Description

  • L'invention concerne un emballage refermable en carton plié pour produits secs, comportant des panneaux avant et arrière et des panneaux latéraux entre lesdits panneaux avant et arrière et des rabats formant le fond et le haut dudit emballage et présentant une fermeture refermable de forme sensiblement prismatique délimitée par une ligne charnière sur le haut dudit emballage, des lignes de découpe sur les panneaux avant et arrière aboutissant sur ladite charnière et sur l'un des panneaux latéraux par une ligne de découpe.
  • On connaît déjà des emballages refermables pour le conditionnement de produits secs, tels que des spaghetti, comme celui faisant l'objet du brevet US 5'067'615. L'emballage, objet de ce brevet, est bien refermable, mais il nécessite une découpe sous forme de flan très compliqué qui oblige à plusieurs étapes pour le pliage et le collage, notamment une rotation du flan. Cette configuration oblige à l'utilisation de machines spécifiques de formage de l'emballage. En outre, lors de la première utilisation, il faut ouvrir en deux étapes, à savoir l'ouverture principale, puis une ouverture secondaire intérieure. Le modèle d'utilité DE-U-8908393 concerne un emballage comportant une fermeture refermable disposée sur le haut dudit emballage. Ce type de fermeture n'est pas pratique, car il permet difficilement un dosage direct de poudre sans utilisation de cuillère.
  • Le but de la présente invention est de mettre au point un emballage refermable pour le conditionnement de produits secs, nécessitant une découpe assez simple, permettant le formage et le collage sur des machines standard et d'un emploi facile.
  • L'invention concerne un emballage en carton plié selon le préambule de la revendication 1, dans lequel la fermeture comporte sous la ligne de découpe du panneau latéral précité et solidaire de celui-ci une languette de préhension prédécoupée comprenant une languette de verrouillage prévue pour s'engager dans une fente formée dans une couche de carton appliquée contre ledit panneau latéral sous ladite languette de préhension et dans lequel le panneau latéral précité dans lequel est formeé ladite fermeture et la couche de carton sont situés à deux extrémités opposées du flan dans lequel est réalisé l'emballage.
  • L'emballage selon l'invention est normalement en carton de qualité normale ou de qualité recyclée, simple ou microondulé. Il est prévu soit pour y mettre directement des produits secs comme des pâtes, des aliments pour animaux familiers, des céréales, des biscuits, soit pour y mettre un sachet intérieur souple contenant des farines lactées, des poudres de cacao. L'intérêt de cet emballage dans ce dernier cas, est qu'il permet le dosage direct de la poudre sans nécessiter pour le consommateur d'utiliser une cuillère.
  • D'autre part, cet emballage est d'un usage très pratique pour le consommateur comme on le verra plus loin en référence aux figures.
  • Les lignes de découpe des panneaux avant et arrière sont constitués de segments plus longs à proximité de la ligne charnière et du panneau latéral qu'au milieu desdits panneaux. La raison est qu'on veut minimiser lors du transport et du stockage de ces emballages les risques d'ouverture dudit emballage. La languette de préhension située sur le panneau latéral a normalement une largeur sensiblement moitié de celle de la largeur dudit panneau latéral.
  • La languette de verrouillage a la forme d'un demi-cercle, car cette forme permet une bonne refermeture de l'emballage. Néanmoins, une autre forme de la languette de verrouillage est également possible.
  • La fente prévue pour recevoir la languette de verrouillage est de forme rectangulaire. Pour faciliter la prise de la languette de préhension, il est prévu sous ladite languette, sur le panneau latéral, un décrochement de forme non critique mais de préférence semi-circulaire.
  • Pour garantir à la fermeture de bien rester en position ouverte lors de l'utilisation de l'emballage, il est prévu sur la ligne charnière une découpe de forme semi-circulaire. Cette découpe permet de s'appuyer sur le rabat situé directement en dessous et maintient ainsi l'emballage bien ouvert.
  • La fermeture peut avoir un angle d'ouverture alpha (voir fig. 1) compris entre 0 et 90°, de préférence entre 40 et 50°.
  • Pour un emballage avec sachet intérieur souple, on peut prévoir un angle proche de 45°. Par contre, pour un emballage sans sachet intérieur, il est préférable de prévoir un angle plus faible, car cet angle conditionne le niveau de remplissage dudit emballage.
  • La suite de la description est faite en référence aux dessins, sur lesquels:

  • Sur les figures, les découpes sont représentées en lignes continues, les prédécoupes sont en ligne continue avec des points représentant les zones non découpées, et les lignes de pliage en traits continus suivis de deux pointillés. Les zones de collage sont représentées par des hachures.
  • Le flan (1) de l'emballage selon l'invention comporte des panneaux avant (2) et arrière (3), des panneaux latéraux (4,5) et des rabats (6,7,8,14) formant le haut et des rabats (9,10,11,15) formant le fond dudit emballage. Le panneau (12) est prévu lors du pliage pour se trouver sous le panneau (5). On colle les panneaux (5) et (12) le long de la zone de collage (13), on replie les rabats (6,14,7 et 8) qu'on colle le long de la zone (16) et les rabats (9,15,10,11) qu'on colle le long de la zone (17), après y avoir amené le contenu.
  • On obtient alors l'emballage (18) selon la fig. 2. Cet emballage comporte une fermeture (19) de forme sensiblement prismatique comportant une ligne charnière (20) et des lignes de prédécoupe (21, 22) aboutissant sur une ligne de prédécoupe (23) du panneau latéral (5). Sous cette ligne de prédécoupe se trouve une languette de préhension (24) prédécoupée selon une ligne (30) comprenant une languette de verrouillage (25) prévue pour s'engager dans la fente (26) du panneau (12) situé endessous. Sous la languette de préhension (24) se trouve un décrochement (27) facilitant la prise de ladite languette. Sur la charnière (20) du rabat supérieur (8), il est prévu une découpe semi-circulaire (28) qui appuie en position d'ouverture contre l'autre rabat (7). Sur ce dernier rabat, il est prévu une découpe (29).
  • L'ouverture de l'emballage (18) se fait de la manière suivante: l'utilisateur appuie sur les panneaux (2,3) au niveau des lignes de prédécoupe (21,22) pour les déchirer. Ensuite, il tire sur la languette de préhension (24) pour l'arracher selon les lignes de prédécoupe (30,23). Il peut alors soulever la fermeture (19) jusque dans la position selon la fig. 3. Du fait de la découpe (29) sur le rabat (7), la découpe semi-circulaire (28) peut appuyer contre ledit rabat (7) de manière à assurer une meilleure ouverture de l'emballage. L'utilisateur peut alors verser le contenu de l'emballage (18). Pour refermer (fig. 4), on repousse la fermeture (19) vers le bas et on engage la patte de verrouillage (25) dans la fente (26). On dispose ainsi selon l'invention d'un emballage refermable assurant une bonne étanchéité du produit y contenu et d'un emploi aisé.

Claims (6)

  1. Emballage en carton plié, comportant des panneaux avant (2) et arrière (3) et des panneaux latéraux (4,5) entre lesdits panneaux avant et arrière et des rabats (9,10,11,15) formant le fond et le haut (6,7,8,14) dudit emballage et présentant une fermeture (19) refermable de forme sensiblement prismatique délimitée par une ligne charnière (20) sur le haut dudit emballage, par des lignes de prédécoupe (21,22) sur les panneaux avant et arrière aboutissant sur ladite ligne charnière et par une ligne de découpe (23) sur l'un des panneaux latéraux, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture (19) comporte sous la ligne de découpe (23) du panneau latéral précité et solidaire de celui-ci une languette de préhension (24) prédécoupée comprenant une languette de verrouillage (25) prévue pour s'engager dans une fente (26) formée dans une couche de carton (12) appliquée contre ledit panneau latéral (5) sous ladite languette de préhension (24) et en ce que le panneau latéral précité (5) dans lequel est formée ladite fermeture (19) et la couche de carton (12) sont situés à deux extrémités opposées du flan (1) dans lequel est réalisé l'emballage.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur les lignes de prédécoupe (21,22) des panneaux avant et arrière les segments de prédécoupe sont plus longs à proximité de la ligne charnière (20) et du panneau latéral (5).
  3. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la languette de préhension (24) correspond à sensiblement la moitié de la largeur du panneau latéral (5).
  4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la languette de verrouillage (25) a la forme d'un demi-cercle.
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral (5) comporte sous la languette de préhension (24) un décrochement (27) pour faciliter la prise de ladite languette.
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la ligne charnière (20) comporte une découpe selon une ligne semi-circulaire (28).
