Abstract

A box, preferably for washing powder, has a flap (3) which may be folded between a position covering a pouring opening and a position overlying the top of the box. A tab formed in the flap (3) may cooperate with a slot (4) below the pouring opening or a tab (2) on the top of the box to hold the flap (3) in the respective positions. The pouring opening is formed by pushing in a portion of the box.

Claims (8)

  1. Clalme 1. An opening, closure and dispensing system, utilising existing
    packaging formats, for household laundry products, which also eflively stores the product preventing contad with moisture and lengthener the lifespan of the product.
  2. 2. A packaging system as claimed in Claim 1 where the flap heated over the pouring aperture can be folded back and secured during use (so the dispensing of the produd is not obstructed) and relocated in the same place after use, time after ems, throughout the lifespan of the produd.
  3. 3. A packaging system as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2 where the system is heated on the sides/enda and top of the package.
  4. 4. A packaging system as chimed in Claim 3 where the flap acts as a tamper evident seal.
  5. 5. A packaging system as chimed in any proceeding claim where the flap k secured to the top of the pack during use.
  6. 6. A packaging system as claimed in any proceeding claim where the pouring aperture can be resealed after each and every use.
  7. 7. A packaging system as claimed in any proceeding claim that is made from cardboalpaper marshal, or plastics material, or a combination of these materials.
