de leur extrémité libre de moyens permettant la mise en place d'un élément de sécurité.

  10. Charnière de porte selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour la mise en place d'un élément de sécurité sont constitués par un filet laminé.
  11. Charnière de porte selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisée en ce que les soyages (8) constituant les fiches mâles de la moitié de charnière (1) présentent une longueur axiale plus grande que les soyages (9) constituant les fiches femelles de l'autre moitié de charnière (2) et comportent une extrémité libre en forme de rivet tubulaire.
  12. Charnière de porte selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisée en ce que les soyages (8), (9) sont orientés dans le même sens par référence aux deux zones (6), (7) des parties de travail des deux moitiés de charnière (1), (2).
